“I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! About: My family has had dogs my entire life. Several years ago a neighbor of ours fell ill and needed surgery. I walked her dog every day for three months to use the bathroom and have play time outdoors until she healed. When she went on vacations, I would dog sit for two weeks at a time. About: I have a lot of experience caring for animals! We have had animals my entire life, and I currently now have 5 of my own. Anyone who knows me knows I am an animal lover and your dogs will feel at home here. I do have children ages 6 and 3 and one cat. About: I've had a fur baby in my arms since I was a child. Not only did I raise my own, but I've kept my friends, my co-workers and my son's dogs while they were out of town, for a day, a week and sometimes longer. I cared for my son's senior boy while he worked, and then he brought the newest baby to me everyday she when she was a puppy, so she wasn't home alone and I could potty train her with love. I raised our German shepherd with my sons from the time she and my youngest were both just 8 weeks old. When Libby was almost 18 yo we had to have our vet assist her in crossing the rainbow bridge. From there I got my first tiny dog, a little boy named Dexter, Chihuahua 6.6 lbs, and then shortly after I got Danika, Chihuahua 5.5 lbs. They went everywhere with me, vacations, nail salon, shopping. They had a purse they loved to jump right in and 2 booster seats so they were secured safely in my car. I lost Dexter to heart disease at 14 yo and poor little Danika was lost without him. I adopted Lucylle, Chihuahua 6 lbs, she was 2 yo. She was left at the vet by her previous family, that never came back to get her. She was very aggressive towards everyone in the beginning and it took me 3 months of patience and love to bring her out of it. By that time her and Danika were best friends, and loving companions, of course they went everywhere with me. We lost Danika just few months ago, she was 16 yo. That's when I decided to start my journey with Rover, to bring some added joy into mine and Lucylle's life and give other fur babies a safe and loving place to visit when family were away. I retired 04-2024, Lucylle and I have plenty of time on our hands. I bought a patio home, with a nice fenced back yard, where I sit in the morning or anytime during the day/evening and watch Lucylle go out and do her business or just play. We take walks around the neighborhood or down at the walking trail. My neighbors are also dog lovers, they just love little Lucylle. I have a fenced back yard for them to play in with my girl, and I keep a watchful eye on them when they are outside. I can crate your baby if needed, as I do my own sometimes. I have little beds and/or a blanket for them to snuggle when they are napping. Being retired gives me plenty of time for your fur baby (and mine). Caring, playing and loving them as if they were my own.

About: My first dog was a Golden Retriever, and I was hooked! I wanted a career working with dogs and was a dog groomer at a boarding facility for 20 years, working with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personality types. Several of my grooming clients also boarded in my home. Personally, I’ve raised puppies and adopted seniors, so have experience with training and administering medications. I’ve started a second career and now work from home. My office has three dog beds, and my little dog is waiting for a friend to come over! My yard is small, but fenced, and I can take the furry friends out as often as they need to go. If your dog prefers a walk-about, I can accommodate that as well. Please note, due to my insurance I cannot accept Staffordshire terriers, pitbulls, or bully mixes of any kind. In addition, although the Rover weight class is 16-40 pounds, I only accept dogs that are 25 pounds or less. I want your dog to feel at home in my home! I’m happy to send you pictures during the day, or FaceTime you. I can administer meds, and will adhere to their own feeding/walking schedule. Because I work from home, your dog will have constant companionship. I have a ten pound Boston Terrier who loves playing with other dogs, but I’m in a three bedroom house, so there’s plenty of space if anyone needs time apart. My dog stays in my office with me when I’m working, and your dog can too! If your fur baby does not need constant supervision they would be free to roam around the house. I also have two crates if needed. My fenced yard is great for potty breaks, and I can also do leash walks, either with my dog or only yours if preferred.

Should I need to leave the house for small errands, there is still someone left at home, or the animal will have a safe enclosed room to themselves. About: My name is Grace ! I am 25 years old and I am currently a dispatcher for a plumbing and hvac company trying to make some extra money by doing what I love and watching your wonderful pets! I cannot wait to meet, play with, care for your furry kiddos! I am comfortable with big or small dogs and also cats! I cannot wait to get started and learn, love, and hang out with the beautiful animals you call family!! I currently work full time so I can do walks after 6:00 on weekdays and boarding/walks on weekends! I am willing to work with you on schedules so please just let me know in advance! We live on a fenced in property and do have a pond but we will keep your pets away from it to avoid any issues!
About: I’ve been taking care of animals all my life. I have vet tech experience, and dog training experience. Animals are a huge passion of mine. Sometimes I like them more than people 😉 I have a completely open schedule. I do work for myself so I can always work around yours and my schedule to give your furry family members the care and attention they deserve. I know how to read the body language of animals. I know how to give medication. I can do anything for your pet that you normally do.

“I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! Thanks again for everything!”

“I cannot express the appreciation I have for Heather. We had 2 dogs stay with her, including my dalmatian who is afraid of his own shadow. He did so well meeting her and seemed comfortable with her before I even left! She let my dalmatian sleep in the bed which is something he ABSOLUTELY loves because he does it at home.
