I only host one dog at a time (unlike many petsitters), so your pup will be treated like family and get my full attention (and all the belly rubs they deserve). I specialize in anxious pups who do not like being with other dogs and do not like being alone - I keep my pup clients as close as they like and give them as much attention as they prefer. My husband and I have two children, 8 and 10 years old, who are very gentle and loving with dogs. We treat our guest pups like they were are own while they’re with us! All our doggy guests are welcome to make themselves at home—on the couch, in the sunny spots, wherever they’re happiest, I do not confine them to one room/zone of the house - no pet gates here! I have a large, unfenced backyard with a dog run for zoomies and potty breaks and we love getting out for walks too. I also have experience with senior dogs and administering medications, so if your pup needs a little extra TLC, they’re in good hands. If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy home-away-from-home where your dog will be loved and spoiled, I’d love to be their sitter! Please note: unfortunately we have an allergy in our home to short-haired shedding dogs and can only accept long-haired (hypoallergenic) dogs :) I'm home all day to spend time with your pup and treat them like they were my own! My goal is to make your dog feel like they’re still at home, ensuring they experience joy and companionship until you return. I will send regular updates and photos to reassure you that your furry friend is thriving and enjoying their time. We have a large un-fenced backyard with a run hooked-up for your pup to spend lots of time outside. We also love to take walks down our street and at the local park. If your pup has some leash aggression with other dogs, we can walk them in our large private backyard to ensure they get exercise but without the stress other dogs may cause. If they’re house trained they do not need to be crated unless it’s their preference. In the house, I allow our doggy friends on furniture (unless you specify otherwise) and in all rooms of my home. They will not be separated in a different room or crated, unless you specify otherwise.

“Patti ( and her family) are the best! It was my first time leaving my pup and it was a 12 day honeymoon. I was nervous but she sent pictures and updates every couple days and I’m pretty sure my little guy was actually sad to leave. I would recommend her to EVERYONE!”

She sent pictures and videos throughout our time away and it definitely helped ease the pain of missing our girl! When we picked her up, she was happy, excited and very well cared for and you could tell she had the best time.
