“I cannot say enough about the awesome puppy-sitting experience I had with Stephanie and Scott (and their super great dog, Rosie)!! I am new to the Rover experience and had to leave my 13-week old puppy and was nervous about leaving. From the start, Scott and Steph put me at ease and even offered a meet up beforehand so we and our dogs could meet. I was updated daily, sometimes more, with video and photos and I could see immediately that my puppy was in the best hands I could imagine; it was like a vacation for my puppy, too! They really take an interest in making it a great experience and environment for their pet guest. Rosie was very gentle and tolerant of a very active, playful puppy and Sophie and Rosie are now best pals! We will definitely use Scott and Steph again without any hesitation!”

About: I’ve had my own dog since I was 13, and have always had a dog since. My dog is my baby! One of my favorite pastimes is walking my dogs. I currently have 2 dogs. Fresh water always, lots of love, and good quality food/treats and getting outside for potty breaks are so important to me. I work full time day shift during the week. Weekends and evenings are free for me! I would love to drop in and take care of your pet while your away! Pets like their routines and I am totally respectful of that. About: I am experienced walking and taking care of many different breeds, including a Weimaraner, Husky, German Shorthaired Pointer, Corgi, and a Chihuahua. I have also house sat for dogs, cats, and rabbits. One of the dogs I've watched had a history of seizures, so I learned how to administer their daily medication. I'm very punctual and I love animals. I've walked dogs in a lot of different weather conditions, and have no problem walking your dog regardless of what weather Michigan decides to throw at everyone. About: I have had pets of my own for the past 38 years, since I was 12 years old. I also have a degree in biology and chemistry and have worked in animal hospitals and zoos. My husband, Scott, has had pets all his life. We treat our pets with the love and care that family members deserve, and we take our responsibility to them very seriously. Currently, we have a 2 year old black lab who absolutely loves all other animals, and a 14 year old cat who mostly sleeps in quiet, dark places. Our dog, Rosie, is always looking for new friends and is very submissive with them. She just wants to play and snuggle! Our children are grown and help with the care of them. Our house is full of pet lovers! We are very active and love to go for hikes, and we always keep dogs on their leash on the trails. We're happy to take your doggy to the dog park, as well, if you request it. You can have total peace of mind while your pup stays with us! I currently work part time and Scott, my husband, is a teacher and has summers off. I'm home a lot during the entire year, and we're both home on weekends. We have a fenced in backyard for running around and playing fetch. We have a large house and a fenced in yard where our dog, Rosie, loves to run around or playing fetch with us. We regularly go for walks in the neighborhood and hikes in the woods or on the beach. We love to take Rosie to the dog park, but will skip it if you're not comfortable with it. Scott is a teacher and has weekends and all summer free. Stephanie works part time, mostly from home and is at home most of the time during the week and is also available weekends. I have 3of my own large breed dogs, and fostered 12 others with my husband and enjoyed every moment of it! Most of them were under the age of 1 year old, so we did all the potty training, crate training, and basic commands. I exposed them to different environments, other dogs, and taught them a lot during their time with us which was anywhere from a month to 4 months. I’m reliable and really intentional about the care of animals. I love my dogs as if they were my kids and I’d treat yours with the same care! I have a full time job and can only do weekends at this time! I dog sit because I love it and I know how important it is to find someone who will make my dogs feel safe and happy. I intend to do that for those I serve 😊🐶 Note: I generally do not accept requests for house sitting over 3 nights at a time. I love routine and know how animals can thrive in that even when their humans are gone. So I would be happy to keep consistency for your pet if that means being let out at certain times or walked before you get home etc. For doggy daycare: I have a fenced yard and 3 of my own fur babies who love to play with other dogs! I also have a separate gated area in my home if there needs to be separation at times. For House Sitting: (I won’t accept requests over 3 nights). I will follow the owners preferences and safety measures they have in place. I also recommend meet and greets so I understand how you expect things done/handled.

About: I’ve had my own dog since I was 13, and have always had a dog since. My dog is my baby! One of my favorite pastimes is walking my dogs. I currently have 2 dogs. Fresh water always, lots of love, and good quality food/treats and getting outside for potty breaks are so important to me. I work full time day shift during the week. About: I am a proud owner of a Great Pyrenees mix named Butter and a Pitbull Terrier named Stick. Both are rescues and have a history of abuse, so I received specialized training on how to handle anxious, timid dogs. My experience with these two has given me a great deal of patience with pups of all temperaments. I have enough love and time to share with more dogs, which is what led me here!
