About: Hi, I’m Katie. I’m a college student and I don’t have many years of experience, but I’m looking to gain some. I’m probably the biggest pet person you’ll ever meet and I hope I can help you and your dog or cat. I currently am a college student and I don’t have a summer job or anything so I’m just looking for something to do on the side and keep me busy and something that will fit my schedule while also enjoying time with animals I have a fenced in yard with a boxer half lab who is very friendly with medium to small size dogs and does well with cats. About: I have been pet sitting since I was 16 years old. I am often asked by coworkers of family to house sit during their vacations. I have pet sat dogs, cats, fish, and even chickens! I am comfortable waking, giving medication, and cuddling (my personal favorite), whatever your pup needs! I have two dogs of my own. One of my dogs is a senior and is high need due to his bone cancer. He requires daily medication and will until we are able to remove the leg. My other pup is a rambunctious lab, who is high drive and needs daily stimulation so he doesn’t anger his older brother. I often take him on walks or use the pond near our home to tire him out! I am used to house sitting in all types of homes. If your pup needs a daily walk I am can do that. If they’re an outside pup we can take a walk or even a hike! About: I've had pet since my earliest memories. On top of caring for pets of my own, including cats, dogs, reptiles, arachnids, and more, I also fostered animals in southern Indiana for 5+ years. Now that I'm in the Cincinnati area I want to find a way to help animals again so I joined Rover! When caring for pets in someones home I always make sure to have a list of things the pet parents want to make sure is done. I also make sure all cabinets and doors are secure before leaving a room, this way pets can't get into anything they shouldn't. When outside with the pups, I always make sure to keep them on the outside away from the road when walking on sidewalks.

About: I have been dog-sitting for my neighbor’s and family members for about 8 years with various breeds. I have always had a soft spot for animals. They bring me such happiness and I honestly feel like we are not deserving of the love that they give! I have great anxiety when I have to Board or find care for my own pets, and I strive to bring comfort and compassionate care to others who may feel the same way! I work from home which allows me to constantly be present for the needs of my own animals and the needs of pups that are visiting my home. I have a large fenced in yard in a safe community. Visiting pups will be treated like family and will be loved on and treated like one of our own.

He sent daily pictures and confirmed that all was going well. He is very relaxed and Oakley got along very well with his three dogs. Matthew has a very large backyard and a 100’ lead that was great for Oakley since he loves to just lay outside. I highly recommend Matthew and will be using him again.”
