About: For as long as I can remember I have taken care of, rescued, and cared for animals. Through out my life I have over all had 18 animals in my house hold (at one point in time 8 cats all under the same roof) and I have often helped taken care of animals of family and friends. I have checked in on dogs for noon outside time and potty breaks as well as stayed at a home for as long as a month to take care of a cat. I have experience with pets in all stages of life and in handling animals with different temperaments. I have also given animals medications (from diabetic shots to thyroid pills to special prescription food) and I am very active in taking care of them. Currently I have one dog and three cats that I share with my partner, all of whom I have taken care of from early on in their lives. I am currently in between jobs so most days and times I am available. I do share a car but we always work together to figure out who can use the car when. Just let me know what you need and when and I will work with you to figure out a schedule that works for both of us. I am very respectful of other's homes, making sure things are clean and nothing is messed up. Whether your fur baby tore up a rug or I accidentally broke something, there will be full transparency on what happened while you're away. I can send daily text check ins and don't mind being called daily to ensure everything is alright, your animals are family and I will treat them as such. Any house rules or animal schedules you have set I will abide by. I will give your animal full attention and do what I can to give them what they need.

“Rocco is a five month old puppy. He has a lot of energy. Joy and Dan did a great job. My dog was very happy. Joy and Dan sent updates and pictures on a regular basis. I picked him up and I felt they did a wonderful job and provided a great experience. I highly recommend Joy and Dan as they provided my dog a safe and very good experience. It made me feel at ease, leaving him with them.”

“April was amazing with Korra! She had such a fun time and was clearly so loved during her stay. We got pictures and updates everyday. Again, could clearly see how much fun she was having! This was Korra first 4th of July as well, so we weren’t sure how she was going to react to the fireworks. April did an amazing job at letting us know what she had planned and how she was going to create a safe and calm environment for the dogs. We got pictures and updates on how she was doing/did. I am so glad Korra spent her first fireworks season with April. She was so well cared for. I could not recommend April more. She has so much love and care for her own dogs that she shares with other dogs. Korra is so happy to be apart of Petey’s and Shawna’s friend group!”

“It was a pleasure working with Matt! He helped us with Kuma for a few days while on vacation, he took good care of our Kuma and communicated with us daily.
