About: I've been around cats a lot throughout my life due to basically being raised in the barn. Therefore, I definitely have some experience with near feral cats, haha! Although I've only had one cat of my own, I have taken care of senior cats, "spicy" cats, kittens, and many cats in between. I'm happy to play with a wand toy, throw a tiny mouse, cuddle with them on the couch, or just feed them if they prefer their independence. About: When I was around four, I started to go across the street and cat-sit for this empty-nest couple. They were older, and so they wanted to travel more. The lady owned two cats, a Birman and an Oriental Shorthair. The lady used to take them to cat shows, and they were her most prized possession. They had grandkids to see and wanted to explore as many different countries as they could. They used to say, "Maggie, you are so convenient, and I am glad that you are here so we can leave and do things that we love more often." My mom never once told me to go and do my job. I woke up and was ready to go see Bootsy and Bella. They moved when I was 16, and I was their sitter until the day they left. I realized that for people to do the things they loved, they needed an easy, stress-free, and affordable sitter for their animals. Anyway, I started a show kennel for my Italian Greyhounds because of her, and now this is my full-time gig. I run a full-time boarding and daycare facility at my house. I am open for boarding and daycare 7 days a week. I own show dogs, and so I am home training and working on my websites while the dogs have multiple areas and an outdoor fenced area to play. I work on my computer for 3-5 hours a day and play with and walk the dogs while I rotate in between that. I take lots of pictures during the day and have an instagram that I post them on. The dogs rotate among the kitchen, the basement, and the outdoor enclosure. All dogs have access to water 24/7. The outdoor enclosure has a roof, and I run a fan when it is hot, in accordance with USDA guidelines. If the weather is bad, I walk the dogs or just let them play together in the basement or kitchen.

I regularly care for my family dogs and I have experience caring for friends dogs and I have several regular clients. I have experience with puppy care and training, bathing, feeding, and administering medication. I also have experience with senior dog care nearing the end of life and all others in between. “Lucas is really quite incredible. I have a hectic and demanding job that requires me to have a dog walker that is very dependable and good with my pups. I have two pitbull mixes who can be a handful when their energy is high, and one who is quite reactive to other dogs. Lucas showed my dogs nothing but kindness and patience and effectively got them exercised and got their energy out for me. He showed up on time each walk and followed my instructions perfectly. He also communicated with me consistently which gave me a lot of peace of mind. About: I grew up riding horses and having small dogs around the house, so caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. About: Hi, I’m Esther! I’m a college student who has been on Rover for over two years. Most of my experience is with younger dogs but I love taking care of seniors too. I currently don’t have any pups so I pet-sit to stay active and continue being around animals. I am a student with a lot of mid day and weekend availability. I’m very flexible, especially on holidays and during school breaks. I have a lot of experience house sitting as well and I love overnight visits.
