About: I’ve kept and rescued animals since a young age, which included tending to any wounds or injuries. My own pets were fosters, and most recently I fostered a lovely pittie who was then adopted. I’m very good with skittish cats, and I have a good understanding of basic dog training techniques. Lastly, I live a street away from a nice park which is good for dog walks. I love all animals, and spending time with them and caring for them is just as good for me as it is for them. I am currently self employed and jobs are few, so I have a very flexible schedule. Most, if not all my time would be dedicated to any pets in my care. I do have two of my own cats, so any dogs would have to be okay with cats in the house. All pets are different, with their own personalities, routines and likes/dislikes. Therefore, I plan to ask for detailed instructions regarding pet care. What to Expect: • Individualized Attention: Because I only sit 1 family’s dogs at a time, your dogs will get plenty of attention! • Active Days: We specialize in high-energy play. If your dog loves to move, they’ll come home happy and exhausted. • A Present Sitter: I work from home so your dogs will have plenty of face time with me! All dogs with an easy going temperament that are ready to play are welcome. I work from home so your dogs will get plenty of belly rubs and play time. I typically give Ripley a long walk (3 miles) after work that your pup is welcome to join or we can just stick to outdoor play time. I am available to care for pets Sunday-Thursday 9am to 2pm (meaning my latest available visit would start at 1:30pm for an 30 min visit), and All day Fridays and Saturdays! About: I’ve been owned by several (rescue) dogs and a few cats. Am capable a caring for multiple pets in household. Have lived with 3 dogs for several years. I’m good with all animals and have a tendency to make a critter calm. Senior dogs are a specialty and regular medications are no problem. Done a lot of house sitting for pets and home security. Day care and overnights easy as I am retired with only a few obligations with my time. I am retired so an abundance of time is available. I do have a commitment to sit with a dog and two cats every Wednesday. I feed/walk/play with two dogs every evening and a long walk on Saturday afternoon. I clean a home once a month on my schedule. I am involved in my church (Sunday worship and once a month vestry meetings). If you desire overnight stays or extended visits I’m able to do that as long as leaving for above mentioned obligations works with your pet. My specialty is senior dogs. I prefer smaller dogs as I am older fella and wouldn’t want to lose grip walking or caring for large dogs. About: I grew up raising and caring for dogs, gaining hands on experience with feeding,grooming, and understanding different behaviors, needs, and personalities in a loving, responsible environment. I am available during the day but I work from 1a-11a . Please note that my children may also be present at my home during the stay. I will get the extra accessories I need , due to me not having a fenced in yard,such as a leash, a harness, and toys if not provided ! I will ensure to keep your fur babies entertained!
