She kept us updated with messages, photos, and videos that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that she treated our girls like members of her own family. Sky had so much fun making new furry friends, and Taffy, who can be a bit picky and loves to cuddle, was showered with love and attention. When Taffy wasn’t eating well, Tracy offered to make her fresh boiled chicken without hesitation. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to us. Her entire family welcomed our dogs with open arms, and it was clear they were genuinely loved throughout their stay. We came home to two happy, relaxed pups, and that says everything. The size of animal is not a concern if a walk is not a requirement! For drop ins, it would require a mostly accessible entrance into the home. I can do a single small step, but otherwise zero-entry would be the most ideal! I have worked alongside a dog trainer who also offers boarding services for the past 4 years, I have volunteered for many animal shelters, including Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando for 2 years, I have been training my own dogs for the past 14 years, including training my current service dog, and I have previously shadowed veterinarians in a clinic environment. I absolutely love both dogs and cats, and I can assure you that they will be in great hands! I truly can’t wait to get in touch with you and meet your fur baby!! I currently work a part-time job, but often get scheduled full-time hours. I usually work between the hours of 8 and 6:30, so I can do night checks on my work days. My guaranteed days off are Monday and Tuesday, and I could complete as many drop ins as needed to keep your fur baby happy and healthy! I want to make sure that your baby stays comfortable, especially with a stranger coming into the home. I am very well versed on animal behaviour and body language, so I will never rush or force an interaction. I plan to follow the same schedule that you would as an owner, so that their schedule remains the same, even without a family member present. I will also make sure that the pet parents are staying updated with photos and messages throughout the day to maintain trust and communication!
