“A friend of mine told me about Rover.com when I talked to him about our predicament with finding a dog sitting solution during our daughters wedding with an over night stay. We also had another daughter with two dogs coming into town who also needed to find care for their dogs. So, after a few minutes on rover.com, I found Mike and felt this could be a nice fit for us. Mike and his family are very peaceful and relaxed people yet thoughtful and cautious with caring for a number of dogs. In our case we brought two Labradors and two lab/mix size dogs. Mike was very easy to work with and made us feel very comfortable as first timers with Rover and his family and his home. Our pets stayed with Mike for 24 hrs. From the time we dropped our dogs off, it want long and we had a photo of the dogs just relaxing and feedback from Mike that all is well. Several more pics came through during evening and next morning. Mike helped us totally focus on our daughters special day without any worry about our dogs. About: I care for each pet as if they were my own. I walk, run and play with them. I treat every pet like a friend, offering comfort, attention and emotional connection. I bathe my dog about every other month. We have a routine in the morning with a walk before breakfast. Sometimes a walk around lunch time and another one after work is done. He is well loved and treated like a family member. I work full time Monday through Friday. I am in my office 3 half days and full time at home the other 2 days. I could stop at someone’s place on my way home to spend time with a dog and walk them. I can also stop over after work and later in the evening. In my home I have a fenced in yard that my dog can run free and play. If I am in a clients home I would make sure that there is nothing that the dog/puppy could get into after spending time with them/walking them.

Also have neighbors with very friendly dogs if you allow play time I recently retired, and have an open schedule. About: We have grown up around dogs all our lives. We treat every dog as if they were our own, making sure they are cared for and loved while you're away. We have two children who adore all dogs and would love to snuggle your fur babies. Family and friends have trusted us for years caring for their pets. After losing our yellow Lab in 2022 at a young age due to health complications, our home felt much quieter. While we weren’t ready to welcome another dog into our family, we knew we still had so much love and care to give. That’s what inspired us to join Rover. I currently work full time Mon - Fri until 1:30/2 pm. close to home. But, I do have a flexible schedule to check in on breaks, accommodate and care for your pet. My wife also works part time/ schedule varies. We coordinate our schedules to make sure needs are met. We have a large, privacy- fenced in backyard with plenty of room to roam and play! We have a 3 year old black lab who loves to make new friends and play. If they prefer their own space, we are mindful of each dog’s comfort level. Because we work from home, we’re able to offer consistent supervision and make sure pets are comfortable, secure, and never left alone for long periods. We take the time to understand each pets routine, preferences, and any specific needs so we can keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible. In our home, we maintain a clean, pet friendly space, along with a large fenced in backyard for Safe outdoor time. We also have a park nearby and love going on walks, so pets get plenty of exercise and fresh air and love.

About: I had dogs growing up and I currently have my own dog. Iv taken care of two litters of puppies. Our family pug had puppies and so did our springer spaniel. We also had a chocolate lab. My current dog is a 1 year old Rottweiler. He is so much fun! Iv been walking dogs for about a year using Wag. I have a full time job and I take care of pets part time. Im usually available after 3pm everyday. I try to walk at least 3 dogs a week. I truly love dogs, all dogs. I will give your dog my full attention while we walk together, meaning I give eye contact, call their name in a playful way, and give them treats (with owner’s permission) and water if they listen to my commands. They will see me as their source of entertainment while getting a great exercise. I will walk or run depending on what your dog wants. Your dog will be very safe with me, I’m strong enough to handle any dog and I double check the harness is secure and double wrap the lease around my wrist.

“A friend of mine told me about Rover.com when I talked to him about our predicament with finding a dog sitting solution during our daughters wedding with an over night stay. We also had another daughter with two dogs coming into town who also needed to find care for their dogs. So, after a few minutes on rover.com, I found Mike and felt this could be a nice fit for us. Mike and his family are very peaceful and relaxed people yet thoughtful and cautious with caring for a number of dogs. In our case we brought two Labradors and two lab/mix size dogs. Mike was very easy to work with and made us feel very comfortable as first timers with Rover and his family and his home. Our pets stayed with Mike for 24 hrs. From the time we dropped our dogs off, it want long and we had a photo of the dogs just relaxing and feedback from Mike that all is well. Several more pics came through during evening and next morning. Mike helped us totally focus on our daughters special day without any worry about our dogs. When we picked them up, one of our dogs looked so content standing behind Mike as if to say; "I like my new pack, I think I'll stay here a while longer"! Lol!
