For overnight stays I have a large adult dog kennel that can accommodate a Mastiff just as comfortably as it can my Min Pin (who believes he’s the size of a Mastiff). 😄 I have an older dog with lots of energy and plays well with other dogs. I am an active person, so neighborhood walking is available for dogs with proper training. I have a fenced in back yard, but do live on the second floor of a duplex, so going up and down stairs is necessary in order to get to and from the yard. I also have a great neighborhood for going on walks and usually take my own pup on 2/day - I have an 11 year old blue heeler who gets along with almost every dog, but if possible it would be nice to have an introduction with her before dog sitting.
