“We boarded our 2y old whippet, Willow, with Lucille for an overnight. As a nervous parent, I couldn't have felt more confident in the care I knew Lucille would provide for Willow. She and her husband David are such lovely people, and they have a warm, welcoming home. Willow immediately took to her home away from home. Lucille took her outside frequently and went on multiple long walks with her. I left instructions for Willow's diet, snack time and bedtime routine that she followed to the letter. I can't say enough good things about the care Lucille provided, and we will definitely be boarding with her again - likely within the month!”

“Thalia was amazing! She lives right around the corner from us so it was very convenient. Toby was happy to spend time with her dog too. She sent many pics and videos and made sure he ate and took his meds. She was a super sweet person and I am confident we will use her to watch Toby next time we need to go out of town. Thank sp much Thalia!!”

“My dog is older and has a lot of separation anxiety but he immediately warmed up to Ying Ying. He had a great time and we appreciated the updates throughout the week while he was being watched :-)”

“This was my first time using Rover, and Peter made the entire experience very positive for Cooper and our family. Cooper has a lot of energy and Peter and his family fully welcomed him, included him, and cared for him for 5 nights. Peter sent pictures throughout our visit with my mother in Florida, which replaced my worry and anxiety with laughter and a sense of peace. Cooper was more than Ok, he was loved and cared for. I will definitely book Peter again.”

“Such a good visit, I know I can trust Jo and Tom to lovingly look after my fur baby as if he was their own. I know the gets plenty of play and care from them as well as other small dogs. I’m always happy to ask Jo and Tom to add my dog to their pack for my needs.”

“Our minidoodle Sam had a great stay with Charlotte and Jordan, and their dog Kyber. Two things we especially like: They generally just take one dog at a time (more attention, and Sam loves attention!), and they live near some great walking trails. Very nice people.”

“I go to music festivals 1-2 times a year and camp whenever friends are available. The most stressful part is finding a place where my boy Clark feels safe and has a good time. Elizabeth and her family were amazing! Their dog Charlie got along great with Clark, and their fenced in yard was perfect. Their house was located on a dead end road with low traffic, which eased some of the stress. Elizabeth provided plenty of updates, including photos and even a video. As long as she's on Rover she'll be my go to!”

“Avery took us his client at the very last minute when our prior arrangements had fallen through. Avery was very responsive was great sending pictures and updates and our dog shall be. Had a great time.. I would highly highly recommend Avery if you’re looking for a sitter can’t say enough good things.”

“Jing was the best!! So caring, kind and attentive! I know my dog was super comfortable with her and her whole family. She really did such a great job caring for him. We definitely will be hiring Jing again! Thank you so much!”

“The Xiaofan family are wonderful. I would highly recommend them for your dog sitting needs. Bluey had a blast running and playing all week. She made many fur friends during her stay. Very happy dog- and dog owner.”

“Bowser seems to have had a wonderful time with Rebecca and her family! The photo updates were great to share with our kiddos so they could see he was having a nice vacation too 😊”

“Cherie was a warm and gracious host to our dog! She welcomed our dog in and made sure she was comfortable in her home, and dispensed medicine as well. Thank you Cherie!!”

“Jaylese took good care of Reggie. He seemed very happy and relaxed when I picked him up. She also kept a watchful eye and gave updates on anything out of the ordinary which made us feel assured.”

“This was Leo’s second stay , and we were very happy. Angelina was sending us pictures , Leo was in good hands while we were overseas. We will definitely consider her services for future again.”

“Cheryl was great! My dog was so happy, and the picture updates throughout the stay were an added bonus to sure how well he said to their animals. Do of and pcyk up were so much easier than other boarding places I've used. I will definitely use them again when we need to board.”

“Kate and her family took wonderful care of our Poppy and treated her like one of their own. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone! Just make sure your dog is cat friendly.”

“Adora is so sweet and showed she really cared about my girl Lola. She went above and beyond and sent 1-2 pictures every day to keep me updated on her, followed Lola’s routine perfectly (my girl is set in her ways), and even replaced food I said she could have. Thank you again Adora (:”

“Philip did a wonderful job taking care of my senior cat while I was away. He was always communicative, keeping me updated and making me feel confident that she was in good hands. He made sure she was fed on schedule and that all of her food, water, and litter were kept clean. It was clear that he genuinely cared about her well-being, and I truly appreciated the attention and kindness he showed. About: I am not in a place to financially support my own pet right now, but I am currently living without a pet in my house for the first time since I was 6 and I miss them dearly! By hiring me, you would not only be filling the dog shaped hole in my heart, but you would receive care you can count on. I am currently off for the summer from school, so my schedule can easily adapt to fit pretty much any needs! Once school starts back up, I am available weekends and after school hours. As a teacher, I am used to being entrusted with the safety and wellbeing of upwards of 15 students at a time. I take my responsibility to you and your pets just as seriously as I take my responsibility to my students and their families. When they are in my care, they are my first priority, always.
About: I’ve always been an animal person and will treat your fur baby as if they were my own. I can relax with them, walk around your neighborhood with them, play with them- whatever they need. I am available for dog walking and drop-in visits to check in on your dogs, ensuring they have food, water, and plenty of attention while you are away. I will take both, your needs and your best friends’ into account and accommodate the best way I can to ensure I am providing what works for you and your pup.
About: I've been pet sitting for friends and family for years and love it, so I've made it formal through Rover. I'm reliable, organized, and genuinely enjoy caring for animals. I have a background working with dogs, cats, small animals, and exotics (frogs, ferrets, birds, hamsters, mice, and more). Red Cross Pet First Aid certified as of 6/13/26. My own cat, Juniper, is part of the household, so I'm practiced at multi-pet dynamics, including with both cats and dogs. I have a large fenced yard and flexible space to accommodate different comfort levels between animals. Pet sitting fits naturally into my life. I work full-time but I'm selective about bookings and plan in advance. I typically board one family at a time and keep concurrent bookings minimal (2 pets max) so I can give full attention. I have a standing commitment Wednesday evenings in the Fall and Spring for only a couple hours and work around it when needed. Saturdays vary week to week, and I'm flexible about drop-in visits around my schedule, but will confirm with pet parents in advance. The key is advance planning. I ask for at least a week's notice whenever possible so both of us can prepare. I turn down bookings if there's a genuine conflict that week rather than overcommit. In my home (boarding): I have a large fenced yard, climate-controlled space, and the ability to section off areas if animals need separation for comfort. My own cat, Juniper, is here, so I manage multi-pet dynamics carefully. I watch for stress signals and adjust setup as needed. Routines are consistent (feeding times, potty breaks, exercise), and I monitor behavior closely for anything unusual. I'll provide updates and photos to set your mind at ease while you're away from your pet. In your home (drop-ins): I'll follow your instructions—feeding schedules, medication, play preferences, access restrictions. I'll check in, take photos/notes for updates, and flag any concerns immediately. Always: Red Cross Pet First Aid certified. If something feels off such as a behavior change, health concern, stress, I share as soon as I notice. As a pet owner myself, I treat you and your pet like I'd want someone treating me and mine.

About: I’ve had cats for most of my life and have experience caring for both male and female cats, including kittens and adults. I’ve raised newborn kittens, given oral and eye medications, clipped nails, and cared for cats with different personalities and needs. I know every cat is different, so I’m patient and let them adjust at their own pace while making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Whether your cat loves attention or prefers their own space, I’ll treat them like one of my own and keep you updated with plenty photos and messages while you’re away.
“Luis has been incredible! My cats absolutely adored him during the stay. He sent us frequent updates and photos of the cats throughout the day, which we truly appreciated. If we are ever out of town, we will contact Luis. 10/10 would recommend Luis’ service! ☺️”

“Cheryl has a great setup and is a dog lover and incredible resource! We had a meet and greet prior to the day I dropped off my 4 month old puppy and I felt at ease leaving her there (her first daycare experience which could’ve been nerve wracking but I knew she’d be in great hands). My pup was tired from playing and learning from the other dogs there and slept so well after! I will be using Cheryl’s services again in the future!”

“Lori was great! Tucker is an anxious dog and I had complete confidence he was going to be cared for with that sensitivity in mind. She was extremely communicative and responsive throughout Tucker’s stay as well. I’d definitely recommend Lori and would book with her again.”

“Initially before my Scottie Dog’s daycare, we did a “Meet and Greet”, which gave Jack an opportunity to interact with Kavita’s dog, Toby. Toby was very welcoming to another dog to share his spacious fenced in backyard. The next day, I dropped off Jack, who was eager to meet his new dog friend, Toby. During the day, Kavita sent me a photo, and video of Jack’s outside activity. It was very reassuring to know that my pet was doing just fine interacting with the other dogs.”

“Sean was terrific! It was the first time I trusted anyone with the boys and I couldn’t be happier! Sean went above and beyond what was asked and expected. Both Jax and Rocky came back from their adventure with such huge smiles on their faces, and I could tell they’re looking forward to the next adventure with him. I highly recommend Sean if you want to be at ease with whom you leave your pets with and open your home to. You won’t regret it. Thank you Sean!!”

I treat every dog I care for like my own — with patience, affection, and plenty of playtime. You can expect frequent photo updates and a happy, well-cared-for pup when you get home! About: I have grown up with cats and dogs for my entire life, and I have frequently been asked by neighbors and family friends to care for their furry friends while they are away. I have been consistently petsitting for a family for the past 2-3 years, taking care of their two french bulldogs. I am comfortable with puppies and older dogs, have a car so I can take your furry friends to any dog park/trail that they may be accustomed to, and have flexible availability as I am a college student currently on summer break. I have some light experience training my own puppy with simple commands, and have experience in dealing with pets that have general anxiety/nervousness, as my own dog has been on medication for anxiety before. I'm currently a college student working part-time during the summer with a very flexible schedule! My availability is typically Wednesday-Sunday, however sometimes Fridays are tricky for me. I can drop in any time of the day from 8am to 8pm, and I am flexible on days/times if needed! On Mondays and Tuesdays I am also available for quick midday check ins, quick walks and some play time! Drop-ins consist of potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and of course plenty of snuggles in order to keep your pet happy and healthy while you are away. 30 Minute dog walks consist of a stroll around the neighborhood or at a local trail or park where your dog will get their exercise, mental stimulation, and fresh air for the day.
“Jaylese was great, always communicating with me when headed over to do a walk, and she used all the features of the app to inform me about the dog’s activities and the walking route taken. Jaylese has a very nice personality, strives to be on time every visit, and she (along with her husband) bonded with my two dogs quickly- it’s clear that they both love animals. I haven’t used a person whom I didn’t know to walk my dogs before, but after meeting Jaylese I handed my keys over to her, and now trust her implicitly to respect my apartment and care for my dogs. PI have no hesitation about recommending her to anyone- and Jaylese will be the first person I reach out to when I need her services again!! ??”

I have experience looking after dogs and cats for family, friends, and neighbors, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or cuddles, I’m committed to making your pet feel safe, happy, and loved. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening visits. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or simply providing companionship, I am committed to making sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind. I understand that every pet is unique, and I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and any special needs they may have. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment where they can feel comfortable and relaxed. I treat every pet like family and make it a priority to keep owners updated with messages and photos, so they can feel confident knowing their furry baby is receiving the attention and care they deserve.
“Laurie is hands down the best! My dog absolutely loves her and looks forward to their walks every day. She’s reliable, kind, and truly cares about the dogs she walks. I always feel at ease knowing my dog is in great hands with her. Highly recommend Laurie to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog walker!”

“Samantha was fantastic in taking the extra steps needed to make my anxious dog comfortable. Willing to do several meet and greets before their first walk together and always letting him take the lead and tell her what he was comfortable with and moving at his pace.”
“Laramie was able to accommodate a last minute request. She was so great with our dog Roo, who is very hesitant of new people. She arrived at exactly the time I requested and sent pictures/updates when the walk was done. I would definitely use her again in the future, and would recommend her to others.”

“Thor had a great stay with Michelle! He played well and enjoyed his walks. We weren’t worried about Thor at all while he was staying with Michelle. We would use her again.”

“My very senior Great Pyr, Katia, was safe and sound for two weeks under Donnie's excellent care. So glad and grateful for him, and especially appreciate the photographs!!”

“Sergio is awesome. My troublesome dogs, Murphy and Bailey (large old dog and large puppy) loved staying at his house. Sergio has a great play space with backyard, basement and dogroom dedicated for the playful mutts. He gave them great care, brushing Murphy, and helping to train Bailey. We would definitely use Sergio again.”

“I’m so glad I found Stacey to care for my dog. She was Amazing! She provided pictures and updates daily which put my mind at ease. She took such good care of her that I was afraid she wouldn’t want to come home! Truly the BEST! Thank you!!”

“My Little Miss Sunshine (3 year old cocker spaniel) is so happy at Kavita’s home! She follows their dog Toby and plays with him in the big fenced in yard. Kavita also made a special shopping trip for Sunshine’s food because I did not leave enough for her. The family is also flexible when my travel plans get changed. Sunshine will be back next month!”

“Luna loved staying with Linda. Linda is very kind and caring and she’s kept me posted with photos and info throught the day. Luna came home as her usual self :) It was great to know that Luna was in such great hands Thank you again!”

“Joseph and his family were great sitters. They took care of our boy like he was their own. Their home and outdoor space is safe and spacious for dogs to get plenty of exercise. They were also very accommodating when we had a change in travel plans. I wouldn’t hesitate to book him again as a sitter.”

“Such a phenomenal first experience with Caty! Will definitely be booking with her again. She was super communicative and helpful. She would send me pictures and videos of Honey Bee everyday while on my vacation with small updates which i loved, it helped me feel close to her while i was far away. She treated my dog like her own and im so greatful for her care of my dog! Honey Bee also loved her and felt right at home with Caty and her family.”
