I have an old cat that needs medication and some extra cleanup care, a nervous young dog that needed a gentler approach to settle in and she did great with both. No one escaped the yard or the house and everyone was alive and happy when I got back. I got multiple photos while I was away (which my kiddo loved) along with a message about how they were doing. About: Since I was 14, I’ve been responsible for taking care of my own dogs and those of my neighbors, family, and friends. I come from a large dog family, from a Great Pyrenees to Labs and German Shepherds, but I’ve also been able to care for smaller dogs in my neighborhood. I’ve also cared for sensitive and reactive dogs who came from hard backgrounds, so I have experience taking it slow to build trust. I also care for cats as well, with experience from my own 13 year old orange cat and my mom’s two crazy kittens. Currently living with my family and have many days free, always available on short notice and willing to do overnights. Have reliable transportation and a desire to meet new furry “customers”. Am very kind and understanding to all pet personalities, love to take walks and play. Informal training is a skill of mine and I love to see pets learn new things.

My family currently cannot have a full time pet with our lifestyle, but we love animals so much, I wanted to find a way to get my fix! I have been watching pets for family, friends and neighbors for over 20 years. I work from home, so I have flexibility to be with animals during the day and after work. We keep things clean, and don’t leave things out for pets to get into. We have a fenced in yard that is fairly large for furry friends to play. Our neighborhood has a lot of walking paths, perfect for time outside!
About: Hello! I grew up with pets in my home. My first Job was walking my neighbors dog for 10 years. I walked, fed, and bathed and of course loved that pup as my own. He was my best friend we grew up together! Then some of my other neighbors got a hold of me to dog sit. I have cared for all sizes of dogs but I prefer small-medium pups. I have ALOT of time on my hands and would looove to go back to caring for animals! I can start anytime after 8 am to 9pm and if I am comfortable enough to be around I could possibly do overnights as long as both employee and employer feel comfortable enough. I feed my kitties early in the morning then I play with them during the day when they want. I clean their litter in the morning also. Then before bed I feed them and play with them again. I would do the same with any dog.
