Your dog has safe and spacious areas to play and there are walking/snowmobile trails very close by where I take longer walks 3-4 times a day weather permitting and depending on your dog's energy level . I have had hens, rabbits, dogs, birds, farm animals and plenty of other critters over the years so am very accustomed to caring for animals on a daily basis. I have dog training experience. Your dog must be house trained, spayed or neutered and know basic commands,be non aggressive and leash trained and have topical flea/tick treatment and be up to date on all vaccinations. Unless you direct, I don't put pets in a crate though I do have 2 available if you prefer I use it at night. Your pet is with me 24/7 so has company and supervision. I have a fully fenced area but it's NOT SUITABLE if your dog digs under fences or can jump a 4' fence! I live walking distance to really nice hiking/snow mobile trails. I keep dogs on a leash at all times except in my fenced area where they can stretch and for bathroom and play. I adjust my routine to your pet. This is my full time passion. I'm not a kid filling in time and do this because I absolutely love having your pup! I take your dog on multiple walks every day. If I am taking care of your pet in your home, they get the same attention while I'm at your home, though I do prefer boarding at my home. I require owners permission to transport your dog in my vehicle to the hiking trails since I won't cross any busier roads with any pet on a leash. It's safer to drive to them a few minutes away. Your pets are NEVER EVER left unattended and alone in my vehicle. Dogs must come clean (no bad or strong smells), food dishes, adequate food for the time they are with me, a favorite toy (though I have a full box of clean toys) and vet info in advance. PLEASE NOTE, DOGGY DAY CARE is any 8 hour period until 5:30 PM daily. Prefer 8:30 AM arrival but earlier is definitely possible too. After 8 hrs, it's an additional $10 hr. This site doesn't let me customize schedules with time frames. This is full time for me. Pick up/drop off is between 8:30AM - 5:30 PM but can be earlier or later with advance notice. Extended hours are available with prior notice and additional fee of $15 hr. Doggie day care is between 8:30AM- 5:30 PM (8 hrs per session between those hours. Day care is no more than 8 hrs for the flat daily rate. Overnight rates are 24 hrs and $15 hr will be added after 24 hrs I have a fenced yard which pets are free to be in unleashed. My front deck is gated so pets can be outside under cover. Back deck is also enclosed into the pet area and has a roof.

Having volunteered with Legacy Humane Society based in McKinney, Texas as a foster, mentor, board member, event planner, social media lead and more, I've gained knowledge and learned so much! I have fostered pregnant dogs, birthed litters and raised them, fostered 150 lb great danes and a 15 lb chihuahua. I have also helped care for my Mom's 90 lb Cane Corso who had to have insulin injections twice per day.

About: My entire life has always revolved around animals. As a lifelong equestrian, I’ve grown up taking care of horses and dogs of all shapes and sizes. Previously a barn manager, I’m now a pet & equine photographer. That means when I’m not at a horse show or photoshoot, I’m at my desk at home with my own two senior dogs curled underneath. My years in the horse world and now with senior dogs has taught me how to apply topical medication, give injections and oral meds, and how to recognize and redirect problematic behavior. Living on 15 wooded acres set back from the road means there is plenty of space for pups to run around as well as numerous off leash walking trails should your pup be up for it. Staying with me is like a country retreat for your pet - walks through the forest and sunsets and squirrel watching from the deck. If you're lucky, you might even get some professional photos out of it. As a self-employed pet photographer, I work from home when I’m not at a horse show or photo shoot. This gives me lots of flexibility day to day and during the day. I like to let dogs approach me as they feel comfortable and understand that dogs are capable of a wide range of personalities. My number one priority is that everyone feels safe and has their needs met. In my home, well behaved and responsive dogs may be allowed off-leash outside as we have plenty of space far from the nearest road. Dogs that can’t be trusted off leash will enjoy wooded walks around the property or nearby dog-friendly trails.

You can rest easy knowing your companion is in good hands. I am available for overnight sits with advance notice as well as drop-in visits. Weekdays I can drop in as well as evening visits. I am also available for walks. Please note if you are farther than 15 miles from Bridgton, I will require reimbursement for fuel expenses. About: Heyyy! Want to know a little bit about me? I have a 3 year old crazy hound at home! I got her as a puppy and shes been my best friend ever since. We like to be outdoors frequently as shes got a lot of energy. I also have 2 lazy cats that I adore but they don't do too much. I have experience working in 3 different dog daycare facilities. Doing all things like boarding, group play, feeding/medications, and outdoor walks (sometimes in groups as well). For a short period of time while working at the daycare I had fostered a senior dog as well before she successfully got adopted!!! I treat all animals as if they are my own and give them all the love and attention possible. I have some extra free time on my hands and would love to meet your furry friends!!! I am currently working full time on weekdays! I work from home 8am-5pm, but still have the desire to hang with your pups in my free time or on the weekends. My availability does fluctuate frequently so some weeks I may be more available than others. I set prices through the apps suggestions but im ALWAYS willing to negotiate prices i truly love just being and caring for animals when i can! I have a fenced in yard at my house! I have experience with crate training as well! Im comfortable with following any safety rules! My favorite motto is fear and force free!

“I have never had such a positive experience. My pup was unfortunately sick during the majority of his stay with Heidi and I was unable to pick him up. Fortunately for us, he was in the best hands possible. Not only did she keep us informed constantly and ask for our opinion on how to take care of him best, but she even went out of her way to feed him a special diet that would best suit his sick tummy. I can’t recommend Heidi enough with your pets.”
“Grace was fantastic! She watched our boy for our wedding weekend and sent us pictures through the weekend and even brought him to us at our venue to get pictures with us. She made sure she had all of the info she needed and had us meet the other pups our dog would be with for the weekend before hand to make sure everyone was comfortable and the dogs would get along. Our dog is our world and we are particular about who we leave him with and we will definitely be having Grace watch him in the future!”

Tony had her alone, but still managed to get her walking and running off leash in a fenced in yard and kept her happy. About: I have owned many dogs over the years plus have over 7 years in the dog rescue business. Having volunteered with Legacy Humane Society based in McKinney, Texas as a foster, mentor, board member, event planner, social media lead and more, I've gained knowledge and learned so much! I am familiar with medications, oral and injectable and comfortable administering if needed. I have fostered pregnant dogs, birthed litters and raised them, fostered 150 lb great danes and a 15 lb chihuahua. Our most recent two pets were a black lab that passed away of old age and currently own a 40 lb mutt. I love dogs and miss fostering since we travel on the road. I have also helped care for my Mom's 90 lb Cane Corso who had to have insulin injections twice per day.
“Natalie went out of her way to make Brutus feel at home. I was very impressed from the start, she talked with us and let our pup feel out the area while we confirmed specific details regarding Brutus which was such a comfort. He's a big cuddle bug and we gave her some of his favorite treats and she sent pictures of him enjoying them. When we picked up Brutus a couple days later he was exactly himself and did not have any decrease in appetite which we've experienced before. I will definitely be using Natalie as a pet sitter in the future, and cannot express how thankful I am for the care she provided.”
