About: I have helped my brother take care of his Rover bookings in the past while he and I lived together. He and I took care of many different types of animals including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, tortoises, and even a pot belly pig. My family has always been an animal loving family. We have always had at least one cat and/or dog in our homes. I currently live with my mother, and I recently had my dog cross the rainbow bridge, so I thought this would be a good way to help cope. I have a lot of love to give for your pet(s). My schedule is very flexible since I work independently, and my mother is widely available to help with boarding since she is retired. My mother does have a 4 year old cat that is friendly with other animals. I am the only one of the two of us that is available to house-sit and pet-sit. We are both happy to help give you the peace of mind and give your pet(s) the love and care that they deserve. As I said before, I am currently working independently which means I make my own schedule. I'm very flexible and can adjust my schedule on short notice if needed. As I also said, my mother is available to help me with boarding throughout the week since she is retired. We have a fenced in backyard and a pet friendly home since we have always had pets. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have raised them from playful puppies through old age. About 10 years ago, while working as a nanny, I also cared for two energetic husky mixes — from daily walks and playtime to feeding and snuggles. I have experience with dogs of all ages, from the patience and training puppies need to the gentle care older dogs deserve. No matter their age or personality, I’ll love and treat your dog like my own. I work from home, so I’m available Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. During the day, I usually take 2–3 ten-minute walks and also have time for play in my fenced-in backyard or plenty of cuddle breaks inside. On weekends, I offer boarding with drop-offs anytime after 8 AM on Fridays and pick-ups through 5:30 PM on Mondays. I have a fully fenced-in backyard with 6-foot privacy fencing and gates set up to keep dogs out of anything unsafe. Since I work from home upstairs, dogs will be gated with me so I can always keep an eye on them. If you have an older pup who shouldn’t do stairs, just let me know and I’ll happily adjust to work downstairs with them. On weekends, any errands I run are kept under 2 hours, and I can crate your dog if that makes you more comfortable. I also love sending picture and video updates so you can see how much fun your pup is having while you’re away!

About: I have lived with dogs starting at age 13 and been a part of raising 3 dogs in all the time since then. I pay special attention to a dog’s needs, having participated in both puppy training and frequent monitoring and potty breaks/clean up for senior dogs. I go as far as picking a dog up off the ground if no paw slips are available during sweltering conditions! My dog experience has been within the 40-70 pound range, but I can only walk a dog up to 40 pounds (unless the large dog is off-leash trained/VERY focused on their walker and doesn’t pull). My dog sleeps in my room with me, so I typically wake up early to let her outside to use the bathroom. Then, we socialize with family, and we give her treats throughout the day. She loves chasing a ball in our woodsy backyard, so I make sure to do that with her until she’s panting and thoroughly spent. She eats one bowl a day in the evening with either dried nutritional supplement or leftover dinner from a previous night (she’s spoiled!). Plenty of opportunities to go out to use the bathroom, especially before bedtime. Lots of snuggles. She currently has a lot of my time and attention as I seek full-time work, but I always make sure to let her use the bathroom before I would normally go to work. This kind of intimate care where I spend a great amount of quality time with my dog is how I like to be with pets that are in my care. About: *Update: In regards to the new weekly feature, I can only do so in YOUR home. I am a cat person but I also love dogs. I'm an equal opportunist lol . I've taken care of cats, dogs, even hamsters, fish and plants for neighbors, friends, family and later on for clients through apps like these. I started taking care of pets at age 10 which was around the same time I got my cat, Allegra. I loved her like my own child. We would even take walks together. She lived a good 14 years but that of course was still too short for me. She was a family member to me, not just a cat. She was even kind to the random strays I would bring home and be forced to return lol. I also grew up with my dog Angel (pictured). She lived for 14 years too. Her last few years were rough and she was on a lot of medications. I have experience administering those. We had to put her down and that was such a hard decision. Another family member lost. I'm still proud that they both lived long lives. I've had other cats short term since then. I adopted a black cat, Maleficent Marie, in February 2023 and shes my new fur baby. I started using Rover in 2018 when it first started but deactivated because I lived in areas that didn't use the app at all. I can't wait to meet your pet and I'll make them a priority like they're family! I'm currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to drop in or even stay with your furry family members. My home is not open to animals at the moment and I can sincerely vouch that I will treat your home respectfully like mine or anyone else's. I'm also fully vaccinated and take Covid seriously. About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life and have taken care of them my whole life! I have also taken care of neighbors pets for several years now and just looking to do so in my new home. I care for horses in my day to day and I love them and wish I could board them but I need a much bigger space for that! So in the meantime, I have a spare room where crated dogs could stay or cats! “Winter loves "camp" at Anita's. I know she had a good time because she's slept for two days and seems a little bit depressed that camp is over. I think she loved playing with the other dogs. Anita is so great with Winter, and her children are an added bonus because they love animals, too!”
“Linda is a wonderful Rover sitter! She has a great set up - a big fenced in yard with lots of sights and smells that dogs love. She communicated with us via text to let us know how Willow was doing, sent us photos and even a video update which we really appreciated. Linda clearly loves all the dogs that come to stay with her and takes care of them like they are her own. If you are looking for a caring, dedicated, friendly pet sitter, Linda is a great choice. We are booking another stay with her soon!”

“This was my first time leaving Maggie. From the first moment I met Emily and Josh, I knew my puppy would be in good hands. They have dogs themselves and also had other visitors while Maggie was there, and she seemed to fit right in and be at ease. I received a daily update and pictures about Maggie’s day, which was great. Also, Emily and Josh made sure to keep to her routine. When it was time for Maggie to go home, she gave Josh a big ole kiss. I will definitely use them for any future boarding.”
