About: I have had pets all my life and adore animals. I enjoy taking the time to play with the dogs, and giving them the love and attention that they need. The Townsend Rail Trail is right near my house, and I am able to enjoy multiple daily walks with my 4 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Loki, on that trail. At this time I are unable to accommodate dogs who are aggressive, or dogs who are not house trained. I currently work from Home, so I am able to devote plenty of time to ensuring that the dogs get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. My daughter also enjoy spending time with any dogs that I have at the house giving them extra love and attention throughout the day, always supervised and as appropriate with each dog. My yard is not fenced in, so a dog would be leashed to play in the yard, but I have a dog runs to enable the dogs to enjoy some time running freely in the grass each day. I am able to separate the dogs as needed and for feeding times to ensure that they remain stress free. We are able to accommodate crate training schedules as needed, our dog is only crate trained at night. We are home most of the time, but if we do leave the house we ensure that the dogs are not left alone for extended periods and we are able to seperate them safely while out of the house without crating them unless requested. We do have two cats, but as our dog does not get along with them we have them separated upstairs from the dogs and all pets are 100% safe. The dogs have free run of the downstairs and the cats have free run of the upstairs all day so that everyone remains safe and happy with no issues!

Boarding in my home is restricted to cats or other small animals. Puppies (under 1 year) may be accomodated, no adult dogs. For cats; we have a dedicated "cat room" to keep your pet separated from our pets. The room has a screen door so they don't feel locked away and can be part of our household while remaining safe. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. If your puppy is not crate trained, I will work with them to ensure they are comfortable and not afraid. I can support your potty training schedule to maintain consistency.

About: I have spent my entire life around animals so caring for them has always come naturally to me. I grew up in a household with over 40 animals, including dogs, cats, and exotic pets. I have spent years working in a small locally owned pet store in my home town taking care of exotics, before moving into kennel work at a vet’s office. “We feel so incredibly lucky to have found this wonderful dog sitter. Our dog is very anxious and has never stayed with anyone over night except for family. Rebecca let us visit twice before leaving Archie overnight so that he was able to meet not only Rebecca, but her husband and two children as well. This made all the difference for his and our comfort level! From the moment we connected, Rebecca and her family made us feel completely at ease leaving our dog in their care. Their home is warm, welcoming, and truly feels like a second home for pets. They treated our dog, Archie, like one of their own — with so much love, patience, and attention. We received thoughtful updates and photos daily that showed how happy and comfortable our dog was, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. What really sets Rebecca apart is how genuinely invested she is in the well-being of the dogs she cares for. She and her family paid attention to routines, personality quirks, and little details that made all the difference. It’s clear this isn’t just a service to them — it’s something they truly enjoy and take pride in. We came home to a happy, relaxed pup, and that says everything. “I’d give 6 stars if i could. We left Sully for an extended period of time for the very first time, which of course came with parental nerves and concerns (especially since my dog has IBD, so he needs the extra care and attention) Ashton was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and understanding of our nerves, but his care for Sully quickly dissolved our nerves of leaving Sully with how well he cared for him. Ashton sent us morning/evening updates, pictures, and took care of our dog as if he was one of his own (so much so that we could tell Sully was sad to leave him!) Ashton is an amazing pup care giver, i’d recommend him 10/10 and will choose him 100x over next time we need a sitter (and i know Sully will be so excited to see him again)”
