The photos she sends every day as well as her comments show that Ripley enjoys staying with her. We have full trust and confidence in Shirley as the best person for Ripley when we are out of town. She cares for him and his well-being, physically and emotionally. Thank you, Shirley! Dagmar and Mohsin”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for dogs for friends, family, and neighbors. What sets me apart is the level of care, patience, and attention I give every dog as if they were my own. I understand that every dog has a different personality, comfort level, and routine, and I take the time to make them feel safe, relaxed, and loved while their owners are away. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or calm and cuddly, I adapt to their needs and make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and companionship. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m dependable, attentive, communicative, and genuinely enjoy being around dogs. I’m comfortable following feeding schedules, walks, routines, administering basic medications if needed, and providing updates/photos so you feel at ease while away. My goal is to create a warm, low-stress environment where your dog feels comfortable, cared for, and happy — not just watched. It would truly be an honor to care for your dog and give them the same love and attention every pet deserves. Daily and evening care including walks, feedings, playmate, bath time and bed time with any other activities including the dog park when availabe based on weathe. Pets are free to roam while I am home and crated when I need to run errands. They are treated like the rest of the family.
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of hiring Emily to take care of Mel, my beloved dog, while I was away. From the initial meet-and-greet to the daily updates during my trip, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention provided. Emily took the time to understand Mel's routine, preferences, and any quirks that might need special attention. It was evident that they genuinely love dogs and have a strong understanding of their needs. Every day, I received updates and photos that put my mind at ease, showcasing how happy and comfortable my pup was in their care. Not only did Emily provide regular meals and exercise, but they also engaged in fun activities and even took Mel on walks to the river walk. I could tell that my dog was getting plenty of love and attention, which is so important when you're away from home. Upon my return, Mel seemed relaxed and happy, which reassured me that I made the right choice by entrusting Emily with their care. I highly recommend Emily to anyone in need of a reliable and caring dog sitter. They exceeded my expectations and truly treated Mel as if they were their own. I will definitely be reaching out for future sitting needs! Thank you, Emily, for your outstanding service!”

“Brittney was absolutely amazing! Not only did she follow directions exactly, she also took the initiative to address some unexpected situations that arose. She handled feeding, watering, and doing litter for my three cats as well as chasing one down twice a day to administer medicine. The posts Brittney provided were perfect at reassuring an anxious cat mommy, giving peace of mind so I could relax and enjoy my vacation. This was my first experience with her, but I’m already planning to contact her for my next trip. Thanks so much, Brittney!”

“The weekend of my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding, Angelina provided care to their cat as well as my three cats, staying overnight for two nights at my home. Prior to that weekend, she came over to meet the cats and myself and run through their daily care routine. Even my shy cat Brody seemed curious about her. Wedding weekend, she was great at providing updates through text and photos throughout her stay, and I appreciated her attention to cleaning up their litter boxes and feeding mats one more time before she left. She has a gift for working with animals and is trustworthy and easy to communicate with. I will definitely use her again!”

About: I've had cats since I was a kid and know that they all have very different personalities. I'm happy to drop in to feed and play with your cats when you can't be there. I've watched numerous cats for friends and families over the years and enjoy having fun with them, or being patient with them if they nervous or shy.
About: I have over 4 years of experience in dog walking and overnight dog sitting, and grew up taking care of our family dog. About: Cats have always been a part of my life, and I’ve cared for them from kittenhood through their senior years. Living with cats has taught me how to understand their unique personalities, respect their boundaries, and earn their trust. Whether your cat is playful and social or shy and independent, I’m happy to provide the care and attention they need while maintaining their normal routine. I genuinely enjoy spending time with cats and will treat your furry family member with the same love, patience, and care that I give my own.

About: I spent all of high school volunteering at my local animal shelter, caring for both dogs and cats. I have experience with newborn kittens to senior cats with feline leukemia. I assisted in finding kittens foster homes during peak season and helping some of the more fearful cats open up.

“Aimee was a great drop-in sitter for Mr. Cat. She was punctual and good with the cat. Aimee sent pictures of MC every day and was fast to communicate. I recommend Aimee for your petsitting !”

About: I’m currently in training to become an NBCAAM Board Certified Animal Massage Therapist. I’ve been dog-sitting and house-sitting for clients locally for the past 15 years. I’m an avid animal advocate and treat others pets like my own. In my spare time as a health coach, I enjoy researching pet wellness and nutrition. My clients know when they go out of town that their pet is in good hands. My current schedule and availability for pet-sitting is open, as I complete additional training for health coaching. I also work remote but have flexibility on the weekdays and I’m open on weekends. I provide care for your pets based off the directions and specifications provided. All pets are completely unique and have different needs and levels of care. I enjoy providing extra attention and play to dogs/cats who have anxiety. This can get overlooked when families are busy in their routines, and is so important for pet wellness. I have many friends who have pets with “behavioral issues,” that end up being alleviated with some extra attention, love and play.
About: I have raised and cared for dogs and cats my entire life, all sizes and ages, several with serious medical needs. As a child, my family bred and raised Irish Setters and kept any pup that was not 100% healthy for adoption. Therefore I have experience with all aspects of pet care and I have raised my kids to do the same. We are Tara (49yr), Jaden (15yr) and Alia (12yr) and have been dog sitting for friends and family for years and really enjoy hosting pups to play with and pamper on the weekends since unfortunately we are not home enough during the week to provide adequate care and attention to a full time pup. Our three kitties are very accustomed to dogs but we have plenty of room to separate them if they overstimulate your doggy. Our three level home, plus large back yard, will give your pup plenty of room to play inside and out! We typically run and play in the backyard during potty breaks and go out for several walks a day. The yard is only 90% fenced so I have several 50ft leashes around the yard to provide the illusion of freedom while maintaining safety. If your pup is high energy, they can also play with the neighbor’s dogs or we can take a trip to the dog park so they can socialize and run with other pups. I assure you they will get lots of cuddles and attention and I will send photos and vids of your pup to you throughout their stay! I am available for boarding in my home on the weekends, beginning Friday evening through Monday morning. I can also board at your home from Saturday morning through Sunday evening. I will treat your pet like a member of the family! If they get muddy in the backyard I have no problem giving them a bath and brushing them. They are welcome on the furniture and will not be left alone while they are in my care.
“Emily was a great sitter. She was super easy to work with. She had a great backyard setup. Our pup, Bandit, loves water and Emily had a doggy pool all set up for him. Would book with Emily again.”

“Michelle was great!! I feel so lucky to have found her on the site!! She went above and beyond, sending me pictures and updates throughout the day. Also, she was willing and patient to work with my dog even though she is still a puppy. I truly felt relieved to know she was in Michelle's hands! I will definitely be using her services again.”

“Dezmond was so wonderful! He kept our dog happy and took such good care of her. He was great with letting her get comfortable with his pups before I left for the day, and she came home happy and wonderfully exhausted.”

About: I have taken care of all kinds of pets since elementary school, especially dogs. Family friends and neighbors have had me walk, feed, play with, and even medicate their dogs. There isn't a dog or pet that I wouldn't be happy to handle! Not only am I good at what I do, but I care as well. Pets are family too and I most definitely understand that. I am doing a bit of work for my father around the house and our local store, but it is all very flexible, so your pet could be my number one priority. I am free to care take for dogs almost all days during the work week. I have a great yard for dogs to run around in. I live in a very suitable and safe home for pets with mature family members who are gentle and could care just as good I will. I even live right near a dog store that I would be happy to take them to as well.
“Karen takes such great care of my baby. She is so kind, loving, attentive. I really appreciate her excellent communication, frequent updates, and professionalism. We can’t wait to see her again!”

“I can’t recommend Mary enough! She stepped in last minute to take care of our pup, Monty, for a full day, and we couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment we met her, she was welcoming and friendly, giving us a tour of her lovely home, which put us at ease knowing Monty would be well cared for. Mary took Monty out for a walk, fed him, and even has grassy areas in her backyard for him to enjoy. She kept us updated throughout the day with photos and messages, which we really appreciated. It was clear he was having a great time! If you’re looking for someone to care for your pup, look no further than Mary. She truly is fantastic!”

I was impressed how much knowledge she demonstrated and shared about puppy behavior, my dog’s breed characteristics and nutrition, I feel confident leaving my puppet with Kayla will help her socialization tremendously!”
“Carmen was amazing. I was totally at peace to leave my 3 month old puppy with her. She was very responsive and gave regular updates throughout the day. Oreo had an amazing time with her. Thanks Carmen!!”

“Robert was very welcoming, patient, and helpful for both me and my dog, Maya, as this was our first booking ever! He took his time to let her get comfortable and introduce her with the other pups he had in house. Allowed me to be just as comfortable leaving her for the day! Came back to pick up one happy and VERY tuckered out pup! Loved the pictures! Looked like we both had a great experience booking with Robert!🐶 We will be scheduling again soon!”

About: Hello I’m Marine I’m a bit new to Rover but that doesn’t reflect my experience. I've been an animal lover for as far back as I can remember, and have cared for my own dogs and cats throughout my life. I have experience dog walking at various shelters, pet sitting, fostering animals, taking my own dog to pet therapy visits at senior centers, and volunteer transporting injured animals to get care through a local response group. I'm familiar with the needs of senior dogs, and feel comfortable administering medication if needed. If you work odd hours or need evening drop in visits or walks I’m your person! There are some weeks I have earlier day time availability as well, it doesn’t hurt to ask. Looking forward to meeting your dog soon! I have reliable transportation to get to you. I look forward to getting to know your dog and making sure they are having fun, getting exercise, and lots of attention! I will take great care to be respectful of your dog and of your home. About: I have had pets from dogs, cats, fish, birds, and small rodents and loved them all. I am open minded about other caged animals besides dogs but would prefer no cats as my husky dog has a high prey drive. I already take care of my own pets and it fits perfectly into my life. I have a fenced yard and a husky dog who will make great company. I am also willing to travel to your home if it makes you feel more comfortable.

About: Experienced, Thoughtful Care for Dogs of All Sizes With 15+ years of experience caring for dogs and two lovable and furry 85 pound dogs of my own, I’m very comfortable with all from active large breed to gentle senior companions. I’ve also spent years caring for small dogs (including pups around 10 pounds), so I’m used to adjusting walks, playtime, and care to fit each dog’s size, personality, and pace. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I genuinely love getting to know each dog’s unique personality, whether they’re the adventurous “let’s walk forever” type, the neighborhood squirrel patrol officer, or the happy couch companion who prefers a slower stroll and extra belly rubs. I take pet care seriously and prioritize routine, safety, and consistency. I always double check collars and harnesses before walks, follow feeding schedules carefully, and make sure each dog feels comfortable and secure in their environment. My goal is to keep your dog’s day feeling as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away. I also know how important peace of mind is for pet owners, so I’m happy to provide photo and message updates during walks or visits so you know your dog is happy and well cared for. Services I Offer • Dog walking • Drop-in visits • Overnight pet sitting • Feeding and medication administration if needed • Playtime, enrichment, and lots of affection I treat every dog I care for as if they were part of my own family. Trust is incredibly important when it comes to your pets, and I’d love the chance to meet you and your dog to make sure it’s the right fit. Pet care is already a part of my daily routine. I currently care for two large dogs of my own, so regular walks, feeding schedules, and outdoor time are built into my day. Because of that, adding walks or visits for other dogs fits seamlessly into my schedule. As a student, my schedule varies slightly week to week, but it also provides flexibility that allows me to accommodate morning, afternoon, or evening visits depending on what works best for each dog’s routine. I’m very intentional about planning my day so that pets receive consistent attention, exercise, and care. I understand how important routine and reliability are for both dogs and their owners, so I always make sure feeding schedules, walk times, and any special instructions are followed closely. My goal is to provide dependable care that keeps your dog comfortable and happy while you’re away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is to keep their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible. Dogs tend to feel most relaxed in their own environment, so I make sure to follow their normal schedule for walks, feeding, playtime, and rest. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality and energy level whether they prefer an active walk, playtime, or a slower pace with plenty of affection. I always make sure fresh water is available, feeding instructions are followed carefully, and collars or harnesses are secure before walks. I also understand how important trust is when someone is entering your home to care for your pet. I treat every home with the same respect and care that I would my own, and I’m happy to provide updates and photos so owners know their dog is happy and well cared for. My goal is always to make sure your dog feels safe, relaxed, and loved while you’re away.
