About: I have owned many dogs over the years plus have over 7 years in the dog rescue business. Having volunteered with Legacy Humane Society based in McKinney, Texas as a foster, mentor, board member, event planner, social media lead and more, I've gained knowledge and learned so much! I am familiar with medications, oral and injectable and comfortable administering if needed. I have fostered pregnant dogs, birthed litters and raised them, fostered 150 lb great danes and a 15 lb chihuahua. Our most recent two pets were a black lab that passed away of old age and currently own a 40 lb mutt. I love dogs and miss fostering since we travel on the road. I have also helped care for my Mom's 90 lb Cane Corso who had to have insulin injections twice per day.
About: I’ve fostered over 50 puppies and have two dogs of my own. I have a BS in Animal Health and Behavior. I would be happy to help you care for your animals as my own. They were very responsive and communicative which put my nervous dad at ease and he was able to enjoy his vacation worry free.
