“Our standard poodle stayed with John and Teri earlier this year while we were gone for a long trip, and then again a second time this weekend. We know he is spoiled and loved and feels right at home both by the photos and updates John and Teri share as well as how our dog acts when we drop him off and pick him up. We are so grateful to know he is having a good time when we are gone! John and Teri are wonderful!”

“Kirsten was great! She was able to accept a request to watch my dog for the weekend at the last minute. She was very flexible about setting up drop-off and pick-up times and took really good care of my fur baby. I really appreciated that she sent me a picture each day to show how my dog was doing. :)”

“Sarah, Richard and their family were so amazing to our pup while we were away. They made her part of their family immediately and allowed us to enjoy our vacation more because we knew she was being so well taken care of. Highly recommend and would use again in a heartbeat!”

“Heather took great care of my doggo over the holidays. I know he had a blast from the photos she sent. Happy to know my dog has a new furry friend to hang out with.”

“I felt very comfortable leaving Venus with Brittni and her family. That feeling was validated after seeing the smiles on Brittni and my beloved Venus' face. We thank you”

“Tasha and her sweet family were absolutely wonderful. She is responsive, flexible and genuinely cared about our pups. They took excellent care of them, sent pics and updates and loved on them as if they were their own pets. Bring able to travel without worrying about our furbabies was amazing. We can't say enough positive things about our experience! Thank you Tasha!”

“Michelle was amazing for our dog! This was his first stay away from us and to say we were nervous is an understatement. Michelle made sure Maverick was loved the whole time and made sure to update me with plenty of pics and videos. They really made Maverick apart of their family for the week! We couldn’t be more grateful and will definitely book again!”

“The best rover we have ever had. She cared and spoiled our golden retriever like she was her own dog. She was extremely accommodating to a last minute change in a trip and made it easy us to take a trip out of state. I will be looking to book Carla again in the future! Lily was spoiled by her!”

“Betty had an amazing time! She came home happy and well exercised. Sitter was very attentive and always sending photos and videos. I never worried at all about Betty’s care. I know she was very well taken care of and had a great time!”

“A friend of mine told me about Rover.com when I talked to him about our predicament with finding a dog sitting solution during our daughters wedding with an over night stay. We also had another daughter with two dogs coming into town who also needed to find care for their dogs. So, after a few minutes on rover.com, I found Mike and felt this could be a nice fit for us. Our quick feedback regarding the entire experience and Mike as a care provider for our dogs is this: Fantastic! Exceeded expectations! Highly recommended! Now the reasons we say that... Mike and his family are very peaceful and relaxed people yet thoughtful and cautious with caring for a number of dogs. In our case we brought two Labradors and two lab/mix size dogs. Mike was very easy to work with and made us feel very comfortable as first timers with Rover and his family and his home. Our pets stayed with Mike for 24 hrs. From the time we dropped our dogs off, it want long and we had a photo of the dogs just relaxing and feedback from Mike that all is well. Several more pics came through during evening and next morning. Mike helped us totally focus on our daughters special day without any worry about our dogs. When we picked them up, one of our dogs looked so content standing behind Mike as if to say; "I like my new pack, I think I'll stay here a while longer"! Lol! I would highly recommend Mike in the future and we will definitely book with Mike again when the need arises. Thanks again Mike! Jeff”
“Beatrice seems to have had a great time with Elyse! I got daily updates and photos of Bea getting lots of love and looking comfortable, cuddling and enjoying time with the family. They were patient with Bea's excitement issues and trying to work with it, which was a great comfort to me while leaving her in someone else's care. We had great communication and I was very pleased with the outcome of Beatrice's stay. Thanks Elyse and family!”

“I felt comfortable so comfortable leaving my (2) year old kitten with Tess! She was so warm and friendly the minute I walked in the door!! And I was so happy Diego had 3 children to play with him!! I know he loved that!!! I will definitely use TESS for babysitting again! Thanks to Tess and Rover!!”
“We are so lucky to have Trudy to take care of Sweetie Pie. SP perked her ears up and looking for Trudy and Trudy’s family and their dog when I mentioned their names! They took her for walks, letting her riding in the car, watching iPad, and most of all playing and talking to her, maybe just having discussions 😉. SP had truly wonderful stay with them. Trudy send pictures and told me what’s going on…. Thank you!!”

“Our entire family lives out of state, so Lynn really helped us out with last minute changes in our plans for the holiday! I can tell he had a good time and was well looked after. Thanks again, Lynn!”

“Mandy was THE BEST with our dogs! She went over and beyond to provide the most incredible care for them. Our dogs didn’t want to leave they had such a good time and fit right in. Mandy was an excellent communicator and even sent us precious photos of our dogs making memories! She was very clean and just an overall trustworthy and kind person. I would recommend her any day!”

“Dalton & Kaitlin made our 110 lb dog, Koda, feel right at home. They were always keeping us updated on how he was doing and always asked if there were specific things we wanted to work on for training. Highly recommend.”

“Rachel was absolutely fantastic. She did exactly what we asked…and more! Great communication and response time. Knowing she was taking care of our kitties made it possible to enjoy our vacation even more. If we ever need a pet sitter again, Rachel will be our first choice.”

“Booked Lauren at the last minute sight-unseen for drop-ins with my cat over Labor Day weekend. She showed up on time each day and sent a message with photos each day too. Upon arriving home, I found everything in order. And the cat had been acting very normal. So happy with Lauren. Highly recommended.”

“Mikayla always does a fantastic job of caring for my cat Rudy. Rudy is almost 18 and he comes with a lot of instructions. I know that Rudy appreciates seeing a familiar face taking care of him when I am not home. And I appreciate the daily updates. Thank you, Mikayla.”

“Jessica was a great care giver for our cats while away. She stopped in and spent time with each kitty, took many pictures for us, and was a great communicator. We appreciated her reasonable rates and sweet and caring manner. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for peace of mind for your fur baby while way.”

About: I have had cats in my life since I was a child. I have always loved them! One of the first things I did when I was out on my own (that was a long time ago!) was to adopt a kitten. I have been a cat mom ever since. My husband and I currently have 2 cats, Charlie, who is quite a character, and Reese, who is shy and sweet. I have experience with kittens, senior cats, and those with special needs. I would love to treat your kitties with the same love as I give my own.
“Elyse met up with us at it home to get a general lay of the land; to see what we needed and it turns out that she is a super wonderful woman. We had her come by to make sure our super shy cat, Anne Bonny, was fed. Now, I hardly see this cat and she loves me, but on day one, Anne Bonny was rolling over and letting Elyse rub her belly! I'm hoping that Elyse is available every time we need to go out of town!”

About: I grew up with cats and have always loved being around them. While I’m newer to pet sitting for cats professionally, I’m comfortable caring for their daily needs, including feeding, fresh water, litter box maintenance, playtime, and, of course, plenty of affection—on their terms! I understand that every cat has a unique personality, and I’m happy to give shy cats their space or spend time with those who love attention. My goal is to make sure your cat feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: We’ve owned and taken care if cats for decades. We love everything about them and currently no longer have one so are more than happy to give yours the love and attention they deserve!
“I had never used Rover before and having Tala stay overnight with my kitty for several days was the best experience! It was like we had known each other for a long time - the whole process was very easy and comfortable and she sent me a photo of my older cat cuddled up on her chest - obviously I am not the only one leaving a 5-star review. Thank you, Tala!”

About: I love working with pets. My parents have two dogs that I love bringing on walks. They are fun to play with and give attention too. We have also had different dogs when I was growing up it is important to know each pet has a different personality. We have also had cats that are completely different from dogs. I enjoy playing with them with toys and petting them. I also have experience with Guinea pigs. I have had one for over two years and I know how to take care of them. Let me know if I am the right fit to watch your dog, cat, or other animal. Thank you for reading my profile to consider me for watching your awesome and great pets. I love working with animals and I include them in my daily routine. They need do get there exercise, play time, attention and feed/ treats. I would rather take care of them in you home because the pets feel more comfortable when they know where they are. I love to keep them happy
About: I have cared for pets in a variety of contexts including while babysitting, stop-by check-ins, and live-in per care for a few days at a time. Additionally, I am known to spend more time hanging out with the pets at friends’ houses than with the people there. I am a student with sporadic breaks throughout the day perfect for checking-in or dog walks. Though my schedule varies a lot day-to-day and throughout different months I often can make most requests work. I follow given or written instructions to a T. Additionally I prefer to follow the pets lead, within reason, not forcing myself into their space or making them “like” me, rather waiting for them to approach me.

About: I care for each pet as if they were my own. I walk, run and play with them. I treat every pet like a friend, offering comfort, attention and emotional connection. I bathe my dog about every other month. We have a routine in the morning with a walk before breakfast. Sometimes a walk around lunch time and another one after work is done. He is well loved and treated like a family member. I work full time Monday through Friday. I am in my office 3 half days and full time at home the other 2 days. I could stop at someone’s place on my way home to spend time with a dog and walk them. I can also stop over after work and later in the evening. In my home I have a fenced in yard that my dog can run free and play. If I am in a clients home I would make sure that there is nothing that the dog/puppy could get into after spending time with them/walking them.
“We had such a great experience with Giovana! She was very responsive and kept us updated throughout the day with photos and messages. It was clear that Kit was well cared for and loved — Giovana truly treated her like part of her own family. We’re so grateful for her kindness and attention, and we’ll definitely be using her services again!”

“This was our first experience using Lynn to provide an afternoon of daycare for our two, 1-1/2 yr old labs Maggie and Willow. Lynn met with us for a visit before we booked this daycare service and we found Lynn to be very knowledgeable, confident, cheerful and pleasant to work with. She did a great job answering all of questions and gave us the time we needed to ask them. On the day of daycare she took extra care in introducing our pups to the other dogs since Maggie can be very timid and a bit insecure. Everything went really well and by all indications Maggie and Willow had a great time. We will certainly book future stays with Lynn.”

About: Your pup will be the only one in our care during their stay! They will get all the cuddles, all the love, all the attention and all the things! They will enjoy our fenced in backyard and will be allowed to roam through our entire home. Jazmin is a college student home for the summer, and is in her 3rd year. She is on the deans list, and committed to getting good grades, being reliable and dependable, and willing to help provide a loving home for your pet! Jazmin will be away starting mid-August and since our family enjoyed every single dog we had over the summer, Mary has decided to continue providing care to help offset college expenses. Mary works from home, so your pup will never be alone for more than a couple hours if needed to run errands. We had a boxer that we raised from 10 weeks old to 12 years old. Unfortunately she was laid to rest in February 25, so your pet will be given a lot of love and affection and help fill our empty home. We have experience with puppy's all the way to senior dogs who are blind, deaf, diabetic, have seizures, etc. We have watched family's, neighbors, and friends dogs. We would be honored for you to share your pup with us while you are away. Our price reflects our care and amenities; fenced in yard with shade trees, allowed on beds and couches, we don't require a kennel unless needed, we wash food/water bowls daily, a GPS tag will be used in case you pup escapes, someone is always home, numerous walks around the block, pictures will be sent daily, access to all 3 levels of our home and we only take 1 family at a time! Jazmin will return from school in December 2025-January 2026 and again in mid-May 2026 to mid-August 2026. Is this your first time on Rover? Use Code: JAZMIC96925, to get $20 off your first booking after you sign up! Jazmin is away at college right now. Mary works from home and can attend to your dog as much as needed. Someone will always be home with your pet so they can receive the adequate amount of care that they need. We are also available for dog walking, potty breaks at the pets home, and pretty much everything. We have a fenced in yard, dogs are allowed on the couch, bed and all areas of our home. Whether you prefer kennel or no kennel either works for us, walks will be provided upon request and medication for senior dogs will be administered if needed. I am open for helping in whatever way I can, and I am willing to accommodate within reason.
“Teddy was happy to spend the day with Amanda, she gave him lots of love and attention. I was so relieved that Teddy was well taken care of. It's a plus that she has a fenced in back yard.”

“Caleb was awesome! Boats was so excited for daycare drop-off in the morning to see him and Cro! He sent photos, videos and status updates and also agreed last second to add one more day of daycare when my husband had to work. Highly recommend!”

We take the time to understand each pets routine, preferences, and any specific needs so we can keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible. In our home, we maintain a clean, pet friendly space, along with a large fenced in backyard for Safe outdoor time. We also have a park nearby and love going on walks, so pets get plenty of exercise and fresh air and love.
“Tofte loves doggy daycare with Bethany! He had the zoomies today for the first when he got there which tells me how comfortable he is at her place since we've been having her sit for awhile. 😊”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover and currently have two toy poodles who are our world. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to know your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I work from home, so your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and frequent potty breaks throughout the day. We also have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play and exercise. I follow each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible and provide daily photo and video updates for peace of mind. My goal is to make your dog feel like they’re on their own little vacation while you’re away! 🐾 My husband and I both work from home, so your dogs will definitely not be lonely during the day! We are able to give frequent walks, potty breaks and play time, and lots of snuggles! Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play and two friendly toy poodles who enjoy the company of other dogs. I closely supervise all interactions and work to make sure every pet feels comfortable and secure. If your dog is crate-trained or needs to be crated, I can accommodate that as well. Dogs are welcome on our couches and, if that’s what they’re used to at home, they’re welcome to sleep on the bed at night, too. I do my best to follow your dog’s normal routine so they feel safe, relaxed, and right at home while you’re away.
“Excellent service! Lorena was extremely warm and attentive with our puppy, who is only 11 weeks old. We felt at peace leaving our furry baby with her. She is also very knowledgeable about puppy development and gave us the requested tips. Will definitely request her services again.”

“Carrie is the best! Bear was well taken care of and had so much fun with Willow!! Bear was 100% comfortable going there each day! Thank you, Carrie & Willow - we’ll see you soon!”

“Emily had a huge fenced in back yard that my dog could explore and play with the other dogs. It’s nice that she could get exercise. They liked having her and would love to care for her again.”

About: Since 2020, I've been providing dependable dog walking and in-home pet care for families in the Inver Grove Heights, West St. Paul, and South St. Paul areas. As a proud British Lab owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets the way you would. In addition to dog walks, I provide drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. Whether it's feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, administering simple care routines, playtime, litter box or cage maintenance, or simply spending quality time with your pet, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. My Yard: 5 ft privacy fence entirely enclosing the yard and deck. My Pet: 65lb spayed female British lab who is passive and needs a meet & Greet before we accept Boarding Crating? I follow your routine so if you want them crated, I will do that (some parents teach dogs to be crated at night). I would only ever use it other than your specific direction if I were to leave the house to store, etc. Dog won't be alone long - I am home during days. My family: 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 kid in house. Scope us out! Come visit with your pup for a meet & greet! Boarding: Occasionally I do accept dogs to board in our home. The dog needs to meet & Greet our dog first (she is calm, passive spayed). I only accept dogs to boardthat are up to date on vaccinations. We have kids and stuff (socks, toys) lays out...if your dog will ingest socks or "eat" things laying out, this isn't a good Boarding match. I believe every pet has a unique personality and deserves individualized care, patience, and affection. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you're away, knowing your pets are safe, loved, and receiving the attention they deserve. I am flexible during weekdays, mostly for check ins, potty breaks and feeding. In evening and weekends I am open for walks, check ins and feedings. I follow your Pet's routine as you detail it! Walks I require a leash. I send you updates and photos from walks or check ins. My House & Yard: Occasionally, we accept dogs for boarding. That is only if we do a Meet & Greet first, and determine our dog (9 yr old, calm and passive British lab, spayed) is a match. We would only boarding a dog in our home that is up to date on vaccinations
“Last Friday was second time for Ruby at Mary’s. I’ve done regular daycare facilities in the past but have been wanting to try a more personal and less busy atmosphere. I feel Ruby is happy to go to Mary’s and is comfortable being there. I feel Ruby is being well cared for and trust Mary.”

“Our Aussie/Border collie had a delightful time at doggy daycare every day for a week. Jessica and her husband were very communicative, prompt and sent photos. They were patient working through our dog's anxiety on the second day (when he realized this was not just a one-off play date), and he ended up happy and comfortable the rest of the week, playing all day with their resident dog and another friend. We'd recommend them as excellent dogsitters and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“Erin was a life saver this week! With my husband out of town for a week and me with my hands full with a three year old and baby, getting out to walk our energetic and LOUD husky was going to be a challenge. Erin was always right on time and such a great communicator. I liked and trusted her immediately and Aurora Dog warmed up to her right away as well. She started waiting at the door for her in the morning. Thank you so much Erin!”

About: We have grown up around dogs all our lives. We treat every dog as if they were our own, making sure they are cared for and loved while you're away. We have two children who adore all dogs and would love to snuggle your fur babies. Family and friends have trusted us for years caring for their pets. After losing our yellow Lab in 2022 at a young age due to health complications, our home felt much quieter. While we weren’t ready to welcome another dog into our family, we knew we still had so much love and care to give. That’s what inspired us to join Rover. I currently work full time Mon - Fri until 1:30/2 pm. close to home. But, I do have a flexible schedule to check in on breaks, accommodate and care for your pet. My wife also works part time/ schedule varies. We coordinate our schedules to make sure needs are met. We have a large, privacy- fenced in backyard with plenty of room to roam and play! We have a 3 year old black lab who loves to make new friends and play. If they prefer their own space, we are mindful of each dog’s comfort level. We can easily crate your dog if needed for sleep and when need to leave the house for a bit.

About: I recently retired early, sold my small business, and am excited to spend more time doing something that has always been a big part of my life - caring for and loving animals. I have been a pet mom and caregiver for many years, looking after furry friends of every age, personality, and quirk. I have 2 kitties, one who is an outgoing crazy character and the other sweet and shy. We sadly lost our Goldendoodle recently and I'd love to share cuddles and walks with your dog(s). I am reliable, patient and calm - and treat every pet with the same affection and care I give my own. I recently retired so my schedule is very flexible for daily drop-ins, overnight stays, walks, playtime, and cuddles. Have a last-minute trip or unexpected work meeting? I have the time and treats! When caring for your pets, I put their safety and comfort first. With many years of experience caring for pets, I know that each is unique, with different personalities and comfort level with new people. I treat every animal as if they were my own. My goal is for everything to feel just as safe, calm, and familiar as when you are there. I follow your routines closely, keep your home tidy, and pay attention to all of the little things that help your pet feel secure. What sets me apart is that during my career, I traveled quite a bit and hired pet sitters to stay with my kitties and dog. I know, from a client's perspective, what was important to me and my fur babies. I will send you daily updates and photos (unless that's not your preference), so you and your pets can feel completely comfortable and stress-free.

I love working with animals and I include them in my daily routine. They need do get there exercise, play time, attention and feed/ treats. About: I had dogs growing up and I currently have my own dog. Iv taken care of two litters of puppies. Our family pug had puppies and so did our springer spaniel. We also had a chocolate lab. My current dog is a 1 year old Rottweiler. He is so much fun! Iv been walking dogs for about a year using Wag. I have a full time job and I take care of pets part time. Im usually available after 3pm everyday. I try to walk at least 3 dogs a week. I truly love dogs, all dogs. I will give your dog my full attention while we walk together, meaning I give eye contact, call their name in a playful way, and give them treats (with owner’s permission) and water if they listen to my commands. They will see me as their source of entertainment while getting a great exercise. I will walk or run depending on what your dog wants. Your dog will be very safe with me, I’m strong enough to handle any dog and I double check the harness is secure and double wrap the lease around my wrist.

Jeff”
