Pumpkin does a great job of welcoming new friends to our home and gets along with dogs of all sizes and breeds, so if your dog is nervous or anxious, I’m confident she’ll help them come out of their shell! Please remember to provide a working leash and harness so I can feel confident that we won’t have any escapee artists on our hands 😝 For the safety of all dogs in my home, I ask that your dog is fully crate trained and that you provide a crate during the stay. This gives your dog a safe space in a new environment, helps them feel secure, sets boundaries when needed, and keeps everyone’s sanity intact 😄 It also gives me peace of mind knowing nothing can happen while I’m away — you wouldn’t leave a baby unattended at home, and I don’t intend to leave your fur baby that way either. After taking some time to see how your dog settles in, I may choose not to use the crate, but that will only happen once I’m confident they’re comfortable and trusting in their new environment. I work a flexible hybrid schedule, so my exact availability shifts day to day, but I'm almost always able to make time for drop-ins, walks, or boarding intakes, even on short notice. The only fixed commitment I have is an evening class on Mondays and Wednesdays, so intakes those nights may need to happen earlier in the day, late that night, or the next morning. “Highly recommend Ryan! Reliable, communicative, and great with my very large Pyr/Lab mix, Argo, who is not the best at leash walking. Argo was staying with my parents while I was on vacation, but he’s quite difficult for them to walk at their age. Ryan was amazing and took care of daily walks for 2 weeks - handled Argo really well and always gave him the full 30 minutes even in bad weather. About: I’ve grown up taking care of dogs my whole life from puppies to senior dogs. I also have been a cat owner for 4 years now. I work remotely and have some flexibility during the week and weekends. Will be starting grad school in the summer and will have even more flexibility for all your pet needs! I am pretty Type A when it comes to pet safety due to my own love for animals and the pride I take in being a pet owner. I would be able to offer a puppy proof environment, clean water and supervised feeding (if needed), supervision, stimulation, etc. I know the warning signs for any type of distress and would feel comfortable addressing as needed.

About: Hello! I'm Kim and I'm so glad you've stumbled upon my profile. My schedule has allowed me to reopen my profile so that I can help provide all the love with your puppers. I have used Rover before and understand the worry and missing of one's pet so I am quick to respond as well as send pictures cause who doesn't like pictures! I live near a park that has a dog park as well so we can spend some time walking the park and romp around. Since I don't have a yard and live in a townhome, I usually take out dogs every couple of hours especially if they are larger. My dog has his own vacation during the week so for boarding and daycare Monday through Thursday means your pup gets all my attention. Yay! My jobs allow for flexible schedule, working hybrid as well. It allows for plenty of breaks to take your dog outside for a walk and play. For house sitting, I will make sure to treat it with the upmost respect and care. In my own home, I live in a 2 story townhome ans although I don't have a yard, it means more walks around the neighborhood and being taken to the parks.

I have fallen in love with volunteering at the CAC shelter the past months and want to spend more time with animals 🐾 I grew up with family dogs (yorkie, maltipoo, & husky) but I currently have a mischievous tuxedo cat! I currently work remotely so as long as there’s wifi I’m good to go for weekdays and weekends! I also can take pets out or play during my breaks. About: I haven't had a pet of my own in a while but I have taken care of friends and families pets. I grew up on a farm for some of my childhood so I have had lots of experience with animals. I am a sweet caring person that would love to take great care of your dog ( or cat) when you cannot If your dog was to stay with me, I live in a loft community with a lawn area right my back door. “This will have been my 3rd time booking with Ashley and Kerry. They were fantastic as always. I would have completely understood if they were not able to accommodate me as it was a few days before labor day weekend. But they checked their schedule and got back to me really quickly and confirmed their availability to take the boys. They had a great time romping around their backyard and were spoiled with treats (within reason of course, otherwise they'd never come home). My husband and I got to enjoy all 5 days of DragonCon knowing that the boys were having their own vacation and a good time. Ashley and Kerry always send us pictures and let us know how they are doing. And I never have to worry about their medicine (if they are on any at the time) or my big boy's knees since they keep an eye on him when he plays and apply the ice pack (that I send with him) when he rests if it looks like he needs it.
