“I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Edward and Natalia. We had a meet and greet a week prior where they asked a lot of questions and observed Ralphie with their sweet pup, Liz Lemon. I always worry leaving Ralphie with a new Rover. He has been described as “extra” and needs a lot of attention/human presence. Within an hour of dropping him off, I got a note that he is settling in fine with a picture of him cozied up with the family and this eased my mind immensely. They were very responsive when I reached out and had everything ready to go when I picked him up. The biggest testament, however, is Ralphie’s behavior on the drive home. If let’s me know if he didn’t like his stay somewhere, but leaving Natalia and Edward he was calm and well behaved. They deserve this 5-star review and j would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.”

They treated Flynn like one of the family from the moment he arrived. He absolutely loved playing with the kids and the other dogs, and he was very intrigued by the chickens. We’re also so worried about leaving her with a sitter because she suffers from horrible anxiety and is so fearful of a lot of things (new people included), but from all the pictures that Thomas had sent us, it seemed like our little pup was able to quickly make a home and feel at peace for the duration of the sit. Besides being a good sitter for our fearful pup, Thomas was also very flexible and responsive. We had booked him so last minute, and we couldn’t get home in time due to the recent snow storm. As anxious as we were about these problems, Thomas was great and alleviated a lot of our stress by accepting and kindly taking care of our pup for even longer than intended. Highly recommend! And we hope to book him again sometime in the future!”

“I don’t think we could have asked for a better person than Dana to give our 12 year old dog Maggie so much love, attention, exercise, and new experiences for the 5 days she (and Patrick) had her! She got to eat food out of puzzle dishes and got lots of frozen treats including yogurt which she loved! Lots of photos and updates every day were truly wonderful to see. Maggie didn’t beg for food during their meals, nor did she whine to get something like she does at home. Sorry Dana she whined some after we got home but not too bad. A million thanks to Dana and Patrick for being such great caregivers.”
“Bianca is fabulous. She is kind, loving, competent, caring. She was attentive to my tiny, anxious, elderly dog's needs. Bianca adjusted and adapted what I'd shared with her so that it worked in her home, e.g., my dog wouldn't eat with the same set-up as I use so Bianca tried out different ways until my dog finally ate. I was curious to see how Bianca's cat would be with my dog. At the meet & greet they calmly sized each other up. During the stay Bianca shared a lovely photo of my dog snuggled on her sofa with her cat on the armrest. Nice, mellow companions. I was thoroughly comfortable leaving my dog in Bianca's care and will absolutely do so again when I go out of town and can't bring my dog with me.”

As a regular Rover user, we believe in providing high-quality and individual care for our dog guests. We adjust the level of care and activities depending on the dog’s health and owner’s preferences. Having my own senior dog who’s also blind, I have personal experience caring for fragile and older pups. 🏡 Home and Neighborhood Currently, I work full-time from home most of the week and I’m home most weekends. Our dog guests are allowed on the couch and bed, unless the owner prefers otherwise. We live in a walkable neighborhood with many tree-lined walking paths, bushes, parks and other friendly dogs and people. 📸 📱Daily Pictures and Updates We are very communicative and make sure owners get at least 3 updates with pictures and/or videos each day. 🦮 🐾 Walks Your dog will enjoy at least three 15-20 minute walks (usually at a casual pace and sniffing around the neighborhood) and ALWAYS leashed on our walks, usually using my own durable leash (the same rope material that rock climbers use). Their safety is my highest priority. 🧍🏽🐕 Meet and Greets Highly recommended for first-time guests. This allows the dogs to meet and I can get a good sense of your dog’s needs and how to best care for them. The meeting place is at a small park/playground in our neighborhood. 🗓️ 🚘 Drop Off and Pick Up Times *Weekdays: flexible, I’ll just need to know in advance to plan my schedule. *Weekends: Flexibility between 8am-7pm with advance notice. About: I'm excited to have your furry friend over and will give them all the TLC they deserve while sticking to their regular schedules. I've been obsessed with dogs since I was a kid and have taken care of our family dog, Lucky, since he was a puppy up until he passed away due to old age at 17 years. I now have a 6 year old Shiba Inu, Sumi, and a 10 year old cat, Ellie. Sumi was a rescue mill mama and was extremely fearful. With patience and love, she's finally come out of her shell. I've managed to teach both the dog and the cat tricks and work on training with them daily. I have a very flexible schedule at the moment and am home most of the day. I'll stick to whatever schedule your pet is used to so there won't be any confusion when they return to you. Our neighborhood is pretty large and also has a walking trail, so walks can be as short or long as you'd like. There's a dog friendly space downstairs with plenty of room to run around and play with toys, or if they prefer to chill, there's plenty of pet beds and blankets in the living room. I have a very chill and friendly Shiba Inu and Husky/Shepherd mix at home that can keep your dog company. I do have a cat that has their own room and can be separated if your dog doesn't get along with cats. I also have a large crate and two pens available if that's something you're used to doing. Baby gates are set up between each floor, but are usually left open for my dog. There are cameras on each floor so that I can keep an eye on the pets if I'm leaving the home or on a different floor.

“My dog can be fear reactive when meeting new people but this was not the case at our meet and greet with Joann - Hazel was very comfortable with her, and even put her paws on Joann in a manner that suggested to me she really liked her. When I dropped her off for day care I watched as Hazel sidled over to her and stayed calmly at her side as I departed. Joann’s home is spacious and clean, and her fenced in backyard is a great feature. Hazel seemed to truly enjoy her time with Joann and we will certainly return for future care needs.”

About: I’m a dog-mom of a pup named Bear! I absolutely adore my dog and would share my love with your furry-friend! I’ve had Bear since he was a puppy and he’s now 4. So, I know first hand the level of care needed for puppies and teen dogs. I’m comfortable with cats as well! I’ve been around kittens and cats for most of my life through many of my friends. Though this is my first time on the app, I have sat dogs & cats. So, I’m very comfortable and familiar with the care they need. I work remote, so my schedule is pretty flexible. As long as I have good notice I’m happy to care for your pup! I do ask that if there are any request during regular business hours (8 am- 6 pm), that I can bring my work laptop. I’m not accepting any boarding requests at the moment, but I’m happy to provide any other service! I love my dog very much and am really on top of his care/needs, so I completely understand and expect that from pet owners. About: Having grown up with pets and as a former employee of Dogtopia, my main goal is to make puppy pals and all pets feel happy and safe. I really enjoy spending one-on-one time with the them to show them how much they are cared for and how much they’re loved. Since I work everyday with dogs I start out my day with saying hi to my cats and lizards I make sure they have water and food . Play with them a bit and check their litter boxes and tanks.. then after that I go to work and babysit dogs (25+) in one room or less depending on if it’s busy clean up after them make sure they are all getting along give hugs fresh water every 45 min and play till they go home. “I highly recommend Angie and her dog-loving family! Our dog has never come home from a week at "camp" happier (or more exhausted). They treated Flynn like one of the family from the moment he arrived. He absolutely loved playing with the kids and the other dogs, and he was very intrigued by the chickens. Flynn got plenty of exercise in their spacious yard, played lots and lots of ball, got plenty of pats and love, and even slept on the bed with the kids. Angie sent plenty of pictures and updates reassuring us that our anxious pup was settling in well. We will be return customers for sure!”
“Kelly is great. Colby loves her even on our meet and greet. She constantly sent me pictures to show me how Colby is doing and how much fun he is having. I am sure he is missing her and her nice yard right now (plus all the squirrels he can chase or bark at) 😆.”

I would say within five minutes of the meet and greet it was clear that Shanilka and her husband would be taking great care of him. They asked all the right questions and during our stay sent regular updates to make sure we knew he was in good hands. Would definitely use again!”

“We had such a wonderful experience with Calvin and Vanessa! They took amazing care of our Shiba for over two weeks, and she got along so well with their two friendly dogs. We really appreciated their quick responses and frequent photo updates — it gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Before the longer stay, we did a one-night trial, which went well and made us feel confident about leaving our Shiba in their care. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!”

John was kind and welcoming, provided daily (and encouraging) reports, and lots of pics. The best of all: I didn’t worry about Boxer’s safety or well-being AT ALL. I’d use John again in a heartbeat!”
