“Bebe was wonderful! She took great care of my pup, Winnie and treated her as if she were her own. I had no doubt that Winnie was in good hands, which really helped to put my mind at ease while I was away. She was extremely flexible with pickup and drop off times and made communication very easy. She also sent lots of pictures of their outings. I'll definitely be using Bebe in the future!”

“Leslie was amazing!!! It was obvious right away that my dogs loved her. She was so good with Molly and Bear, whether it was playtime or snuggle time. And she was absolutely wonderful about keeping us updated regularly! It’s hard to leave my pups, but her updates and pictures made it a lot easier. Leslie really cares for your pups. She is truly wonderful.”

“Melvin enjoyed his time with Marisol. She kept me up to date with texts and photos. She also purchased optional food when Melvin wasn’t eating his regular food which had never happened before. I’ll use her services again in the future.”

“Brian and his family were amazing! We did a meet and greet beforehand and I knew from there my dog would be in the best hands. They would send me pictures daily and would reply to me right away! Communication was great throughout the whole stay. Would definitely be using again. Thank you guys”

About: My name is Sandra and I’m 28 years old. I have two furry family members; Bonbon, an 11 year old poodle mix, and Wally, a 3 year old collie mix. I currently work as a Dog Groomer, but have about 6 years of experience in the Dog Daycare industry. My past jobs have given me the experience needed to handle and care for dogs of all sizes. They’ve also taught me how to greet an unfamiliar dog, how to do feedings for various dogs, administer medication, and how to detect signs of aggression and fear. With my personal experience and professional experience, I am well equipped to handle dogs in all stages of life. With that being said, It takes patience, hard work, and honesty to care for a dog. My offered services to clients are met with the highest of standards. I believe in giving 100% in all work that I do, meaning you’ll never receive less than excellent care for your best friend. It’s difficult to leave your dog in the hands of a stranger, however, I always treat every dog the way I would want my dog to be treated: like family. I am fully committed to Rover, meaning I have full availability, and can give your furry family members my full attention 7 days a week. I care for your pets the way I would care for my own. Whether you crate at home, or your pet snuggles in bed with yourself; I aim to keep the routine as close as possible to that at home.
“Erin was fantastic with my dog, Max, this weekend! She provided daily updates, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Max was happy, comfortable, and well cared for throughout his stay. Erin was reliable, communicative, and treated Max like her own. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog sitter, and I would definitely book with her again.”

“Ana was amazing! I received daily pictures of my fur baby and in each of them she was happy and lively! Ana incorporated my Brooklyn in with new friends and made her feel right at home. We were in vacation and picked Ana because we were passing through Chicago but I wish Ana was local because she was awesome!”

“Kathleen was amazing! Her communication before, during and after my pets stay was great and she shared many photos! My dogs seemed happy and well taken care of! I 100% recommend!”

“Rabia and her family did an excellent job of taking care of Archie, my golden retriever. They are so caring and loving! Rabia was very accommodating to a last minute change in schedule and very attentive, giving us frequent updates. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs reassurance their pet is being well looked after with so much love!”

“Phoebe may have been the best part of our recent vacation! We have 5 cats and a very spoiled indoor bunny who make traveling bittersweet. We usually spend the majority of the trip worrying about and missing them. We had never used Rover before and had concerns with the idea of allowing a stranger in our home (much less carrying for our “children”). Once we did the meet and greet and saw how well our babies took to Phoebe, we knew they were in the best of hands. She took care of every detail including 7 litter boxes (yes, SEVEN LITTER BOXES) and still made time to play with them with their favorite toy and send photos. I’m pretty sure when we returned last night I heard one of them meow and say “wait, where’s Phoebe?” We will definitely be trusting Phoebe with our babies in the future.”
“Emily did such a great job with Michael. It’s so nice to feel at ease when we are away because we could tell she thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Michael. And it was an added bonus that she provided us with a ton of pictures and we could tell that he was so happy. We are very excited to book with her again, thank you Emily!!!”

“Lauchlan was flexible & prompt with her drop in visits. She was very attentive to my concerns with my cat while I was away. She kept me informed while I was away and tried engaging my cat with activity. My cat is cautious with strangers, but Lauchlan played with her and was very determined to establish a connection with her, even laying on the floor. Lauchlan knows the signs a pet will show when they are feeling stressed / anxiety, which I was concerned about. She kept me informed of her overall well being while I was gone, which made me feel good! I had only booked 3 days of visits, but Lauchlan was developing a connection with her. I would highly recommend Lauchlan and will definitely reach out to her again if I'm in the need of a sitter! Little Momma & I Thank you for your caring visits!”

About: I have had dogs since I was born. But I love all and any animals to be honest. I was raised with Dalmatians. When I got my home it was the first best friend I got. Gavin. He was the best🥰 Since then I have loved a Cavalier named Rusty who passed in August. He had non mobile back legs, so I have experience in senior dogs and handicap dogs. My dogs have all lived to old age. I have experience with oral medication and shots. I regularly will watch friends and family dogs as well. My extended pet family includes a Husky, German Shepard, Labradoodle and a couple cats🤣 I work only 5 minutes from home. A regular day for me and my Cavalier was breakfast and walk about 7am, home for lunch and walk about 11:30. After work we go out again, watch some tv or read a book. Dinner. And one more potty break before bed. I have a very calm and quiet environment for pets. I would make sure to find out what your pet is used to and try to stick to what they are comfortable with. Routine is very important to pets. Owner permitting, if your dog is pretty calm and friendly, they are welcome to come hang out at work with me as well!! My home is a calm and quiet environment. Multiple walks a day. I love walking myself and I do not have a fenced yard. I do have a backyard area where outside play is provided. Play time inside is all up to what your pet feels like doing. I’m up for a good game of tug anytime they are!!

“Balbina took such good care of my two cats. Truly appreciated the photos and updates each day. It was a relief to know that someone so kind and caring was watching after my babies! Highly recommend 💜”

“Samantha did a great job looking after my cats while we were out of town. She made sure my elderly girls were well cared for, gave updates, and took cute pictures of them that helped ease our minds. I'll definitely look for Samantha again next time we are planning a trip!”

“Emily was so great with our recently adopted cat when we were away - he is shy, but she got him out of his shell and gave us a wonderfully detailed description of her visit and some fun pictures to set our mind at rest. She is super responsive to all our messages and we will absolutely be asking her to watch him again. Highly recommended!”

About: Hi there! We’re Colleen and Ryan — a huge animal-loving family from Aurora, Illinois. We both grew up surrounded by dogs and cats and truly can’t imagine life without them. Over the years, we’ve cared for pets of all sizes, from 10-lb lap dogs to 115-lb gentle giants! We live in a house with a large fenced-in yard that’s perfect for playtime, walks, and fetch. Our two boys (ages 6 and 8) are just as kind and gentle with animals as we are — they’ve grown up learning how to love and care for pets. Our furry family currently includes our playful labradoodle, Skye, our spirited chihuahua, Nacho, and our two brother cats, Pete and Steve — who basically think they’re dogs and love to join in on the fun! I (Colleen) work from home in talent acquisition, and Ryan is a high school science teacher, so there’s almost always someone home to give your pets plenty of attention and care. We’d love the chance to help care for your pets as if they were our own — they’ll be in wonderful hands with us!

“Caitlin did such an amazing job with 2 cats, one if which can be difficult. Caitlin came daily at the time promised, sent detailed notes on how the visit went as well as adorable pictures of the stay! Definitely a 5 star sitter!”

“Xiaotong was amazing with our cats, and went above and beyond making sure they were well cared for while we were gone. Her attention to detail, reliability and communication was amazing. We will definitely be using her in the future!”

“I was very anxious about leaving my cat alone for the first time, but my meet and greet with Ally was so easy and comfortable I had no concerns. My cat even played with her and he doesn’t always like strangers. Would definitely book Ally again.”

“We were very happy with Sandra taking care of our pet. She was a perfect, kind and efficient pet sitter. I highly recommend Sandra. While away from our fur baby, we felt very comfortable knowing he was being lovingly cared for by Sandra.”

“Kari is such a rockstar! She was able to fit us in super last minute and still make sure everyone got fed and checked in. Despite our grumpy cat's best effort she was still able to check on her too. Lol you cannot go wrong booking Kari :)”

“Absolutely grateful for Erin! She really came through in a pinch, just when we needed her most. Reliable and caring. Erin sent us pictures of the boys each day we were apart which was really comforting. The boys did good and it's apparent that Erin has the special touch w our kitties. Will definitely be looking for her the next time we're headed out of town.”

About: Hi, my name is Erin, and I have been around dogs since the day I was born. I have dog sat many different breeds for my neighbors and family friends. I worked at a dog groomer's as a bather and learned so much about taking care of dogs. The most important lesson I learned during that experience is that patience and kindness are key when interacting with a new dog. Having these two skills is especially important for taking care of senior dogs and nervous dogs. I also learned that a dog experiences the world through their nose. With that knowledge, I always make sure to include sniffing time on walks. Taking different paths and experiencing new smells keeps their mind active and makes the walk 10 times better. I use all of my knowledge to make sure that each walk is a fun and rewarding experience. I can't wait to meet your pup! For the next few months, I will be on summer break. I only work on the weekends and have always wanted to give Rover a try to meet some new furry friends and help them exercise! I will have plenty of free time during the week, but I am willing to chat to see what works best for you and your dog! I have two dogs whom I love to take on walks in my free time. I always make sure to have two hands on the leash at all times when walking both of my dogs. My older dog (110 lb) is quite reactive and could try to chase something at any moment, so I need to be prepared. My younger dog (70 lb) is very sweet and relaxed on walks and not reactive to other dogs or people; however, he is very skittish around loud noises. If he gets frightened, he may try to run and hide, so keeping two hands on the leash is crucial. I never push my puppies beyond their limit, especially if it is hot outside. Their health and safety are always a concern.

About: I have been a dog lover my whole life. I've had my own furry babies and have taken care of dogs for my friends and family. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, so I understand the patience it takes to have dogs at all age levels. I work from home Monday through Friday and am off on the weekends. Besides some drop offs and pick ups to and from sports during the week, your furry baby will never be lonely. If they like car rides, I will be more than happy to take them along. Each dog is special in their own way so it's very important that I take my queue from them. If they love cuddles and belly rubs, I'm there. If they love to play, we have a fenced yard where we can play and run around. If they love to sit back, relax and observe, I will give them their space until they're ready. Every pet will be treated as if they were my own.
About: Hi! I’m Kimberly, but I go by Kim 😊 I’ve had dogs my whole life — I’m 39 now, so that’s a lot of years loving pups! I’ve cared for everything from tiny 5 lb cuties to big 120+ lb snugglers, and dogs of all ages and personalities. I’ve worked on training with my own dogs and am comfortable giving medications when needed. As a foster with a local rescue, I’ve helped anxious, scared, and quirky dogs feel safe and loved. I truly believe every dog is unique, and I take the time to get to know them so they feel comfortable, happy, and cared for like family. I work fully remote, so your pup will get plenty of attention, love, and company throughout the day. Pet care fits easily into my routine, and I’m happy to adjust to what works best for you and your dog. 🏡 I live in a pet-friendly apartment and provide lots of walks, snuggles, and personalized care. I generally keep my bookings limited to ensure each dog gets the attention they need, though I may occasionally take on more during high-demand times like holidays or school breaks. 🏡 ✨ Best fit: dogs that are low to moderate shedders or regularly groomed. I especially love poodles and poodle mixes (doodles)—their energy, intelligence, and personalities are a great match for my home. Smaller low-shedding breeds like schnauzers and shih tzus also do really well here. If your dog is a heavier shedder, feel free to reach out and we can chat. ✨ ⚠️ Safety requirements: 🐾 4–6 ft leash only (no retractables) 🐾 Harness if your dog pulls or is over 40 lbs 🐾 Must be comfortable in a crate when needed 🐾 Must wear a collar with ID tags at all times 🚫 Dogs must have no history of aggression toward other dogs. No toys, bones, or chews from home to help prevent resource guarding or conflicts. 🚫 I maintain a calm, structured, and low-stress environment where dogs can relax and coexist comfortably.
“Daniella was simply amazing with our Pup. She was very patient and caring. She also gave us a few tips(us being first time pup parents) and made sure our Pup was relaxed and comfortable. Her dog was super sweet as well. Amazing experience with her. Would definitely recommend & return.”

“Kendall has been our first and only sitter through Rover. We have had a wonderful experience! Our puppy loves Kendall and races out of the car each week when we pull in the driveway. We get regular updates and pictures throughout the day. When we bring her home, she is happy and very tired (which is a treat for us)! We trust her and feel very comfortable recommending Kendall to others! She’s fantastic!”

“Brittany and Eric were a life saver. I had a last minute request to meet them and their pup Bogey before needing day care day for my dog Baxter and they made it happen! I was having construction done on my house and they were sooo flexible with times to drop off and pick up during a stressful time. Their dog is amazing and got along perfect with Baxter. They both seemed tired at the end of the day. And they welcomed Baxter into their home with open arms right away. Right when I met them they welcomed me to come into their home and allowed me to take my dog off his leash to wonder and explore their home. They also let both dogs get to know each other in their back yard. It was a perfect meet and greet and perfect care while I was at home busy with construction workers. They also sent pictures throughout the day and made sure I knew Baxter was happy and in good hands. I would recommend them for care for any dog.”

“Riya is awesome! She accepted my emergency booking and made Saint so comfortable for his first daycare experience. She also clearly explained to me the accommodations and their plans which eased my mind as well. When I picked Saint up, I could tell that he had a great time. He sat so comfortably in her arms and was exhausted. He slept with minimal interruption until 2 PM the next day. I cannot thank Riya enough!”

“I needed a sitter for Zeus last minute. I downloaded the Rover app, made my profile and Katy responded and accepted. I love the fact that Katy sends photos periodically to show how he was doing. She loved Zeus and Zeus had a good time for the few hours he was there. I will definitely ask Katy again when I need a sitter again.”

“Albina was amazing! She continuously updated me on my puppy. I obtained photos, confirmations in feeding, adjustments when needed, and so much more. Overall, she made my first experience with Rover great. I will be using her services again.”

“Jameson had a wonderful play date with other dogs at Kathleen’s. He is a bit tired the day after. I also noticed he was more accepting, less riled, by other dogs on our walk this morning. A couple dogs barked at him and he did not bark back.”

About: I grew up with a dog during high school and college - a pug, loved her! Currently a bun mom. Love dogs and enjoy a good walk or just some play time. Although we don’t personally have a dog, my neighbors dog is often hanging out in my backyard. Recently started volunteering at the cat center and doing short term fostering. “Morgan is great with our family dog she comes Monday through Friday to walk her and Lola is so excited to see her. She wipes her off when it rains and fills her water bowl. My parents are senior citizens so it helps so much having her assist with Lola!”

“Pat is awesome! She sent me daily pictures and updates of Mason, our 75lb Shepherd mix, and was always very responsive. She has a big fenced yard that I know Mason really enjoyed. She clearly loves dogs. We will definitely use Pat’s services again in the future!”

“Gave updates every day and took great care of my dog King while I was away. He has liver and ear issues and Balbina gave him ear drops and medicine every day. I felt comfortable leaving even though he was dealing with some medical issues.”

“Scout has only been boarded with one family in the last 4 years. When they cancelled last minute Valerie jumped in with short notice and took Scout in for the weekend. She was great at communicating and sending pictures. I will absolutely use her again!”

If you have any questions regarding my services, please feel free to reach out! I am fully committed to Rover, meaning I have full availability, and can give your furry family members my full attention 7 days a week. I care for your pets the way I would care for my own. Every furry family member is different, and you know them best. I can guarantee my care will reflect the dog’s lifestyle. Whether you crate at home, or your pet snuggles in bed with yourself; I aim to keep the routine as close as possible to that at home.

“Kimberly was great. She made Zues my very skittish lab mix feel right at home. She has a very gentle approach and tons of confidence and a "can do attitude" with a new dog. My daughters could not believe the trust she quickly gained with Zues. He is a dog who loves to pull on his leash and be afraid of strange outside noises to send him hurdling back home. But with Kimberly, he went on many walks and I saw the slack in the leash which we all marveled at!!! He was happy and fed and given great love and attention. I cannot say enough and she helped me out in a big pinch. Kimberly thank you for being the perfect sitter.”

“Pennie was amazing, she sent me updates, let me know all I needed to know about my pet. My dog seemed so happy. She kept me posted on how he was with other dogs, what he was up to during the day and anything else I needed to know. I would definitely recommend her and will be bringing my doggie back!”

“I recently had the pleasure of using Katie as my dog sitter, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Katie showed a genuine love and care for my furry friend, making me feel completely at ease leaving my dog in their hands. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Katie was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, and even provided regular updates and photos of my dog during their stay. It was evident that my dog was in good hands, and that gave me peace of mind while I was away. Not only did Katie provide exceptional care, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my dog felt comfortable and happy. They followed my dog's routine perfectly, maintained consistent feeding schedules, and provided plenty of exercise and playtime. My dog was well-taken care of, and it was clear they had a great time with Katie. I highly recommend Katie's services to anyone in need of a reliable and caring dog sitter. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals make them stand out from the rest. I will definitely be using their services again in the future! Thank you, Katie, for providing such a wonderful dog sitting experience. You exceeded my expectations, and my dog couldn't be happier.”

As soon as Ashley introduced herself to rono I knew I had nothing to worry about. She also sent photos and videos everyday to ensure he was having a pleasant stay. I would not hesitate on booking again.”

“Selena did an amazing job and made the whole experience feel effortless. My pup had the best time ever and even better was Selena was incredible about updating me with pictures and videos throughout it all. Selena and her pups were great in welcoming my boy into their home, I could tell my dog was bummed when his stay ended. I would definitely rebook and encourage anyone looking for someone they can trust to take of their pets to look no further”
