About: I was lucky enough to train at a highly established pet boarding facility for over two years, in which time I learned how to provide the best experience for all of our furry friends. I am also CPR certified for adult dogs, puppies, and cats! Aside from that, I have grown up with and around dogs my whole life. I am almost certain, your furry friend/s and I will become best buds, if given the chance! I am currently a full time student at The University of Maine, however my schedule is very light next semester with most of my classes being online. I will also have cheer practice two-three times a week, leaving plenty of time for me to give tons of attention to your pets! Depending on what you would prefer, I am able to take walks, field trips, play dates, and of course lots of snuggles and belly rubs. If requested I am also able to do enrichment activities, for pups with the energy of hundreds!
About: Kristine and Eric have loved and had animals our entire life. I have always helped care for pets, even as a child. Eric was raised on a farm, caring for many different kinds of animals- waking up before dawn to ensure that all animals were properly cared for and had what they needed for the day whether it be rain, shine, snow, sleet, hot, or cold. We, together, have two dogs. They are both around 10 years old and are rescues. We also have 6 chickens. Our home has a door from the downstairs to the upstairs. When dogs are home during the day and if left alone for 1 hour or so they stay downstairs with access to water, comfy couches, and dog bed areas. When we are home they have free run of the home. We also have a crate for dogs that may need a private, safe space. We have a back yard that our dog enjoys playing in, but just so you know it is not fenced in, therefore dogs remain leashed when in the back yard. We do have a deck that is closed off in the backyard where dogs can be left unleashed to hang out, but always supervised when out there. We also have a 15 year old daughter who loves animals. She assists with the care of our dogs and we have fostered a few dogs in the past from various shelters and she is always eager to assist with making these dogs feel comfortable and give them love. She volunteers at a local animal shelter with small mammals and takes care of the chickens I work full time during the school year for a school district. Eric works from home. Eric takes dogs for a number of walks per day including walks to the local dog park (Rogers Park) and to local beaches for exercise and socialization. I am home by 3:30 pm and bring my dogs (and other dogs) for exercise either running, hiking, or walking. In the summer I am mostly around. I also grew up with cats and with both have experience with cats and providing meds to cats, including insulin shots. I work full time and Eric works part to full time but we can walk dogs in the evening and walk dogs throughout the day on the weekends. I have summers off as I work in a school. I will not be offering care in my home, but am excited to take care of your pet and walk your dog and take your dog on adventures.

About: I have always loved cats, but wasn’t able to have any because of my families allergies to them. After moving out and going to college I adopted my first cat Maya who has become my best friend. A few months ago I adopted a kitten named Jasper who has just started to settle in.

“This was our first time with Jean. We did a day visit. She was very good about showing me around where my dog would be and taking time for both of us to get to know each other. She has good space for dogs inside and out. She has a good sense of dogs and I felt comfortable leaving mine in her care. She sent a photo update during the day which I appreciated. When I picked up my dog he was happy and slept well when we got home. I do recommend Jean and will definitely use her again.”

About: Dogs have been apart of my life since day one, they are seriously the best companions. I have trained a few dogs, including my own lab who I got at 7 months as well as cared for senior dogs such as my childhood pup who got up to 14! Im free at some point and time every day! I can check up on dogs, take them for walks and have dogs stay with me overnight any day of the week. I care for pets just how they need to be cared for. About: I have been a pet "Mom" for many years. I treat each furbaby as one of my own. In addition, I'm a reliable, retired home care provider. My own dog is about 80 lbs, and I can expertly manage small, medium, and large dogs. I monitor pets and look for changes. I have partnered effectively with anyone who needs care for their pet. As long as no other owner has booked me, I am available 5 days a week and have flexibility with scheduling at this time. I will follow your instructions with how you keep your pets and your home, including how you manage your routines with food, potty breaks and walks and any special requests you have for their care. I will care for them as I would my own. For myself, I do enjoy quiet activities, and furbaby snuggles are one of those. My dog is a trained service dog. He is welcomed almost anywhere I go.
