He sent pictures and videos of the dogs together everyday and my dog Princess went into heat the day after we dropped her off and I was so thankful that he did not ask me to pick her back up and deny the job. About: My family got their first dog, Princess, a Chinese Pug, when I was just 7 years old. She brought us joy for many years. We decided to add an addition to the family, Timber, a Golden Retriever, when I was 13. We got a second Golden Retriever, Poulan, when I was 15. These dogs brought me such joy and contentment for so long, when I was 23 I decided to get a dog of my very own. I got Rex, a Golden Retriever/ Labrador Retriever mix, when he was just seven weeks old. He is now my 12 year old fur baby. I wouldn't trade my life with him for anything in the world. I hope my Care and Compassion Fur Companions will ease the pain of separation while you're away from your beloved fur babies; and, know they'll be in loving hands. About: I work from home and would love to host and care for your fur babies while you are at work or away on vacation. I have loved animals of all types my entire life. My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. I currently have a volunteer position with the same organization as a microchip coordinator. While I was in high school and college I worked for two animal clinics in the Metro Atlanta area and volunteered with local animal shelters. My family pets over the past 22 years were 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mixes that all lived to be seniors. I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own. Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Please understand that while we have experience with senior dogs and dogs with special needs, we are currently unable to book dogs that are experiencing incontinence (even with diapers) and night time pacing/spatial disorientation/sleeplessness that comes with senility. Since I work from home, I will keep your dog on any required schedule such as medications, supplements, specific feeding times, and potty breaks. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. I have a secure, fenced in yard with many areas to explore and space to run around. All gates are padlocked. I also stay outside with the dogs that are in my care. I leave a full bowl of water out 24 -7. I allow dogs to sleep in my bed if that is what they are accustomed to, I can also crate them if that is preferred. Your dog(s) will be safe and happy as guests in my home. I have a Red Cross Certification in Pet First Aid in the rare occasion there would be a need. I am also sensitive to dogs with thunder and firework fears, we have a comfy furnished basement space that mutes the bad sounds and we hang out there until everything calms down.

About: We’ve had dogs for 15 years. My wife volunteered at a rescue and brought home dogs that were extremely shy and scared from their previous environments. We cared for the dogs as if they were our own pets and made them feel safe and loved. She found homes for over 30 dogs and always made sure that the people adopting were going to be a good home for them. She refused to adopt to anyone she did not feel comfortable with. We were foster failures for 2 dogs and they had long and happy lives with us. Our last unfortunately passed in the beginning of May and we were very sad. We promise to give your dog the best possible visit when they come to stay with us. I hope we will see your dog soon. My wife and I are both retired so our availability is open. We both do volunteer work but that can be adjusted if we are sitting. The dogs will never be left alone. We have a fenced in yard. Our dog just passed away at 13 years old so we will have a home with no other pets
