“Neha was absolutely amazing! I had just moved to a new neighborhood and was looking for someone to give my miniature golden retriever, Leia, dinner, a walk, and some extra belly rubs. Unfortunately, I forgot to update my address in the Rover app, so Neha ended up driving all the way to my old house across the Twin Cities. When she arrived, she noticed that the house didn’t match the photos and instructions I had provided and kindly reached out to me. I was out of town and didn’t see her message for over 30 minutes. I was horrified when I realized my mistake, especially since I was hours away and couldn’t do anything to help. Neha could not have been more gracious and understanding. Despite the inconvenience that I caused, she generously offered to drive to my new home and still take care of Leia. About: Hello my name is Jocelyn and I’m 21 years old currently! I’ve had my own dog since I was 7 and she grew up with me during childhood when she was also a puppy. I have experience with large pullers, and dogs who like to chase small animals, or are pretty reactive at other dogs or animals. I’m able to administer medicine by food/mouth, injection, and ointments. I have experience with senior dogs, and puppies! I can do basic training for example: potty training, and obedience training. Whatever your pup needs I can provide!! Depends if I’m taking care of my partners puppy multiple times a week or rarely a week. But he gets fed 3 times a day, make sure he goes potty when needed and does both if possible, and give him playtime outside or indoors as well! I cannot do boarding at the moment unfortunately. But at a clients home I make sure to be patient with the pets since I’d be a new person they’re just meeting. Make sure everything’s clean/organized as much as possibly especially before I leave. Give them as much playtime and company as wanted, and can’t forget about the treats and walks!!

“Kyle was absolutely fantastic! He watched our Alaskan Malamute puppy over Thanksgiving week—her very first time being away from home—and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. At just shy of 5 months old, she had never been boarded or stayed anywhere else, so I was incredibly nervous. Kyle put my mind at ease right away. Not only is he genuinely kind, but it’s obvious he truly knows, understands, and loves dogs. He was responsive the entire week, sent plenty of photo updates, and even brought her along to his family’s Thanksgiving dinner, where she got tons of love and attention. When we picked her up, she was still the same happy, wiggly bundle of joy we left—clearly well cared for and comfortable the whole time. We’re so grateful for the peace of mind he gave us. Absolutely would recommend Kyle to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to watch their pup!”

“Amy did a lovely job taking care of my dog for 4 nights while I was out of town! This was my first experience using Rover and it was a great introduction. Amy was professional and easy to contact, and sent photos and updates daily. She has a great and professional setup and I knew my pup had lots of opportunities to socialize with the other dogs, sprint around, rest, lay in the sun, cuddle, and eat some treats. Amy was also very easily able to accommodate for my dog’s allergy to chicken and gave him some oral medication from our vet. Amy was a gem and we will definitely be back the next time I need a sitter :)”
