When we dropped him off, he didn’t even look back as she ushered him inside which told us he was comfortable with Crystal from the very beginning. When we picked Black up, he was excited to see us AND sad for his weekend with Crystal to come to an end. Black had a couple of behavioral issues during his stay and Crystal was very attentive taking great care of his needs and keeping us updated with great photos and detailed reports. About: I can do anything from walking to giving baths or from filling food and water to providing medicine 🐾 I’m okay with dogs of all ages and sizes from puppies to pitbulls and from the sick to the elderly 🙂 I can work remotely so it fits in quite easily. I live in Greenbelt, MD and my office is in DC (when I do decide to go into work), so really anywhere in the suburbs I’m willing to drive to! Any special instructions will be listened to and I will take great care of your pet(s). Hopefully things work out and you can be a regular-ish client! Please note: if you have a larger breed dog and I’m boarding multiple dogs, I might require them to where a bark collar that just buzzes if they get aggressive. Depending on their behavior. I have rescued many dogs and cats and also returned some back to their owner just because of the love I have for animals! I had one stay at my house until the owner returned phone calls and then gladly returned her back home. It seems my heart is the fullest when it comes to animals. I have lots of experience with dogs and cats. I have been around dogs since I can remember and grew to love cats. My family has always had dogs around from all sizes. My best friend was a Schnauzer and I miss him dearly. I understand that each dog has their own schedule and would be more then happy to make their stay feel just like home. I enjoy taking dogs out on long walks and making sure we have fun and has plenty of comfort the entire time we are together! Pet care—it’s a way of life for me. Every day, I get to immerse myself in the joy and energy that animals bring. From the moment I start my day, I’m ready to give dogs the love and attention they deserve, whether it's taking them on an exciting walk, providing a cozy space for them to relax, or simply being there to offer companionship while their owners are away. My routine is built around ensuring pets feel safe, happy, and loved. It’s not just about providing a service; it’s about being part of their lives and offering peace of mind to their families. Every wag of a tail or happy bark is a reminder of why I do what I do! I treat every dog or cat that comes into my home as part of the family. When fur pets and I are together, I ensure they feel safe and comfortable from the moment we are together. About: Hi, My name is Alison, a nursing student with a special place in her heart for doggies. I have been raising a Shih Tzu named Terry, and a Bichon Frise named Lucky. Terry has been the first to be under my complete care since he was 4 months old. He is now 12 years old. Lucky was an unexpected gift from the universe, and was given to us at 1 year old. He is now 5. Both have received nothing but pure attention and love, and I would not hesitate to give your pet the same. Update: my services have now changed after many years. I currently only offering doggie-walks. Thank you for your understanding. My current schedule is very flexible. If there is any conflict with scheduling please let me know so we can come up with a solution that works for the both of us. She is super friendly, responds within a very short time to requests, knows what she is doing with dogs, and is very accommodating. I have periods of travel and odd arrival home times, and she always tries to help make it possible to pick up my Irish Setter Riley. Riley is an energetic soul, like all setters, and though there is not an ounce of harm in her, she is on the go, a strong dog, and needs a good handler. I feel safe leaving her with Tasha, and that peace of mind is great. With my previous sitter, Riley sometimes came back smelling of smoke, which is why I started looking elsewhere.
