Your dog must be house trained, spayed or neutered and know basic commands,be non aggressive and leash trained and have topical flea/tick treatment and be up to date on all vaccinations. Unless you direct, I don't put pets in a crate though I do have 2 available if you prefer I use it at night. Your pet is with me 24/7 so has company and supervision. I have a fully fenced area but it's NOT SUITABLE if your dog digs under fences or can jump a 4' fence! I live walking distance to really nice hiking/snow mobile trails. I keep dogs on a leash at all times except in my fenced area where they can stretch and for bathroom and play. I adjust my routine to your pet. This is my full time passion. I'm not a kid filling in time and do this because I absolutely love having your pup! I take your dog on multiple walks every day. If I am taking care of your pet in your home, they get the same attention while I'm at your home, though I do prefer boarding at my home. I require owners permission to transport your dog in my vehicle to the hiking trails since I won't cross any busier roads with any pet on a leash. It's safer to drive to them a few minutes away. Your pets are NEVER EVER left unattended and alone in my vehicle. Dogs must come clean (no bad or strong smells), food dishes, adequate food for the time they are with me, a favorite toy (though I have a full box of clean toys) and vet info in advance. PLEASE NOTE, DOGGY DAY CARE is any 8 hour period until 5:30 PM daily. Prefer 8:30 AM arrival but earlier is definitely possible too. After 8 hrs, it's an additional $10 hr. This site doesn't let me customize schedules with time frames. This is full time for me. Pick up/drop off is between 8:30AM - 5:30 PM but can be earlier or later with advance notice. Extended hours are available with prior notice and additional fee of $15 hr. Doggie day care is between 8:30AM- 5:30 PM (8 hrs per session between those hours. Day care is no more than 8 hrs for the flat daily rate. Overnight rates are 24 hrs and $15 hr will be added after 24 hrs I have a fenced yard which pets are free to be in unleashed. My front deck is gated so pets can be outside under cover. Back deck is also enclosed into the pet area and has a roof.

My husband and I both work from home during the week, with the occasional in-office day, so my home offers constant companionship for our guests. We do not have heavy traffic and can walk for as long as necessary to tucker your pup out. About: My entire life has always revolved around animals. As a lifelong equestrian, I’ve grown up taking care of horses and dogs of all shapes and sizes. Previously a barn manager, I’m now a pet & equine photographer. That means when I’m not at a horse show or photoshoot, I’m at my desk at home with my own two senior dogs curled underneath. My years in the horse world and now with senior dogs has taught me how to apply topical medication, give injections and oral meds, and how to recognize and redirect problematic behavior. Living on 15 wooded acres set back from the road means there is plenty of space for pups to run around as well as numerous off leash walking trails should your pup be up for it. Staying with me is like a country retreat for your pet - walks through the forest and sunsets and squirrel watching from the deck. If you're lucky, you might even get some professional photos out of it. As a self-employed pet photographer, I work from home when I’m not at a horse show or photo shoot. This gives me lots of flexibility day to day and during the day. I like to let dogs approach me as they feel comfortable and understand that dogs are capable of a wide range of personalities. My number one priority is that everyone feels safe and has their needs met. In my home, well behaved and responsive dogs may be allowed off-leash outside as we have plenty of space far from the nearest road. Dogs that can’t be trusted off leash will enjoy wooded walks around the property or nearby dog-friendly trails.

About: Heyyy! Want to know a little bit about me? I have a 3 year old crazy hound at home! I got her as a puppy and shes been my best friend ever since. We like to be outdoors frequently as shes got a lot of energy. I also have 2 lazy cats that I adore but they don't do too much. I have experience working in 3 different dog daycare facilities. Doing all things like boarding, group play, feeding/medications, and outdoor walks (sometimes in groups as well). It's not unusual for me to spend two weeks at a clients home to watch their dogs while they are on the road, vacation etc. I have experience with my own animals as well. I've raised many types of animals including but not limited to dogs,cats, reptiles, farm animals, etc. I was the person that fed them, walked them, provided comfort and performed any other necessary tasks needed in order to make sure the animals needs are met. About: I currently work as a kennel technician at an animal shelter. I am experienced in handling dogs of all temperaments, prioritizing the dog’s safety and my own safety. I’ve pet sat for many clients. I have taken care of older dogs and young dogs. I am comfortable taking care of dogs of all temperaments. My services include dog walking, playing fetch, and feeding and watering. I am currently a part time employee at an animal shelter. However, I am not be working everyday of the week, or all day. I will have plenty of time to care for your pups in the morning time and evening time. When I do drop in visits, I ensure that all of your pets needs are met, which includes playing fetch or going for a walk, so that they are able to get energy out before their owner gets home.
