“Julie could not have been a better host to our two doodles. She did exactly what she said she would and more. We plan to use her again the next time we travel. Rover provided good communication with her and we got prompt replies to any questions.”

“I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! Thanks again for everything!”

“Booking was so easy. The people who kept my Ladybug were so loving and caring, I never once worried about her. They sent photos everyday of her playing and having a great time. Thank you so much!”

“Cassie was great! She was very flexible and caring. It is obvious that she adores animals. Our Cavalier has a great time. She had such a great time she didn’t seem all that excited to see me when normally she goes crazy when she greets me. Cassie shared a lot of pictures of our girl making friends with her family and various pets. I would definitely use her again if we come back to Bardstown again!”

“I was happy with Scott and Melissa taking care of my kiddos. They were a new sitter since my previous one had to move. Always nervous finding a new one but they were very welcoming and Toshi had friends to play with. I received daily updates with pictures so I could see they were doing well. A nice sized yard to play and they settled in pretty quickly, especially my introvert Calli. I felt my kiddos were safe with them. I’ll be using Scott and Melissa again since they are now my trusted sitter.”

“Renee did a great job taking care of our two dogs while we were away. She sent regular updates and pictures of them playing and having fun. I think one of our dogs is actually disappointed that we came back because he was having so much fun playing with the other dogs at Renee's house.”

“Maggie loves staying with Heather and Remi! She gets to play and run and have such a fun time. Heather is so friendly and communicative. We will definitely book with Heather again in the future!”

“With last minute notice, Kimberly was able to assist and watch Holly for the week. I do not think I have had a better dog sitter for boarding in the almost 12 years I have had Holly. You can tell Holly was happy to be with Kimberly! Thank you so much for the love and care you provided for Holly and the communication, knowledge, and professionalism with us. You are amazing, Kimberly!”

About: I have been taking care of pets for members in my church for years. I have also worked at a pet store that took care of and sold animals to their furever homes. I work full time and take care of my brother's dog as I go home from work and he is still working. I also spend time with people in my church that has pets that I love on a good portion of time I am there. I travel out of my way to take care of and love on pets. Dogs are my love language and cats are my spirit animal.
“Easy to get along. Great communication. Stella took right to them. Michael and Elizabeth treated her like one of their own pets. Thanks for making my first Rover experience one to be modeled after.”

“Crystal was very trustworthy. She let me know how my dog Hollow was interacting on a daily basis. I felt that Hollow was in a very safe environment and I will use Crystal in the future and I’m sure Hollow would agree if he could talk. Thanks for allowing us to feel assured while we were on our vacation”

“Cristaylee provides great care and is responsive and professional. She is very flexible and accommodating with times and dates and has saved us a couple of times we have had to go out of town on short notice. Our dog looks forward to playing with her dogs in her large fenced back yard. She also provides updates and videos throughout the boarding. Highly recommend!”

“We met a few pet sitters and after meeting Rylee we instantly felt the connection she would be the best with our 2 dogs. We felt comfortable the entire time with constant updates, pictures, and the love she gave our dogs it’s like we never left them. Her and her daughter truly cared for them and we couldn’t be more thankful to have found Rylee. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!”
“I unfortunately had to put my baby girl to sleep the evening before our trip and did not get to use the service paid for in advance so cant review on the actual stay but Janet seemed very nice and great at communicating and was eager to take care of Rosie if she wouldve made it.”

“Ebony was wonderful with my big guy. It was his first time having a sleepover with a sitter and I am beyond grateful for her patience with him. As well as with me and I would recommend her every time.”

“She did an amazing job and kept in contact with me throughout the weekend, Sent plenty of photos and even taught him a new trick. Will definitely be asking her to watch him again.”

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in KY ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
