About: I’ve had dogs all my life and it seemed the family dogs always gravitated toward me. I can’t imagine life without them! I’ve been caring for other’s dogs ever since I got my drivers license. The first dog I watched for a family (a beautiful Alaskan husky) had diabetes and required diabetic shots twice a day. Even though it hurt to have to give him shots, I loved having the opportunity to care for dogs other than my own. Since then I’ve had the opportunity of being the go-to dog watcher for several families with several different dog (and cat) breeds. I will make every effort to give your dog the same care that I was able to give Skyler and the rest of the dogs I’ve had the great fortune of watching and taking care of. There’s not many things that give me more joy than spending time with dogs. Now that I have more time on my hands in my 30’s I have recently gotten connected with volunteering with KC Pet Project. Dogs deserve all the love in the world. I currently work from home Monday and Friday so in addition to the weekend, it opens up availability to be present for the doggie. I’m in the office Tuesday - Thursday but available for morning/evening and quick bathroom breaks over lunch. I have a fenced in backyard and ample space inside the house to make your dog comfortable. I can crate if needed, but also have rooms that can function as “dog” rooms for the periods when I need to leave the house. I have my own Belgian Malinois, who mostly does her own thing. :)

About: While this is my start of professional dog sitting, I’ve been watching family and friends’ pets for many years. I even fostered a dog with behavioral issues a couple of years ago. My dog is my whole world and any pet in my care gets the same attention. I WFH most days, going into the office for a half a day every Wednesday and 3 full days at the beginning of the month. My job doesn’t require me to be glued to my computer so I can be very flexible with my schedule most days. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space to runaround. For wet or cold days, I have a mostly empty finished basement for playing. For dogs that want daily walks, I live in a safe neighborhood where I walk my own dog multiple times a day.

About: My husband and I have experience in caring for puppies and senior dogs with medical needs. We got both of our dogs as puppies and we have experience in all types of dogs and age. We understand how to handle tense situations when it comes to introducing animals to new animals and humans. All pets are supervised during meal time to be sure feeding goes smoothly. I have slow feeding bowls as well. My husband and I both work from home. Day starts at 7 am with potty breaks. Breakfast is served around 8 am followed by a treat. I always make sure we spend at least an hour outside everyday on top of 15 min potty breaks every 3-5 hours. It’s important to dedicate some play time with the dogs. Helps us too! I have a few dog bed, a large play pen, lots of toys, and partial fence back yard. Dogs are free to roam inside and outside while being supervised. I’ll make sure your dog eye boogers and mouth are wiped. I take a lot of pictures and videos so you’ll be receiving a lot of follow up. Your dogs will be treated like my own!

About: I’ve kept and rescued animals since a young age, which included tending to any wounds or injuries. My own pets were fosters, and most recently I fostered a lovely pittie who was then adopted. I’m very good with skittish cats, and I have a good understanding of basic dog training techniques. Lastly, I live a street away from a nice park which is good for dog walks. I love all animals, and spending time with them and caring for them is just as good for me as it is for them. I am currently self employed and jobs are few, so I have a very flexible schedule. Most, if not all my time would be dedicated to any pets in my care. I do have two of my own cats, so any dogs would have to be okay with cats in the house. All pets are different, with their own personalities, routines and likes/dislikes. Therefore, I plan to ask for detailed instructions regarding pet care. About: I have had pets all my life from dogs and cats to gerbils, hamsters and fish. Even as a young child I was primarily responsible for most of the routine daily pet care. I'm a trained CNA with applicable caregiving skills. I also have extensive experience as a shelter volunteer having walked the dog and played with them as well as socializing the cats. I have one cat and one dog and each get along with other cats and dogs very well but should there be any unforeseen issue, I can put your pet in my spare bedroom. I also own a wire dog crate for large dogs. I can crate your pet in your home or my home if you wish me to. I will take care of him or her in whichever way you prefer. I do not crate my dog but I did as a puppy to facilitate his potty training. My dog sleeps with me at night as does my cat sometimes. Both are friendly and well socialized but again, I can put either in a spare room or your pet if necessary. Both my pets are up to date on their vaccinations and they get a monthly pill for flea and tick prevention. I can do everything from long or short walks, taking them outside for potty breaks, administering food or medicine, playtime, etc.

“We had a definite need for a reliable sitter who could take our 3 cats into her home, medicate two of them including with injections for insulin and other meds for an extended period of time (nearly two weeks), and Chigorzirim provided that to us. Because of the sensitivity of our cats, we also appreciated that she only accepts one client at a time as she describes. She followed through the schedule that I prepared for when to medicate 2 of our 3 cats as needed, and we appreciated her time on keeping us informed and sent along pictures. Gail's comfortable home let Sydney keep up with her daily pastimes: sleeping on the sofa and looking out the window! :) Sydney takes daily meds which were administered with no problem. About: While this is my start of professional dog sitting, I’ve been watching family and friends’ pets for many years. I even fostered a dog with behavioral issues a couple of years ago. My dog is my whole world and any pet in my care gets the same attention. I WFH most days, going into the office for a half a day every Wednesday and 3 full days at the beginning of the month. My job doesn’t require me to be glued to my computer so I can be very flexible with my schedule most days. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space to runaround. For wet or cold days, I have a mostly empty finished basement for playing. For dogs that want daily walks, I live in a safe neighborhood where I walk my own dog multiple times a day.
