About: I’ve had a dog of my own since 2018, Ciri and I started when she could fit in my hand. Since then, I’ve added two more dogs to the home and it’s come in all types. I’ve dealt with them deathly sick, scared, nervous, hyper, and sleepy. I work full time at SIUC, but my friend and roommate is a retired Army veteran who spends most of his time at home. Unless something very unexpected happens, the dogs are not left alone for more than 4 hours. My house has two separately fenced in yards and I have three friendly dogs of my own and my roommate has one cat. We’re laidback and at constant war with husky hair, but we get by with optional crating and indoor and outdoor time whenever your pup needs it.

Your dog can hang in the house, in their crate or in a partitioned room I have lots of options for all sorts of temperaments and training. I walk my dog when I wake up, then sometimes a short walk after work. Dogs are welcome to roam the house (1500sq ft). When outside I have a tightly fenced in yard, attached is a newly constructed 2 car garage (empty) with concrete floors perfect for cooling off on hot days. Water is always plentiful and refreshed often whether inside or outside. I am available around the clock, and am never far from home. I rarely go out and when at work I use a webcam to watch the dogs. Animals are visited every 3 hours on days that I work. I always send photos when the dogs go walking as proof of service; I also send photos periodically as most owners enjoy this. Fenced in yard, plenty of room; I have 3 XL animal crates for visitor’s use if preferred. I also have AirTags which I put on my guests during their stay for added safety.

About: I've had two medium sized dogs since I was little. I helped care and train them their whole lives. They've both had health and behavioral issues that I've helped my family navigate (potty issues, food issues, more comfy spots). I currently have three cats of my own. I have had all of them since they were 8/9 weeks old. My two older cats are distinguished gentlemen. They have no problems and are very spoiled. My young kitten is already potty trained and gets along with others well. I currently work full time M-F in the 7 45 to 5 range. I only work ths mornings of a few saturdays. I am lucky to have an hour long lunch, so I could easily check on a pet 2/3 times a day even during the week. On the weekends I'm more open. I would be open to caring for pet in my home, but it would depend on their behavior. By this I mean I dont want your pet to be more stressed/upset with you gone because they aren't used to other peoples homes. I also have three cats, so theyd at least have to be comfortable with them being in another room nearby. However, caring for your pet in your home I'd be very respectful of their routines and likes/dislikes. I'd love to play with them or go for a walk, and make sure they have all other necessities ready for them.

I'm experienced in administering medications to about any animal you could think of. I have a Pomeranian and Bichon Frisé Shih Tzu that I love to groom myself as a hobby. So if you wanted to discuss a possible hair cut for your dog during his/her stay, I'd be open to that! I wanted to add, I've been away from Rover since Oct. 2022. I'm back on as of Jan. 4th 2026. I only work away from home 3 days a week, for 4 hours at a time, and it's 7 minutes down the road from my house. Allowing me to spend most of my time at home with your pets! On the days I'm gone for a few hours, my husband is home. I have multiple different fenced in areas for exercise and safe potty brakes. Ranging from 4ft high fencing, all the way up to 8ft high fencing (assuming they wouldn't mind a few emus or goats walking around). I can accommodate the snuggly dogs that can't bear to be left alone long and also anti-social/more difficult dogs who just needs a place to stay and it's difficult to find options for. I have several "Retriever" kennel panels and can build either outdoor kennels with dig proof wire floor or indoor kennels in my walk-out basement (if requested).

About: Hi I’m Madison! I love animals and have dog sat on multiple occasions for elderly and young dogs. I’d love to take care of your animals in exchange for the happiness I’ll get from walking and interacting with them! I have pretty open availability at the moment. I feed, walk, bathe, and play with all animals and show them the love they deserve. I currently work Full-time Monday - Friday. However I always have time after work and on weekends to take care of your babies. Having 3 cats and 2 dogs of my own I understand the need of your babies being care for. I have a big backyard that is perfect for playing fetch and zoomed, I also have a fenced in area in my backyard that we let our non trained fur babies play in. About: I’ve had a dog of my own since 2018, Ciri and I started when she could fit in my hand. Since then, I’ve added two more dogs to the home and it’s come in all types. I’ve dealt with them deathly sick, scared, nervous, hyper, and sleepy. I work full time at SIUC, but my friend and roommate is a retired Army veteran who spends most of his time at home. Unless something very unexpected happens, the dogs are not left alone for more than 4 hours. My house has two separately fenced in yards and I have three friendly dogs of my own and my roommate has one cat. We’re laidback and at constant war with husky hair, but we get by with optional crating and indoor and outdoor time whenever your pup needs it.
