About: Hello! We absolutely love all dogs. We have a beautiful 4 year old Weimaraner who we came into our life as a pup. We also have had two prior to her. We are comfortable with all aged dogs from the feisty puppies to the more quiet seniors. We have lots of experience with young puppies, senior dogs who need medication (oral pills or otherwise), and shy or energetic dogs. Linda even worked as a Vet Tech in high school and was a dog walker in college. We both are retired and love to sit outside with our dog and go for walks. As a visitor to our home, we are open to whatever method you employ for your dog’s safety. We have experience with crate training and are happy to continue those practices if you wish. Otherwise, your dog is free to roam our fenced yard and home. We are both retired, so have lots of time for your pup. Our dog always gets to go out whenever she wants. So will yours. We usually walk our dog in the morning afternoon and evening. If your dog is up to that, we will have her join us. We have a fenced in yard for the dogs to enjoy whenever they want. Our house is very dog friendly. Our dogs are allowed on the furniture. We do not leave any food out and have a dog proof garbage can too.

About: I worked at an animal care clinic for three years where I was in charge of cat enrichment and socialization, and of course, cleaning. I have cleaned up the weirdest messes cats have made and began to look forward to what chaos each individual cat will bring to my day. I have three cats myself who are extremely spoiled and loved. About: I have always loved every different kind of animal out there, but spent my childhood with mostly just cats. 15 years ago, I adopted my first puppy, a German Short-haired Pointer, at the age of 8 weeks. My ex-husband and I decided to take the "treatless training" approach which was a huge success! Crate training, leash training, obedience training were all a collaborative effort and turned out extremely well. 10 years later, we adopted a sweet rescue named Gizmo who was already 7 years old, but became part of the family immediately. They have both passed on now to doggy heaven, but I am always the first to offer to care for other family member's pets anytime I can :) I'm currently working part-time from my home in Blackberry Creek and always have time for some fur-ball company. My 2 girls, 7 and 10 years old, are with me part time and are also very helpful, gentle and patient with our pets and hopefully yours! I have a fenced back yard with plenty of room for your fur-baby to play and exercise! If it better suits you, I can always come to your home as well for potty and play time :) UPDATE 6/8/26 - Since starting my Rover journey in 2022, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing pets and their wonderful families. Along the way, our household has grown and changed in ways I never expected. In 2023, one of my regular Rover pups (actually a senior pup) became a permanent part of our family. Tigger’s owner had rescued him from a Chicago Animal Shelter just months before I began caring for him. As a 100 lb. Staffordshire Terrier, Great Dane, Bully, etc. mix, Tigger was a big boy with an even bigger heart. His owner dedicated to helping him become the best version of himself, especially since he wasn’t always comfortable around other dogs. With patience, training, and love, he blossomed into the sweetest, gentlest giant you could imagine. When his owner unexpectedly passed away, her husband reached out to ask if I would consider adopting Tigger. My answer was immediate: absolutely. I couldn’t bear the thought of him returning to a shelter. Bringing Tiggy into our family was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My girls and I were lucky enough to love, spoil, and cherish him for three wonderful years before he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We miss him every day, but are so grateful for the time we had together. Since then, we’ve also welcomed two adorable brother cats into our home. They keep us smiling and full our days with plenty of fun and affection. While our family has grown, we’re excited to have some doggy energy back in the house through Rover! When your pup stays with us, they’ll be welcomed with open arms and treated like a part of the family. We understand how much your pets mean to you because we’ve experienced firsthand just how special that bond can be. My pup(Max) is up to date with all vaccinations, Heart Worm, Flea and Tick preventative. Please watch for symptoms, coughing, not eating, not acting normal, fever (100-103 normal) and mucus from nose. I would appreciate all guests have their Dog Flu Vaccine, please consult with your Dr. Takes 5 weeks to be good effective. My schedule is really flexible, Please let me know what time might work best for you and your furry family member. We can workout the best time for everyone. I live in an animal friendly neighborhood. My house is ranch-style house with a fenced in yard and a sun room with easy access to my backyard. I also have a friendly dog to keep your dog’s company. If your dog don’t get alone with other dogs, my house is big enough to separate them (I only host two family at a time). I will take care of each dog according to their situation and condition, such as eating time and other living habits. I will keep the owner updated with video, pictures and/or phone.

I care for the pets in the owner's home. Feeding, playing, and lots of love are included in my visits!🐾 I take care of animals daily. I do pet sitting on my own, and have for years since 2015. I worked in kennels, boarding facilities, doggie daycares, and training facilities. I care for my own dogs, birds, and rats daily. Animals are my life! Your pet's safety and happiness are my upmost priority. I strive to make every animal's life better. I like to get detailed instructions so I can make your pet as comfortable as possible.
About: I have had pets all of my life, both cats and dogs. I have worked at an animal shelter for three years where I took dogs out for daily walks, gave them enrichment and lots of love and patience. I would love to get to know your dog and find out how to give them the best days possible! I am also very prepared to clean any messes that may occur and make sure that your dog remains safe while we play. I am a part-time college student so I have a few assignments to take care of weekly. I have no other job at this time so school is my only commitment this summer. I always check to ensure that any harmful materials anywhere the animals can reach them. I regularly monitor various toys that are out and ensure that they are not being eaten and playtime is always monitored.
About: I know how important my dog's well-being and daily routine is to me, and I would love to help keep your dog in their routine! I have experience caring for and training dogs of all types, and will cater to senior dogs, medical needs, or special needs such as sensitive, selective, or reactive dogs. In my spare time I volunteer with my therapy dog Reese, and have experience fostering and training dogs using positive reinforcement. I know how hard it is to be away from your pet but I can assure a safe and successful walk, sit, or stay! I am a teacher, and currently available full time for animal care! Available on weekdays, for stop-ins during the work day, or over holiday weekends. In your home, I can offer lots of your dog's favorite exercise for every season. Depending on their activity level, we can take walks, runs, or just breaks/sniffs. I always clean up after dogs and demonstrate responsible dog ownership in your neighborhood! For stays at my house: the yard is huge, and backs to forest preserve property and pond, but the yard is unfenced so I am diligent about leashes.
About: I’ve had Dogs since I was little. I currently have 2 German Short Haired Pointers which is a very high energy breed dog. With that being said I’m comfortable and able to care for small to big dogs including high energy fur babies🐾 I’ve also been a Nanny for 4 years and care for toddlers so i’m ready for anything! I’m currently working part time as a nanny while attending ECC for Nursing. This allows me to have a flexible schedule to care for your pet(s)! Having owned dogs my whole life i’m comfortable with any care your pet may need. For example, giving dogs medication as my own dog is very stubborn about it.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is.. i truly love all dogs and treat them as if they were my own babies. I am attentive to their needs and adapt to their routines. I work full time. 4am -12pm. I am very active and love to go for long walks each day. My girlfriend also does rover and has a star sitter status and is home each day to keep the dogs company and care for them as well Pets are allowed on furniture and in the bed.. or where ever they are most comfortable. I have dog gates and large dog crates if need be.

About: I grew up around a variety of animals my whole life and I have been caring for others pets since I was 13 years old. I have always loved animals and treat everyone's pets as if they were my own. My senior year of high school I created my senior project around therapy dogs and helping special needs children. I trained my own dog to be a certified therapy dog through the organization known as Pet Partners. The remainder of the project was visiting with special needs children and doing educational activities. We also visited libraries and young children with developing their reading skills. I recently graduated from Purdue University with an Animal Science degree which has allowed me to gain even more knowledge on how to care for people's pets. About: I’ve owned cats and dogs my whole life! I love both! I also rode horses for many years and have had friends with bunnies and rodents so I have experienced many types of animals I’m a college student! Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings i’m in an elementary school and Wednesday’s I spend my whole day on campus as well as Thursday afternoons. I’m free most of the time ! I don’t board animals due to my own pets. But i adhere to any schedules and routines done in the home. I also respect others property. I always leave the place clean and tidy after staying and make sure to communicate anything necessary.

About: Hello! We absolutely love all dogs. We have a beautiful 4 year old Weimaraner who we came into our life as a pup. We also have had two prior to her. We are comfortable with all aged dogs from the feisty puppies to the more quiet seniors. We have lots of experience with young puppies, senior dogs who need medication (oral pills or otherwise), and shy or energetic dogs. Linda even worked as a Vet Tech in high school and was a dog walker in college. We both are retired and love to sit outside with our dog and go for walks. As a visitor to our home, we are open to whatever method you employ for your dog’s safety. We have experience with crate training and are happy to continue those practices if you wish. Otherwise, your dog is free to roam our fenced yard and home. We are both retired, so have lots of time for your pup. Our dog always gets to go out whenever she wants. So will yours. We usually walk our dog in the morning afternoon and evening. If your dog is up to that, we will have her join us. We have a fenced in yard for the dogs to enjoy whenever they want. Our house is very dog friendly. Our dogs are allowed on the furniture. We do not leave any food out and have a dog proof garbage can too.
