About: Hi! My name is MaKenzi and I have had pets as long as I can remember, I grew up with two pitbulls rescues, two smaller dogs, and an older cat that I assumed most of the care for as both parents worked full time jobs. Taking care of multiple animals at one time requires a lot of energy and the ability to organize the things they need well but I learned very quickly! Since I have lived on my own I have helped friends and coworkers with taking care of their beloved fur babies while they’re on vacation or just need an extra hand with their pets. We also have three wonderful dogs…two English cream golden retrievers, Remi and Raven, and a spunky beagle named Snoopy! I was a teacher for 24 years and now I work in a school library. About: I have owned many dogs since I was little. I have always been responsible with their health and making sure they are taken care of on the daily. My furry loved one will always go on adventures with me to include hiking, camping, backpacking, swimming so they are never left alone. The dogs I have watched in the past have been moderately large, and could be a bit wild at times but I was able to keep hold of the situation. I have also accompanied my family and friends when they had taken care of pets for other families. I had helped train a very wild pup for a friend, as well as a basic command which was sit. About: I’ve have over six years of pet and house sitting experience. As a pet owner myself, I understand and provide the attention, responsibility, and kindness need to take care of animals. I have experience with working with animals who have anxiety snd other behavioral concerns should that be a need. I have flexibility in my schedule as I am a local college student. About: I’ve been around animals all my life, & I can’t wait until I’m in a situation when I can finally have my own dog again. I’m knowledgeable about pet care & animal behavior, have great attention to detail, & enjoy learning more. I love every critter I meet (although I am partial towards chihuahuas & pits) & I have yet to meet a dog that didn’t like me. My family always had dogs growing up, & I have experience caring for a variety of dogs of different ages. I’ve only had two pet dogs that went through their entire life cycle with me, & my most recent doggo was a shitzu who came to me when she was 11. I spent her last few years trying to make her as comfortable & happy as possible. That’s the goal for every animal I care for. While this is obviously a job, & I do need the money, I genuinely enjoy getting to be helpful, to make someone’s life easier, & to, of course, spend time with dogs. I figure if I have to have a side hustle, it should at least be rewarding!! Thanks for reading!! I am a waitress- I usually work full-time, but it’s the slow season & we have a server surplus at the moment. I’m currently only scheduled for 3 night shifts a week, so my schedule is pretty open. Even on the days I do work, I would be able to check-in & care for the dogs before I go in, & can check on them afterwards as well if needed. Basically, I currently have plenty of time to fit in pet care. I am comfortable staying at someone else’s place; it would be nice to have a change of scenery every once in a while. Of course, I will treat your house with respect & be sure to leave it as it was when I arrived! If they wanna chill & sleep, that’s fine with me, but if they’re really active & need to play, I will play fetch & tug-o-war for hours on end. I have a car & supplies to take care of a dog if it is needed (snacks, poop bags, leash, blankets, first aid kit). I’m familiar with dog breeds & behavior & am aware of different training techniques so I’m not worried about being able to manage any dog- like getting them in their crate at the end of the night, or establishing a relationship with them, etc. I will care for your pet the way you want, but above all I will always care for an animal with the utmost respect & love, 💕
About: Growing up I was always involved with the care and grooming of my mother's AKC American Cocker spaniel kennel and quickly fell in love with dogs. I've helped deliver 3 liters of puppies ensuring every fine detail of the process was done properly. I've assisted and led many rescue missions for strays and wildlife. I currently care for three rescue rabbits Layla, Monty, Zuko and one beagle/JackRussell mix, Copper. I'm lucky to have all my pets in my life and they truly enrich our lives for the better. I currently accepted a new job opportunity therefore my schedule is a little odd right now but message me and we can work out the details there. on a leash/harness or lead line in the yard. I do walks and or hikes- weather permitted. Allow outside with supervised fenced in playtime with toys

About: Hi! My name is MaKenzi and I have had pets as long as I can remember, I grew up with two pitbulls rescues, two smaller dogs, and an older cat that I assumed most of the care for as both parents worked full time jobs. Taking care of multiple animals at one time requires a lot of energy and the ability to organize the things they need well but I learned very quickly! Since I have lived on my own I have helped friends and coworkers with taking care of their beloved fur babies while they’re on vacation or just need an extra hand with their pets.
