About: Hi! We’re Natalie and Tim, and we have both had dogs our entire lives. Natalie worked at a Humane Society in college, and Tim fostered dogs (and was a “failed foster” parent) for many years before we moved to Maine with our two doggies, Penny & Willa. We spend lots of time taking our dogs and dogs who we sit for to local nature trails in Cumberland or enjoying fetch with the Chuck-It in our large backyard. Our home is kid-free, and we will treat your pups like our own! Tim works from home, and Natalie is a full-time graduate student with a flexible schedule. Your dogs will be home with either or both of us for the majority, if not the entire time! We have a large yard (1.5 acres) on a quiet street in a very dog-friendly neighborhood. Although our yard is not physically fenced, we do have an electric fence that could work for your dog if they are trained on this at your home! We are happy to crate your dogs - we’re even happy to have them in our bedroom and on the couch if they prefer!

About: I am recently retired and am just starting out with the Rover. com work platform. My ideal work will involve helping families care for their pets when they can't be there to care for them themselves. I have been in this position with my pets several times and know how stressful it can be to trust somebody that you don’t know to care for your dog or cat family member. I have always had dogs and cats as part of my family, including special needs pets. I currently have one dog with special needs (IVDD and reactivity.) I would be happy to talk with you to see if I can meet the needs of you and your pet. Because I am retired I am fairly flexible with my schedule. However, due to my own pet , I am not available for overnight care or boarding. In addition, I travel a fair amount. So, I am best suited for occasional/one time/short term or fill-in type jobs. I currently have a dog who has physical limitations and reactivity. Because of this, I am unable to board a dog or cat in my home. I am also not available to overnight pet sit in your home.

So we have lots of experience and patience. Both my wife and I work from home so are very flexible with our schedule. Depending on your animals level of activity we would love for them to join us. We have experience with crate trained animals, as well as those that are more of the free range type. We recently had to say goodbye to our dog of 16years, and are looking to share our family with yours. We have a lot of experience with special needs dogs. So your companion will be in good hands.

About: Greetings! I'm Daniel, I've been pet-sitting and dog-walking off and on for 17 years. I love animals: With me, you get a new friend for your pets, and a dependable steward of your home. I believe in the Hawaiian meaning of "Kahu," that we should be guardians and beloved attendants of our animal friends. I devote highly sensitive heart-centered care for your pets for two main reasons: 1) I am a remote worker as a writer and healing coach, so I can be at home with our furry friends. I am not just feeding and walking your dog(s) and caring for your cats; I am providing emotional support and plenty of care (frequent outdoor breaks and walks, playtime, pats, massage, energy work, etc.). 2) I am a professional in the practice of meditation and the healing arts, a path that cultivates empathy, which helps me bond with animals and be more attuned to their needs. I practice Eastern techniques of energy work (qi qong and martial arts) and I am a certified Reiki practitioner, so I love to connect with animals as part of that practice (they are great conductors of energy, which is only ever healing and calming for them to experience). My only obligation that takes me out of house are walking other dogs (1 to 3 hours per day) and then the occasional social or other engagement. As a remote worker, both for writing and offering healing/coaching services, I work from home and am therefore able to maintain a comforting presence for your pet and provide frequent outdoor time, play, and other care. About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was a girl and have become the person friends, family, and others in my community trust with their pets. I’m experienced with dogs of all sizes and ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs, as well as cats with a wide range of personalities and needs. Beyond cats and dogs, I’ve also cared for an array of animals including: horses, chickens, fish, ferrets, hamsters, and other small pets. I’m comfortable administering medications and caring for senior animals or pets living with illness. I take the time to understand each animal’s routine, personality, and comfort level. About: Over the years I have cared for not only my 4 pets but many of my friends and neighbors pets as well. I love animals and will be a kind, caring and loving pal to yours! Any day and anytime! I can do over night if pets need some company or just checking in on them during the day and taking them for walks. Taking them on walks, feeding them and playing with them! About: Experienced dog owner with 3 dogs. Two dogs are reactive/timid, one of which has allergies and pancreatic issues so I am familiar with pilling and dogs with special needs. I just graduated law school and took the bar and am awaiting results. I will start my full-time job in mid October so my availability will decrease. About: I am recently retired and am just starting out with the Rover. com work platform. My ideal work will involve helping families care for their pets when they can't be there to care for them themselves. I have been in this position with my pets several times and know how stressful it can be to trust somebody that you don’t know to care for your dog or cat family member. I have always had dogs and cats as part of my family, including special needs pets. I currently have one dog with special needs (IVDD and reactivity.) I would be happy to talk with you to see if I can meet the needs of you and your pet. Because I am retired I am fairly flexible with my schedule. However, due to my own pet , I am not available for overnight care or boarding. In addition, I travel a fair amount. So, I am best suited for occasional/one time/short term or fill-in type jobs. I currently have a dog who has physical limitations and reactivity. Because of this, I am unable to board a dog or cat in my home. I am also not available to overnight pet sit in your home.
About: I have had at least one dog at all times of my life, ranging from big to small and young to old. I’d say I have been the primary dog walker in my house since I was around 10 years old and have gradually added responsibilities over the years. I’ve been fortunate enough to help watch, walk, or check-in on friends and family pets for years now as well. I currently have two pups, both King Charles Cavaliers. I recently graduated with my Master’s and only working part-time this Summer while studying for my board exam. This allows for plenty of time throughout the week, or at potentially strange hours to do visits or walks. I am happy to offer check-in, walks, or even pet-sitting depending on how much notice I receive. I previously have had senior pets with varying needs and totally understand every situation is different. I’d be happy to follow any directions on specific caregiving for your pets and make them as comfortable and happy as I can.
About: I’ve always been around dogs large and smalle large (grate Danes). Love all dogs. Will work with people if paying will be an issue. Just message me in advance! I can work with you in the early morning or in the late afternoon for them. My work schedule is set and dose not change. I have 2 of my own pets esa certified. About: Hi! We’re Natalie and Tim, and we have both had dogs our entire lives. Natalie worked at a Humane Society in college, and Tim fostered dogs (and was a “failed foster” parent) for many years before we moved to Maine with our two doggies, Penny & Willa. We spend lots of time taking our dogs and dogs who we sit for to local nature trails in Cumberland or enjoying fetch with the Chuck-It in our large backyard. Our home is kid-free, and we will treat your pups like our own! Tim works from home, and Natalie is a full-time graduate student with a flexible schedule. Your dogs will be home with either or both of us for the majority, if not the entire time! We have a large yard (1.5 acres) on a quiet street in a very dog-friendly neighborhood. Although our yard is not physically fenced, we do have an electric fence that could work for your dog if they are trained on this at your home! We are happy to crate your dogs - we’re even happy to have them in our bedroom and on the couch if they prefer!
