They’re playful and social, but they’re also great at matching the energy and personality of other dogs—whether your pup wants to run and play or prefers to relax. I work from home, so your dog will have plenty of company, attention, and supervision throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods. I have experience caring for senior dogs, puppies, high energy dogs, dogs with separation anxiety, etc. I understand that every dog has their own needs, routine, and personality. I’m happy to provide walks, playtime, drop-in visits, and lots of love and attention while you’re away. Because I have dogs of my own, your pup must be comfortable and friendly around other dogs for boarding or day care. When we showed up to his place he took the time to get to know the dogs and showed us where they would be and his yard. They immediately took to him and couldn’t be happier. He wore out two high energy silver labs and sent us updates of how they were doing. Even on the second day when we dropped them off instead of chasing a squirrel they instantly went to Justin for another fun day. About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. My own have a history of bolting/running away, so these things have become 2nd nature for me.
About: I’ve had 2 shihtzus since they were 8 weeks old. Have lost both within the last 2 years at ages 15 and 17. Me and hubby enjoyed them and we miss them terribly. I love strolls around the block and playtime. Serious lap time and undivided attention is awaiting your special fur baby, as I am retired and at home full time. Each year I go to Utah to dog sit for my middle son for 2 weeks while they vacation. They’ve had a Rottweiler, Berniedoodle and Yorkies. The big guys loved TAKING ME on daily walks around their local park. I always took my 2 shihtzus swimming every time we went boating. Perfect day in my opinion!!! I am retired and available most of the time. Short trips to the grocery store or other errands are basically the only time I leave. I have a fenced yard and plenty of room inside and outside. Special diets or medications are not a problem. I liked to wash my dogs faces after mealtimes. They can sleep in my bed, or not. Your preference.

About: Always had a dog in the home growing up. Trained puppies and watched all of my neighbors dogs for them. Dogs have always loved me! I am self-employed so my schedule can be as flexible as needed to give your pet the time and attention needed. Morning, midday, and nights I can be available. I stay very aware of pets staying safe in my care. My home is pet friendly, it is a smaller apartment space, but plenty of open room for playing and staying active.

“I had hired a dog walker for my dad’s dog, Luna, when he became too weak to walk her himself; I am so glad I found Ben to do the job. He is punctual, communicative, caring, and was a wonderful walker for Luna. When my dad’s health continued to deteriorate, Ben still checked in to see if there is anything he can do; even going so far as to come to the house for a scheduled visit when I forgot to cancel it. He got the job done for sure, but Ben continued to care and express his concern for Luna. If you want a walker that would give the love and attention you want for your furball- Ben is the one to hire.”

About: Animals and animal care has always been my passion, I’m currently working towards getting my bachelors degree in animal science and zoology! I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals and I’ve done a lot of rescue and rehoming! I love animals, from cats to fish, lizards and birds. I’m crazy about all of them. I’ve cared for babies and elderly of a lot of different species and I pride myself in always doing my best in taking care of all their needs. Ive got quite a few of my own babies at the moment but they’re all very friendly and adjust easily to new animals. While I live in an apartment, we have multiple fenced dog parks and ample walking area away from the roads for walkies with the dogs, my apartment is pretty spacious especially in the living room and animals are allowed around the whole apartment. If I were to watch your babies at your residence I would stick strictly to the rules you set for me and never overstep your boundaries or rules.

About: I’ve been hired to groom a good handful of dogs and a cat! I’ve lived with black Labs mostly but dogs of all sizes my whole life including senior-blind/diabetic-neglected-and puppies and love teaching basic tricks and catering to loves and dislikes to keep animals as comfortable and safe with me as possible! “Justin is my go-to dog sitter for when I go out of town! He's always willing to watch my dog on short notice, and let me pick her up and drop her off whenever works best for my schedule. I can tell my dog absolutely loves staying with him, as she gets SO Excited when we get there, and always comes home exhausted. It's great that she can play with his family and get all her energy out and be a dog. I never worry about River when I am out of town, so that's a nice feeling! “I’m so thankful for Zachary and his wife! Our Luna has been a bit depressed since her stroke a few years ago but after coming home from doggy daycare with them she way spunky, happy, and is even spending more time outside with a smile whereas it was difficult to get her to enjoy much time outside before as she would want to go back into the house or wouldn’t leave the back porch much. I’m so happy to see her rolling in the dirt and playing now. This means the world!!! She requires a lot of care and they did an excellent job even wrapping her foot really well and keeping it protected.
