“Wow! I can’t say enough about Miss Cassie. I have 2 medium sized dogs and a smaller dog I am fostering. From the moment I met her, I was put at ease. Cassie has a gentle, calmness about her that my dogs took to right away. They are a bit protective of us but melted in Cassie’s arm after the first initial barks. She visited our house twice a day and fed, played with and just loved on our dogs. She is very communicative and sent tons of fun pictures. About: I’ve had a dog most of my life, but I’ve owned Cavaliers for 15 years. I’ve cared for multiple dogs (and cats) at one time. I prefer to care for dogs in your home. I can also care for fish, chickens and do general housekeeping. I reside in El Dorado, but for the last year, I have been substitute teaching in the Wichita metro area. Therefore, I do have some flexibility in my schedule at this point. I’m able to do potty runs during the day provided the distance allows it. I prefer to care for pets in my client’s home so that the dogs are used to their normal environment and routine. About: I currently work as a zookeeper and have years of wild and domestic animal experience. Working with wild animals means I have a much deeper understanding of animal husbandry, psychology, and behavior that allows me to provide better care for your pet! I'm especially comfortable around and handling large dogs due to the nature of my job. Many pet owners miss out on these cues, especially if they aren't trained to look for them. About: We are an energetic family that loves dogs and the outdoors! We know how hard it is to leave your pet so we will take care of them and treat them like one of the family. Our house is dog and kid friendly! We have a big fenced in backyard that is perfect for stick chasing, nose sniffing and tail wagging! Regarding Calendar Availability: Email me with your requested dates even if my calendar says I am not available. I may be able to accommodate your pet! We offer 24 hour supervision for your dogs! Kenny is at home during the day while the children and I are at school. In the evening, the kids and I are home with the pups! All of us love animals so you can be assured that your furry friend will receive lots of attention. Our furry family member, Caesar, is 10 years old. Caesar is good tempered and get a long great with other animals and children! We request that all older dogs visiting us are spayed or neutered to help ensure that everyone gets along! If they are puppies, it normally isn't a big deal. Please send me a message to discuss, we can always do a meet n greet to make sure the dogs get along before their stay. I have my dogs on an oral flea treatment. To help keep all dogs flea free, please have your dogs on a flea treatment prior to their stay. We do go outdoors and although I treat our yard in the spring and summer, I can't guarantee there will be no bugs present. We are happy to make your pet feel at home. They can sleep in their bed, crate, or on our bed. We follow the rules that you do at your home! We follow any diet or exercise restrictions. Let us know what is important to you and we will make it happen. Your dog will have plenty of space to run and play. Or they will have plenty of room to lounge around and rest. I will take them on a walk if they aren't as active because of age, weather, or if requested. In the case of a medical emergency, I live two blocks from a great veterinarian office. I am available for boarding and daytime companionship, ensuring your fur baby gets plenty of attention and love. As a SPED teacher, I bring patience, structure, and deep reliability into my pet care. I offer a very secure environment with a fully fenced yard for safe playtime. Because my husband works night shifts and sleeps during the day, our home maintains a wonderfully calm, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere during the daytime hours—perfect for dogs who get stressed by loud noises. In the evenings and weekends, my 6 and 7-year-old children join the fun, and they are incredibly gentle and respectful animal lovers. Your pet will receive 100% of our family's care and focus!
About: I was a medic for several years & was trained to Pramedic level and advanced skills by ExxonMobil. Thus working in both the private and industrial sector which harnessed advanced emergency medical training ie. WMD, hazmat and fire skills. I am perfectly suited to care for pets with any medical conditions and function well under extreme pressure, should ANY unforseen circumstances arise. I have been a member of another national pet sitting site for more than five years before working for 'Rover', securing ongoing clients across the states, including an adorable diabetic dog in LA and two gorgeous cats in NYC. I work well with & have owned/been around many different animals. Per photos. As a teenager I walked several breeds of working dogs, English Boarder collie farm herders, military/police Alsations, whippets, greyhounds & prize hunting dogs. I have sat or owned most breeds and work well with large animals, especially Great Danes, Huskies & horses. In the past I have looked after many houses & pets of friends and employers in the UK, Thailand, Germany & now the USA. Also, whilst studying and travelling before going to university I have been a live in nanny and a part time professional house cleaner. Both jobs required being entrusted with access to large private homes and the care of their loved ones. Moreover, as a home owner and neat freak, I have a high respect for others property and privacy.
