My Mini Labradoodle usually has high separation anxiety, and is very skittish around strangers, but he knew right away that he had friends in Pattie and her little Yorkie! He warmed right up, and felt right at home. Pattie sent many pictures and updates, and even sent daily letters from Buddy to Mom & Dad! I like that Pattie stays outside with the dogs in her fenced yard when they need to go outside. She also carefully followed each of my instructions that were written out for her, and messaged me when she had questions. Buddy felt comfortable on her lap as well as the dog bed that were available. I don’t think he missed us much at all. We will be sure to ask for Pattie the next time we have to be out of town!”

About: Since I was about 15 I've been watching, walking and caring for pets for family and friends. However I've had pets of all kinds my whole life, from dogs to geckos I'm well versed in a variety of animals pet care. I am a full time worker 6am-2:30pm every week day, and the occasional Saturday shift. I am also a college student but a majority of my classes are completed online, so it won't take up much of my availability. As long as I'm informed of any rules you have about your pets, I will follow them to a T. I will care for nothing more than your pets care and safety while you're away.

About: I’ve had previous in home pet sitting experience watching a coworker’s ‘babies’. When they went on vacation I stayed with their pups for a few weeks and looked after them. I also tended to their plants and made sure to clean up around the house prior to them arriving back. The oldest dog had a specific soft food diet due to his bad teeth and the other needed frequent play, snuggle, and potty sessions because she was a smaller dog. They had a long-haired cat that I watched as well (which I found out I’m allergic to). I don’t mind taking care of cats as long as they are short-haired or hairless. I can also stop by to feed, walk, and let your dog(s) outside to potty. I’m available for dog walking and drop-ins weekly! I've done lengthier stays while pet parents have been out of town on vacation. Some previous clients also had a cat that I would take care of as well. I love to spoil animals rotten, so if I am stopping by to let out your pet(s) I will make sure they receive tons of love and treats!

About: I’ve owned and cared for animals my entire life. I currently have a 3 year old dog named Rosco and prior to him had a 13.5 year old lab. My entire immediate family has dogs in which I spend a lot of time with including having them with us while on vacations, ect. Your dog will be treated like another family member in our home and will have plenty of play time with our pooch and kids!! I work monday-friday dayshift, home by 4pm with all weekends and holidays off. My husband works 12 hour days and has several days off during the week. Someone is currently always home with my 3 year old son so it would be seldom that your pooch would be without someone. I live on 2 acres so there is plenty of space to play outdoors. I am with the dogs while they’re outside or watching since it is not a fenced in yard. I have a very friendly playful pooch at home. I also have 2 children that are used to having dogs and pets so they are good with animals and love having them stay with us. Dogs are free to roam the home, lounge on furniture or beds.

“Working with Shant'a was a tremendously positive experience. This was our first time leaving our pup Leo with a babysitter, and she helped patiently guide us through the process, worked with us coming from our of state, and created such a welcoming environment that Leo eagerly zipped right into her home without a second glance at us. (OK, that part was a little disheartening, but clearly he was happy about it.) Six hours later we came by to collect him, expecting the eager welcome we get when coming home from work, but he seemed more like a kid being told "playtime is over, time to go home". Clearly he was in no rush to leave. Shant'a sent us some nice pics during his stay, and held to the routines we requested. No complaints! She's a delight and we hope to work with her again.”

Agression dogs scare my dog I grew up with dogs and after I left the house to live on my own, I immediately went and rescued a dog.i live in a modular home and no fenced in yard but I use a 20 foot leash to put them out. I have experience with very large breeds and tea cup breeds! At home I have a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, and a German Shepherd. I enjoy all animals and animals usually love me. I also make sure your house is clean when I leave. I have always been taught to leave places better then I found them. Therefore you never have to worry about coming home to a dirty house from the pet sitter. I will keep your house in check; bring in your mail, make sure dishes are done, take care of the house, and anything else you may need.

About: I’ve had a pet my whole entire life from cats, dogs and more. My neighborhood is friendly and open for walks and fields for playing. I cherish animal love so much because they’re so innocent and cute. I love cuddling with them and running around in the backyard for fun. My siblings would love to have animals in my house everyday. Dogs are my absolute favorite and cats are just adorable !!♥️ I’m currently a stay at home mom with my 9 month old and my 2 siblings (7 & 10), who also LOVE animals (yes even the 9 month old..esp dogs). I take great care of my dog and he's currently up to date on his shots.he is a very friendly and easy going 7 yr old chocolate lab. He his fixed. Agression dogs scare my dog I grew up with dogs and after I left the house to live on my own, I immediately went and rescued a dog.i live in a modular home and no fenced in yard but I use a 20 foot leash to put them out. I'm willing to purchase another 20 foot leash. I'm kind of excited to hopefully get a chance to help you and make sure your dog is taking good care of. I work 3 to 4 days a week 5 hour shifts. I will do whatever it takes to make your puppers feel at home. He/she will have fun. I grew up with dogs. I keep them up to date on shots, heartgard etc. Treats obviously are a must. My choc lab sleeps with me every night. He is the best.

About: I've had dogs all my life. We just just put our dog down after 12 years from being raised as a puppy. Our family isn't ready for a new dog yet, but we love the company! As a teacher, my summer is dedicated to being home and active! I am looking forward to a summer filled with backyard play and plenty of attention for our guest pups. Since we’ll be home the vast majority of the time, your dog will have constant companionship. While we might head out for the occasional short day trip or camp drop-off, our schedule is primarily centered around being home, making us very flexible for drop-offs, pick-ups, and mid-day belly rubs! Your pup’s safety is our top priority! We have a fully fenced-in backyard where dogs can safely run, play, and explore under constant supervision. Our home is a family environment with three kids who are taught to be gentle and respectful with animals, so we do require that any guest dogs be kid-friendly. Inside, we have stairs, so please let us know if your pup has any mobility issues or needs assistance. We are also happy to crate your dog for meals or naps if that is what they are used to at home. Since we currently have no other pets, your dog will receive 100% of our attention and love during their stay
