She is a kitty whisperer, haha! Our older kitty is on multiple medications, including a cat inhaler, and she was able to administer it with no issues. “Elizabeth was so patient with our Jack but by the end of the time he was sitting on her lap and letting her feed him from churru tubes. She worked hard to earn his trust which made a long trip successful for everyone. She also graciously put our trash and recycling bins out and away on our trash days plus made sure to bring in packages that kept being delivered after our wedding. She was super communicative, sent a few videos of Jack with his new found love of cat tv and made us feel very secure leaving our baby for a longer period of time. Highly recommend!”

Our qualifications include basic puppy training from Petco, as well as completion of the Delta Therapy Dogs program which utilizes Animal Assisted Activities (AAA) to improve well-being in various settings like hospitals, mental health facilities, and more. Furthermore, we have years of firsthand experience caring for senior dogs, including managing pain, assisting with mobility, administering medications, and dispensing chemotherapy drugs. I’ve had the blessing of entirely raising a dog a cat and even a snake, from months of age to adulthood and throughout their elder years on my own. I am currently on summer break from school and work full-time as a Behavior Technician in Okemos, MI ! Other than my day-job I have a complete open availability on nights, afternoons and weekends. Plenty of time to smother your fur-baby with love and affection ! I have an upstairs apartment with two cats and a pet snake. About: I've been caring for dogs my entire highschool career and I'm keeping it going while I'm in college. I have cared for big, small, older, and special need dogs. I can handle any challenge the pet may bring. I grew up with cats, dogs, fishes, and Axolotls, always at least 4 animals in the house at one time! I'm at school from 8:10am-11:30am On Monday-Thursday with plenty of time for check ins morning, afternoon, and evening. I am often busy on Fridays during the spring and fall but my weekends are completely open! I am familiar with care for all types of dogs and their quirks, I give frequent walks, make sure food and water is available, and play with them. I like to provide as much comfort as I can to pets that miss their owners.

About: Hello! I am an incoming veterinary medicine student at Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine Program this coming fall. I am looking for occasional gigs in order to pay for certain expenses throughout my veterinary schooling, so I can take care of your furry friends even more in the future.
