Nothing makes me feel better than seeing happy ears and happy tails. I’m here for the ones that just need company or the ones who need a break from being inside. I am available most weekdays, weekends and holidays. Saturday availability is limited to in-progress boarding that began prior to Friday night and pick-ups as my family and I observe a 7th day rest. Your dog's well-being is very important to us. We want them to have as much access to the outside as they want, as much play and activity as they need, and plenty of space and calm to relax and settle. Our experience has shown that crate trained dogs that come with their own portable dens typically handle their stay better than those that don't. To reduce stress and better the experience, we prefer to keep dogs with crates.

About: I grew up with horses, cats and dogs and that brought on my love of animals. I worked in a small animal vet clinic for 12 years as a tech until I had my kids and became a SAHM 4 years ago so I have a lot of experience caring for animals. The benefit of having worked as a tech for so long is I’m very well trained in dog behavior, medical treatment, and giving pets extra loves when they’re feeling nervous. We have our own doodle who is a spayed female and she loves other dogs, even the grouchy ones. I have two kids, a 4 1/2 year old and a 7 1/2 year old who both were taught from a young age how to properly treat animals so they’re both very respectful of space and gentle. I am currently a stay at home mom so I am at the house most of the day, aside from running kids to activities, to take care of your pet. The living space in our home is one floor so there aren’t stairs for senior pets to have to climb. We also have a fenced backyard for them to play and potty. The fence along the back is only 4ft high so if you have an escape artist, our home isn’t a good fit.

About: I grew up taking care of the family dog and love them so much. I watch my mom’s dog frequently and my neighbor’s dog. I have three little kids and we love to play with the dogs, give them treats and taking them on walks. I am currently a stay at home mom with three little kids and we love taking care of dogs. We can easily give them food, play with them and take them on walks throughout the day. I have a fenced yard with a park nearby to play fetch at. My kids and I can play with your dog inside and or outside to make sure your dog gets all the cuddles and play time he/she needs.
“Megan (and her family) were awesome with my dog, Diesel. He is an older chocolate lab with some special needs, yet she was very happy to accommodate him. We did a "trial" night before his actual stay and even though Diesel snipped at her own dog, she was still willing to take him! I've left him at dog kennels or with other people before, but I've never been as satisfied with his care before now. Megan sent me pictures and a little report during the three days I was gone which was very much appreciated. You won't find a better person to care for your dog (or cats if she does them) than Megan!! She definitely knows what she's doing!! Thank you, Megan! Emily”
