I’ve honestly been caring for animals since I was a child and have experience with a wide variety of pets, including multiple dogs, four cats, a bunny, fish, and three parakeets. About: Hello, my senior dog of 14 years passed away recently, so I am looking to get my pup fix in while also helping you out! You can expect an attentive, caring and fun foster environment when your pet stays with me. I am an active individual who works from home and doesnt mind stepping out of the house 3 to 4 times a day to exercise and play with your pets! I currently live a block away from Duke's east campus, so your pup will have access to beautiful walks around the East Campus loop, the Trinity Park neighborhood, and the Eno River state park, if they are up for it! 🤠 I also have plenty of dog toys, dog beds, and a kennel if your dog is crate trained and prefers to sleep in a crate! I currently work from home, so your pet will have unlimited access to myself and my apartment while we stay together! About: Have had at least 1 pet for over 25 years. Wife and I are recent empty nesters that went from having 4 cats and 2 dogs to a Lab and 1 cat when the last of our 4 kids moved out. We have a dog park for them to play at our place. Our Labrador Bailey will be put in crate until they get acquainted if needed. About: I grew up with two bigger dogs (German Shepard and chow/golden mix) and always had responsibility with taking care of them. Although I do not have any dogs of my own at the moment, I am always the first to watch my family and friends dogs such as Bernese mountain dog, doodles, Bassett Hound, and German Sheppards! In the last two years, I have been a recurring sitter for a doodle, chow, chocolate lab, and other breeds. I work from home, so I'm the perfect sitter that can entertain your dog while you're at work, away on vacay/trip, or just need some me time. I am a patient person and do have experience training a couple of dogs from not fearing their crate, knowing boundaries within house, and cease whining. I work from home Monday-Friday from 8-4:30 pm. I occasionally have appts and other events on the weekends, including attending church worship service. I'm at home the majority of the time. I have a pretty open concept in my house, but I close off doors to bedrooms and bathroom. I sometimes close off my hallway to keep in a secluded place in case of visitors or go to sleep at night. I take dogs out on leash, I currently do not have a fenced yard. I spend quality time with them and engage often and show plenty of love.

About: Hi All, My name is Alessandria but I prefer to be called Alekx and no the K is not a typo. My hair color is subject to change but it's just dyed hair braided into my natural hair. I have been caring for animals professionally since 2006, until 2013 where I took a leap in a different field of work. I use to move all over the country but I am home and hoping to start pet sitting as my main job. I have a guinea pig by the named Tikka Teacake and she is a little siren but she is my 3rd guinea pig. I am a non-smoker and prefer days curled up with fluffy creatures and a good book. In regards to my experience I have worked at pets resorts such as Sunny Acres where I had a few loyal dogs that I dearly miss. I have owned large dog breeds my whole life and grew up with pure breed Rottweilers, German Shepherd mixes, and my current lovely mutt. I have been doing home pet sitting for over a decade. I usually spend most the day when I am at home entertaining my pets or letting them have free run of the backyard with regular check ins. I make sure that their food is good for their stomach, their daily exercise if playing outside with a normal dose of petting and grooming. I recently got off of medical leave so I have started short nightly walks and we work out together to stay happy and healthy. I am a big night owl so I love watching my dogs snore about. A safe home is one your pet recognizes as the pack den. I care for all pets with repetitive training, health care checks, grooming, and dental care as long as they will let me. I love to make a home pet safe by avoiding choking hazards and loose cables. (Mainly because my guinea pig is a little menace). Medications are taken with timers and usually snuck into foods. I like keeping basic training habits are maintained so that the pets do not unlearn anything their humans have taught them.

About: I’ve been having my dog since he was a baby, so I am really good with puppy’s with high and low energy. I love all animals I take care of, give them the same care and attention I do my baby. I do everything that you will ask me to do. When your baby’s in my care they are always safe. I work in children afterschool care at Lakewood ymca, since school is going to close for the summer that means I won’t have a job for the next three months. I will be free all days and weekends. I make it a priority to give pets plenty of attention, consistency, and companionship so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I always do my best to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed while in my care. I pay close attention to each pet’s normal routine, energy level, feeding schedule, and any special instructions so they can stay as stress free as possible. I’m experienced with walks, potty breaks, playtime, crating if needed, and giving pets space when they need it. I also make sure owners stay updated with messages and photos so they can feel confident their pets are being well cared for.
About: I love dogs so much. I have two of my own a German shepherd and a cane corse mix. I grew up with dogs since I was 10 and love them with my heart. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekdays I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I’ve honestly been caring for animals since I was a child and have experience with a wide variety of pets, including multiple dogs, four cats, a bunny, fish, and three parakeets. Caring for so many different animals has taught me patience, responsibility, and truly how to meet each pet’s unique needs. I have and solely take care of my one dog, Diogee, who is a 3 year old Maltese-Shitzu mix and would enjoy to meet new friends. Having my dog, Diogee, by my side throughout my transition as a transfer, rising senior at UNC chapel hill has shown me just how important pets are to our lives. Hopefully your dog will either have the opportunity to meet/walk/play with me (yay!) or stay in my safe HOA home located in a quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood with great walking areas and a new dog park currently being built nearby.
