He's usually really shy and hides from strangers but he warmed to her right away during our meet and greet. Shawna came every day to check in on him and administered the oral meds he needed, fed him, cleaned the litter, and gave him plenty of nuzzles and pets. We also got daily updates with pics. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in my 20s. I’ve also taken care of senior dogs, so I know how to handle their special care. I’m very experienced in feeding and grooming, and I love the companionship it brings to a family! About: My fiancé and I got a little Aussie when he was 8 weeks old. Got him potty trained, crate trained, and doing all the tricks in the book by the time he was 3 months old. Our puppy is now almost 5 years old and would love to have a play buddy. I currently work from home and take care of my Aussie. He is very energetic and loves to play fetch. We have a fenced in back yard with enough room for the dogs to run around and play! Safety is my number one priority when it comes to watching dogs. Dogs and cats are members of a family, and it is so important to care for them as you would any other family member. “Deidre was AMAZING with my with two pups and can’t RECOMMEND her enough! Unfortunately, one of my dogs became very ill before I left for vacation and required extensive, round the clock care. Deirdre was able to administer all of the medications, stick to the strict food regimen, come by every 2 hours to check in, and even cleaned up all of the accidents from my sick pup. :/ She kept me updated throughout the trip with texts and pictures, asked questions when needed, and when my other dog sitter fell through at last minute, she was able to rearrange her schedule to cover. I’ve taking care of both small and bigger dogs so the level of care and exercise varies. I’ve taken care of dogs who need to take meds and not exercise too much as to not hurt themselves. Along with active farm type of dogs who have needed an hour or two walk.
