About: Currently dog sit for a friend when their family goes out of town that has lead my son and I into enjoying taking care of dogs. We enjoy their company, snuggles and companionship. Currently working part time hours so I am home often along with being home every night and on weekends which allows your fur baby to not be alone for long periods of time. Have a front yard easily accessible to use with a lead and a big fenced in back yard for running around, playing fetch or relaxing in the sun.
“Jamie is such a GOLD/DIAMOND STAR sitter. I messaged her at 9PM about an emergency pick up because my current dog sitter was not taking a good care of my dog when I was out of town. We never work with each other before but she was so responsive and was ready to pick my dog up at 9AM the next day! Less than 12 hours of notice! She gave multiple updates with pictures and video throughout the day. I feel bad sometimes because I don’t even response to them as much as she send them! She asked for dietary restrictions, patient with my dog when she first met him. She even gave him food topper from her own! He is eating better than when he is with me! When I have a delay to return, she make sure that my dog is actually being put in a good hand and not with the old dog sitter who did not treat him right. I feel so safe to have my baby in her care because she has such a great heart. I would 100% work with Jamie again! Her price is so affordable for the quality of care that she provides!”

About: I have been talking care of family and friends animals since the age of 10 and still to this day. From walking to feeding to bathing, and grooming I have done it all. About: I've taken care of dogs of various ages for about 2 years at the client's home. I've done baths, taken them on walks, outside to go potty, of course feeding and giving all the treats! I work in NE Cedar Rapids so I'm only able to do mid day check ins in that area. I am able to stay overnight at your home as well if needed. I provide care at the client's home. I am able to come for a drop in visit and hang out with your pet for a short time or I'm able to come and stay for the night, weekend, or longer if needed.

As a dedicated dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet’s care. I treat every dog as if they were my own, providing plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while ensuring they feel safe and comfortable. I have experience with dogs of all ages, including senior dogs, and I’m comfortable administering oral medications when needed. I currently own a Catahoula Leopard Dog, so I’m familiar with energetic breeds and the importance of daily exercise, enrichment, and consistent care. I currently work as a Family Support Specialist and have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable pet care throughout the day, including walks, drop-in visits, potty breaks, and companionship. I work both from home and in the office, giving me flexibility to accommodate your pet’s needs. I cannot have other dogs in my home due to my Catahoula Leopard being protective. I have always kept an eye on dogs when they go outside and I even go outside with them to allow them to go the bathroom and also play with the them.
About: I know what it takes to care for your pets so they won’t even miss you while you’re gone! I am skilled at brisk or slow “sniff,” walks depending on the needs of your pet. I’m comfortable brushing, cuddling, playing fetch, and feeding/watering your pet. Just let me know of any special requests and I can accommodate your pets needs! I’m looking forward to spending time with your animal. I love to be outside, provide snuggles, work on commands, and give treats. Your pet will have a great time in your absence and feel loved and appreciated. I don’t mind picking up dog poop as my biggest dog is 55 lbs and comes with a lot of up keep :) I have two cats as well and am comfortable with all felines! “Jamie is such a GOLD/DIAMOND STAR sitter. I messaged her at 9PM about an emergency pick up because my current dog sitter was not taking a good care of my dog when I was out of town. We never work with each other before but she was so responsive and was ready to pick my dog up at 9AM the next day! Less than 12 hours of notice! She gave multiple updates with pictures and video throughout the day. I feel bad sometimes because I don’t even response to them as much as she send them! She asked for dietary restrictions, patient with my dog when she first met him. She even gave him food topper from her own! He is eating better than when he is with me! When I have a delay to return, she make sure that my dog is actually being put in a good hand and not with the old dog sitter who did not treat him right. I feel so safe to have my baby in her care because she has such a great heart. I would 100% work with Jamie again! Her price is so affordable for the quality of care that she provides!”
