“Doug and Deb took care of our 11-year old medium-sized dog for 2 days/1 night while we were at a wedding. They were wonderful! We explained ahead of time that she is immunocompromised and can’t be around other dogs unless we’re 100% sure they are vaccinated, so Doug & Deb made sure she was the only “guest” in their home that weekend. They were also very accommodating when we let them know a few days before our trip that our dog would be wearing a cone and needed some antibiotic cream applied after a toenail injury. And of course, they sent pictures and reports on how she was doing throughout her stay. We will definitely use their services again in the future!”

About: Hi I’m Patrick! I love dogs and have been around them most of my life, I have three of my own named Bubba, Sassy and Neo who I walk every day. I will be very patient and kind with your pup as if they were my own and make sure they’re having as much fun as I’ll be having! I love all animals including cats but sadly I have family that is allergic so that is a no go but I would definitely consider myself a dog person anyway , no dog is too big or too small for me I’ll love em all the same. Id be ecstatic to add ur dogs to my daily routine:) Questions are welcome of course! My schedule is relatively flexible besides taking care of my own dogs. I am somewhat limited in means of transportation since I ride my bike to get around but that won’t stop me from meeting new dogs! If you do chose me to walk your dog we can discuss what would be best for picking them up for the walk and dropping them back off at your home. If your dog is crate trained I have no problem making sure they go into their crate before I leave.

I enjoy making walks enjoyable and stress-free by letting dogs explore at their own pace while keeping them safe. I’m comfortable following feeding schedules or an instructions given by the owner, giving lots of playtime and attention. I have experience is walking dogs with different energy levels. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, playful, or older and slower-paced, I’ll make sure they receive patient and personalized care. I love taking pictures of dogs, you will receive many from me if I get to go on a walk with your pet. Also I would love to know your dogs birthday because I think our pets birthdays are so important and should be celebrated! I’m currently going to be in the Chicago area for the summer starting June 1st- August 1st. At this time I will be available every weekday at any time. And weekends if needed! I have a fenced in yard where the dog will be safe. In your home I will ask for specific instructions and anything you believe I should know to be fully prepared to care for your pet in your home.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my life! From neighbors to friends/family! It’s my favorite and brings me so much happiness! That’s why I currently own two small dogs. Im currently a stay at home mom and would love to host some different pups! My two schnauzers love making friends. It would be awesome for everyone! About: I am a sound healer, wife, mother to my toddler and animals. My husband is a city of chicago worker and we love the chicago area :) We are very active and love to go on long walks and love being outside with our dogs! I absolutely adore cats and love to spend time feeding the feral cats in my neighborhood. In my spare time I also love to go to the local park with my daughter to watch the squirrels and birds. I love nature. I am good with all types of animals and they love me! We have 2 dogs and 3 cats, and some chickens in our backyard. Our dogs are very friendly and love making new friends whenever they can. I truly love watching and meeting new animals and enjoy this type of work. “Thank you Ruth! Bruni was well cared for while we were away for Spring Break. It was our first time boarding him away from home but I knew that he was in good hands when we first met Ruth. I like knowing that there is someone home most of the time as that is what he is used to at our home and can get anxious if left alone for too long. Also, we noticed that Bruni is more calm around other dogs since having been to Ruth's and hanging around the other dogs that she may be caring for. We hope to use her again!”
