About: Hi there! I’m new to Rover but not new to caring for pets as we have a 10-year-old fur baby of our own and we've had him since he was a pup. I have board and sit both dogs and cats for families several times and realized how much we enjoyed their company and how easy it was for to us have them in our homes especially given that we've already have a very similar routine in caring for Jojo. Boarding Care: We take our dog out 4x per day; once in the morning (7-9am), afternoon (12-2pm), evening (5-7pm) and then at night (9-11pm) before bedtime. Food can be put out anytime, and happy to accommodate request on food instructions. About Jojo: he is our best little guard dog so the first couple of mins when you are entering his home he'll bark and sniff. He does adjust quickly and gets along well with other dogs around his size. He is our only dog so when you board with us your pet too will have a friend to play with. We do have a pet of our own and a good existing routine, so we are able to host quite seamlessly so you can board with peace of mind. We have over half an acre of fenced backyard so rest assured they are safe and will have plenty of space to mark their spots.

About: I work from home and would love to host and care for your fur babies while you are at work or away on vacation. I have loved animals of all types my entire life. My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. I currently have a volunteer position with the same organization as a microchip coordinator. While I was in high school and college I worked for two animal clinics in the Metro Atlanta area and volunteered with local animal shelters. My family pets over the past 22 years were 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mixes that all lived to be seniors. I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own. Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Please understand that while we have experience with senior dogs and dogs with special needs, we are currently unable to book dogs that are experiencing incontinence (even with diapers) and night time pacing/spatial disorientation/sleeplessness that comes with senility. Since I work from home, I will keep your dog on any required schedule such as medications, supplements, specific feeding times, and potty breaks. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. I have a secure, fenced in yard with many areas to explore and space to run around. All gates are padlocked. I also stay outside with the dogs that are in my care. I leave a full bowl of water out 24 -7. I allow dogs to sleep in my bed if that is what they are accustomed to, I can also crate them if that is preferred. Your dog(s) will be safe and happy as guests in my home. I have a Red Cross Certification in Pet First Aid in the rare occasion there would be a need. I am also sensitive to dogs with thunder and firework fears, we have a comfy furnished basement space that mutes the bad sounds and we hang out there until everything calms down.

About: Hello! I would be delighted to care for your pet while you’re away! I provide daily updates, including photos and videos, so you can feel connected and confident that your pup is happy and well cared for. I’m also a proud dog owner of three dogs of my own. After a successful temperament assessment, I’d be happy to introduce your pup(s) to mine for supervised playtime and companionship. My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable, loved, and right at home. I have a feeling they’ll have such a wonderful time that they won’t want to leave! I look forward to meeting you and your pup(s) and scheduling a meet-and-greet. Warmly, Joyce I'm currently working part-time and will be home around 2pm. My husband is at home during when I'm not home. Your pet(s) will have care 24/7. I have a large private fenced in backyard. Also, 3 pups of my own so your pup(s) will have plenty of friends to play with.

Where he would typically hide under beds, he was letting her give him belly rubs and eating/sleeping well. About: I’m a mom to 4 rambunctious children and 1 kid friendly chihuahua(14) and 1 loving husky pit mix(1). When most people meet my dog they are surprised at how friendly he is and how good he is with our young children. We used to have two dogs but we had to put older one down due to seizures and brain issues. In high school I worked in an army veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant for a cooperative work experience program. My original plan in life was to be a veterinarian but after having to assist with some tough cases I decided just being a good pet owner and caregiver was more my speed. I’m a full time stay at home mom and love playing with my dogs and kids in my spare time. I’d love to help you care for your fur baby as well. I’m pretty flexible. I’m home days once I get my kids get off to school during the day. In the evenings and on weekends I take them to their respective practices or games but that doesn’t mean I don’t have time to care for and give your fur baby some love as well. I like to take my fur babies for about a mile walk in the morning and then my younger pup will go on another half mile walk with me in the after noon. My older guys stays home and chills but he gets lots of love and snuggles at home.

We went to meet Alfonso and his family before booking since this was our first time using a sitter and all of our worries quickly went away after meeting him and his boys.
