About: I work remotely and love taking walks throughout the day to stop looking at screens. I go for frequent runs, walks and hikes and love taking a dog with me, just let me know if you would like your pup to get extra exercise! I live in downtown CDA area with a large fenced yard and a great neighborhood for walks! I only take in one dog at a time. I had both dogs and cats growing up and I'm a proud Aunty of all my friends dogs when they are out of town. I always look forward to it! If you have a strong high energy dog, don't sweat it. I had a retriever/chow mix for 14 years and I'm stronger than I look. :) Currently I work in real estate so I make my own hours and have plenty of time to walk your pup and give them extra attention I have a large fenced yard, a good size home for them to roam around, and a great neighborhood for long walks. <3 danyelle .

About: For the past 15 years we’ve had 2-3 dogs and truly believe our dogs are a part of our family. Currently we have a 2 year old Aussiedoodle and we have two kids who love to play with dogs but also understand when a dog needs his or her space. We do allow dogs on the couch and have plenty of room for a dog bed if provided. I’ve had pets all my life and understand how important it is to have someone watching them who will treat them love and respect. I’m currently a stay at home mom and my husband works from home. While we have daily chores and errands we run everything is adjustable to fit your dogs needs. I’m rarely gone more then 2 hours at a time and there will usually always be someone home in my absence. Dogs are welcome to come in and out of our home via a doggie door and have full access to our large backyard. We recently moved and the yard is even bigger and better than before! If you require walks or even trips to the dog park we can definitely accommodate that. We do allow dogs on the couch and we have gates set up to keep dogs on our main level giving us the ability to keep a close watch on them. Note: For puppies under 1 or dogs with chewing tendencies or destructive separation anxiety we may require a crate. We do have one extra available and can definitely discuss further at the meet and greet. I’m currently a stay at home Mom so my schedule is flexible. I’m able to be home as much as needed and rarely leave for extended periods of time. My husband works from home so there will most likely always be someone around. In addition to our one dog we can board up to three additional dogs at one time. I will do my best to keep you updated and informed if there will be any additional dogs in the house at the time of your pets visit but I do quite often receive last minute request. Drop off/pick up times between 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM, any request outside these times may require an additional night to be booked. We recently moved into our new home which is larger then the old one with TONS of space for the dogs, a covered patio to relax under and a fully fenced in yard. We plan to install a doggie door as soon as possible so dogs can have free access in and out of the house. While rare to have more the. 3 additional dogs in the house we will occasionally take up to 5 additional dogs at one time. While we do our absolute best to monitor the dogs 24/7 they are dogs and can be unpredictable, we do our best to maintain a safe environment for all dogs and will inform you of any issues that arise.

“During my visit to Coeur 'd Alene, we had some activities planned that were not suitable for dogs. I turned to Rover after reading some troubling reviews on the local pet resorts. And I could not be happier that I went this route! After reading several profiles and reviews, I found Carolyn and she was quick to respond to my last minute request, literally the night before we needed a sitter. After sharing a little information back and forth, she agreed to take our girl Shelby for the day. I can't express enough how very blessed and fortunate I was to have found Carolyn. Upon meeting her, and dropping off Shelby the next morning, I felt an instant connection, and she was gracious in sending me updates and pics throughout the day to provide assurance that Shelby was doing fine! We continued to use Carolyn's services for several more days, and each morning when we arrived, Shelby was excited to see her, and to go play with the other dogs in her care. Carolyn provided a good balance of outdoor play and indoor rest to ensure that the dogs didn't get too overheated. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating with drop off and pickup times as well. About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. My own have a history of bolting/running away, so these things have become 2nd nature for me.

Warm and friendly and bonded with Ranger immediately. Met her at house next day for drop off and she was very attentive asking questions about allergies and concerns. Felt very comfortable and at ease with leaving Ranger there for a “staycation”. He settled in quickly and Jackie kept me updated with text and pics and how he was doing throughout the day. About: I’ve had 2 shihtzus since they were 8 weeks old. Have lost both within the last 2 years at ages 15 and 17. Me and hubby enjoyed them and we miss them terribly. I love strolls around the block and playtime. Serious lap time and undivided attention is awaiting your special fur baby, as I am retired and at home full time. Each year I go to Utah to dog sit for my middle son for 2 weeks while they vacation. They’ve had a Rottweiler, Berniedoodle and Yorkies. The big guys loved TAKING ME on daily walks around their local park. I always took my 2 shihtzus swimming every time we went boating. Perfect day in my opinion!!! I am retired and available most of the time. Short trips to the grocery store or other errands are basically the only time I leave. I have a fenced yard and plenty of room inside and outside. Special diets or medications are not a problem. I liked to wash my dogs faces after mealtimes. They can sleep in my bed, or not. Your preference.

My only UNavailable times are (including my driving time): - Tuesday 11:15 - 5:15 - Wednesday 9:15 - 1:15 - Thursday 9:45 - 3:00 I spend time with your pups following instructions very carefully . I care about movement and exercise for your pup, as well as finding out their music tastes! I care for them with cuddles and scratches and personal attention. I also will play outside in the fresh air with your doggo. I never give people food to any dog and will rush to grab something off the floor if dropped to get it before they do. I make sure they have enough water in a clean bowl regularly and never have to hold their pee :) if requested, I will pick up poop out of the yard and definitely on a walk or playing at the park. Dogs are so special to us and deserve the best care!
About: Experienced in caring for dogs of all sizes for over 15 years. I've also fostered dogs in my home, and been privileged to be Mom to an Old English Sheepdog, Newfie, and now a Malamute named London. I am currently studying remotely for my Master's in nutritional health, so I'm at home all day. I hike with my pup twice a day, come rain or shine. I have a fully fenced (6ft) yard that is fully secure. We live on a quiet street and are just a few minutes' walk from a fenced dog park and a beautiful and quiet trail system.

About: I work remotely and love taking walks throughout the day to stop looking at screens. I go for frequent runs, walks and hikes and love taking a dog with me, just let me know if you would like your pup to get extra exercise! I live in downtown CDA area with a large fenced yard and a great neighborhood for walks! I only take in one dog at a time. I had both dogs and cats growing up and I'm a proud Aunty of all my friends dogs when they are out of town. I always look forward to it! If you have a strong high energy dog, don't sweat it. I had a retriever/chow mix for 14 years and I'm stronger than I look. :) Currently I work in real estate so I make my own hours and have plenty of time to walk your pup and give them extra attention I have a large fenced yard, a good size home for them to roam around, and a great neighborhood for long walks. <3 danyelle .
