“Linda is absolutely AMAZING. I had never left my sweet pups at another home while I had traveled. I always boarded them at a daycare/boarding facility. When I did a search on Rover for boarding in my area, I came upon Linda. We had a meet and greet for our pups and it was the most incredible experience I have ever had with meet and greet. I dropped my Sophie & Charlie off the day before I headed to the Bahamas and left them in the WONDERFUL hands of Linda for 6 days! Linda always kept me up to date on them with pictures, sweet words in dog talk from my "fur kids", things they experienced that day, etc. Linda is the kindest soul I have truly every met. Her farm is BEAUTIFUL, her home comfortable and clean and her family lovely! My dogs were depressed for 2 days when I brought them home! I've taken care of cats, dogs, even hamsters, fish and plants for neighbors, friends, family and later on for clients through apps like these. I started taking care of pets at age 10 which was around the same time I got my cat, Allegra. I loved her like my own child. We would even take walks together. She lived a good 14 years but that of course was still too short for me. She was a family member to me, not just a cat. She was even kind to the random strays I would bring home and be forced to return lol. I also grew up with my dog Angel (pictured). She lived for 14 years too. Her last few years were rough and she was on a lot of medications. I have experience administering those. We had to put her down and that was such a hard decision. Another family member lost. I'm still proud that they both lived long lives. I've had other cats short term since then. I adopted a black cat, Maleficent Marie, in February 2023 and shes my new fur baby. I started using Rover in 2018 when it first started but deactivated because I lived in areas that didn't use the app at all. I can't wait to meet your pet and I'll make them a priority like they're family! I'm currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to drop in or even stay with your furry family members. When caring for pets in their home, I keep their usual routines consistent so they feel safe and relaxed. Before visits, I always take time to understand your pet’s personality, comfort level, and any special needs. My background in veterinary care taught me how to handle animals gently and how to recognize subtle signs of stress, discomfort, or behavioral shifts. I’m calm, patient, and affectionate, always respecting each pet’s boundaries and pace. Your home and your pet will be treated with the same care and respect I’d give my own.
About: Growing up, I always begged for a pet every chance I got. I have so much love, appreciation, and passion for not only pets but for animals as a whole, and this hasn't changed since I was a kid. In my free time I enjoy playing with my pets and watching animal documentaries. In terms of experience, I am PetTech certified, I am working with a local pet sitting business for over a year now, where I do drop-in visits for dogs and cats, as well as walks and house sitting too! I also previously volunteered with a local animal shelter where I worked with mainly cats and kittens, and dogs on occasion. As a volunteer, my responsibilities mostly included transport, playing with the shelter animals, weighing, and checking in/watching. I currently have 2 cats, 1 male and 1 female, that I got as kittens. I have had these cats for about 2 years. In the past, I had a dog for 3 years. My responsibilities with these pets include/included feeding, bathing, playing, walking, cleaning up after, etc. I am not currently working and have reliable transportation. I have a flexible schedule and lots of time to take care of and spend time with your furry friends! I have experience pet sitting in clients' homes before. I am detail oriented and follow the directions left by clients well! I clean up after not only myself but also your furry friends and leave the home as I found it!

About: I’ve always grown up with a wagging tail by my side. With 4 labradors and a past as a kennel technician; I’ve cared for all ages of pups. From the babies with little toe beans, to the cute little powdered sugar faces. I will care for any pet like my own. I’m currently open to any walk or drop in any time of the day Monday-Friday. “Linda is absolutely AMAZING. I had never left my sweet pups at another home while I had traveled. I always boarded them at a daycare/boarding facility. When I did a search on Rover for boarding in my area, I came upon Linda. We had a meet and greet for our pups and it was the most incredible experience I have ever had with meet and greet. I dropped my Sophie & Charlie off the day before I headed to the Bahamas and left them in the WONDERFUL hands of Linda for 6 days! Linda always kept me up to date on them with pictures, sweet words in dog talk from my "fur kids", things they experienced that day, etc. Linda is the kindest soul I have truly every met. About: I’ve always adored pets growing up and both of my parents are certified veterinarians so I pretty much grew up around animals my entire life! I’m currently a college student doing online classes so I am at home majority of the time taking care of my own personal pets day to day I monitor them really the entire time with them by my side, but I also have two veterinarians with me in my household every day
