About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and cared for family and friends dogs for a very long time. Love having dogs in my life they bring so much joy. Everyday they make me laugh. Love to play fetch and walking trails. I have a two year old grandchild two days a week so dogs must be very friendly and like children. About: Kristine and Eric have loved and had animals our entire life. I have always helped care for pets, even as a child. Eric was raised on a farm, caring for many different kinds of animals- waking up before dawn to ensure that all animals were properly cared for and had what they needed for the day whether it be rain, shine, snow, sleet, hot, or cold. We, together, have two dogs. They are both around 10 years old and are rescues. We also have 6 chickens. Our home has a door from the downstairs to the upstairs. When dogs are home during the day and if left alone for 1 hour or so they stay downstairs with access to water, comfy couches, and dog bed areas. When we are home they have free run of the home. We also have a crate for dogs that may need a private, safe space. We have a back yard that our dog enjoys playing in, but just so you know it is not fenced in, therefore dogs remain leashed when in the back yard. We do have a deck that is closed off in the backyard where dogs can be left unleashed to hang out, but always supervised when out there. We also have a 15 year old daughter who loves animals. She assists with the care of our dogs and we have fostered a few dogs in the past from various shelters and she is always eager to assist with making these dogs feel comfortable and give them love. She volunteers at a local animal shelter with small mammals and takes care of the chickens I work full time during the school year for a school district. Eric works from home. Eric takes dogs for a number of walks per day including walks to the local dog park (Rogers Park) and to local beaches for exercise and socialization. I am home by 3:30 pm and bring my dogs (and other dogs) for exercise either running, hiking, or walking. In the summer I am mostly around. I also grew up with cats and with both have experience with cats and providing meds to cats, including insulin shots. I work full time and Eric works part to full time but we can walk dogs in the evening and walk dogs throughout the day on the weekends. I have summers off as I work in a school. I will not be offering care in my home, but am excited to take care of your pet and walk your dog and take your dog on adventures.

About: I was lucky enough to train at a highly established pet boarding facility for over two years, in which time I learned how to provide the best experience for all of our furry friends. I am also CPR certified for adult dogs, puppies, and cats! Aside from that, I have grown up with and around dogs my whole life. I am almost certain, your furry friend/s and I will become best buds, if given the chance! I am currently a full time student at The University of Maine, however my schedule is very light next semester with most of my classes being online. I will also have cheer practice two-three times a week, leaving plenty of time for me to give tons of attention to your pets! Depending on what you would prefer, I am able to take walks, field trips, play dates, and of course lots of snuggles and belly rubs. She even cooked rice and chicken for her to help settle her stomach and kept us updated on how she was doing, which meant so much to us. We are so grateful for the care she gave our pup and would trust Shana with her again in a heartbeat.”
“Veska is wonderful! My dog Bennie stayed with Veska for a week and she took great care of him. Veska is gentle and kind, and Bennie loves her. She and her husband and son made Bennie part of the family, and even let him sleep in their bed, which is what he is used to at home. Veska followed directions I had left regarding feeding, walks, etc. She also went above and beyond by brushing him and even gave him a bath. He looked better when I picked him up than when I had dropped him off. I highly recommend Veska for safe loving dog care.”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and cared for family and friends dogs for a very long time. Love having dogs in my life they bring so much joy. Everyday they make me laugh. Love to play fetch and walking trails. I have a two year old grandchild two days a week so dogs must be very friendly and like children. I will be available to start in home doggie day care on Sept 28th. I have two labs of my own. They are very friendly and will love to play with your dog inside a roomy home and fenced in yard.
