“This was my first time ever using the Rover app and I was nervous to find someone who would treat my dog as if he was home. Rebekah was absolutely amazing. She was kind and really treated my dog as if he was her own. She has 2 dogs of her own and although they are much bigger than my dog, they got along great. I would book her again!”

“Thank you Jan for taking care of our Fuzzy. We traveled at the last minute and were planning on keeping our dog with us in the hotel. We decided to search to see if there are any sitters available in the area and that’s how I found her with awesome reviews. She was prompt in responding to my messages and was able to coordinate care. We received constant updates with messages and pictures.”

“Angela did a great job of taking care of Watson. I picked him up happy and healthy. He really enjoyed playing with her dogs and kids and the pics she shared with me daily showed how comfortable and content he seemed there.”

“Alissa was great!! The photos daily really helped ease the separation anxiety of being away from the pups and she was very accommodating. I would definitely use her again for our next trip!!”

“Ashton was great to Oakley. She bathed her before I picked her up and Oakley didn’t seem stressed at all which is always a concern because she ends up with diarrhea but not this time! Oakley is going to Live in OK with my daughter however I will bring my mini pom to her!”

“This was dog Copper's first time staying away from home, so there were some worries from my wife and I. However, as soon as I dropped him off with Wendy and Rob our worries were put at ease! Wendy and Rob do a great job of communicating and sending photo updates each day. They have a nice home with a spacious fenced in area. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future!”

“Ryleigh came home not only happy, but clean!! I would highly recommend Shannon to keep your baby dog! Ryleigh is a sweet dog but is timid around other dogs until she warms up and gets to know them. Shannon kept me updated on how she was doing and sent pictures.”

“This was Dolce's first time staying with Jessie and her pack. We appreciated the daily updates and pics. Dolce came home happy and wiped out! That's always a good sign. We hate leaving her behind, but when we do, it's good to know she will be well taken care of. Thank you Jessie”

“Aaron was so wonderful with our dog. He was very expeditious with all my questions prior to booking and his replies were always kind a polite. Our dog was well cared for and we had nothing to worry about. We hope to use Aaron again in the future.”

“During my stay in the Panhandle, I quickly realized many of the beaches were not pet friendly, so I was in need of a last minute sitter for my pup Sammi. Sammi originally stayed with Aurora for 2 nights, but she had such a great time that I allowed her to go back for a third 🙂 Aurora does an exceptional job of making sure your pup is comfortable in her home. She takes special note of the things they enjoy, their triggers/traumas…and operates accordingly. Not to mention, she takes the most stunning photos of your dog and sends multiple updates throughout the day, so you aren’t left to wonder how they are doing. Sammi came home happy and slept like baby on our 8 hour road trip to South Carolina after her stay. It’s safe to say, Aurora will be my go to sitter anytime I am in the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

“Valerie made our little angel feel welcome and right at home during her stay. You could not ask for a better sitter. Everything worked out well. Valerie deserves an excellent rating. 5 stars. Thank you Valerie!”

About: My name is Alexandria, and I absolutely love all the pups! I would love to care for your fur baby and get all the cuddles while you enjoy your time away! I’ve got 8+ years experience being a kennel tech and would be better accommodated if I could do it remotely. I haven’t met an animal yet that I didn’t love caring for! I work for Bay District Schools so I am off for the summer and have plenty of free time and am accommodated to sit small breed dogs. I have a 3 month old miniature schnauzer and a 5 month old plott hound beagle mix that are the light of my life aside from being a mom! I sit for family and friends but am looking to expand. I can care for pets in-home, and can be available for house visits. I’m very experienced in nail trimming and bathing. I do not offer grooming services but will if necessary.
“I will definitely be boarding with Marina again in the future! She has amazing accommodations for the fur babies she’s house sitting, and I got so many pictures of my dog having an absolute blast. They have a gorgeous fenced in play pen specifically to use as a dog yard, and everything is so nicely kept.”

“Cranesha was amazing! Rey had such a good time with her and seemed so full of life when we picked her up. Cranesha sent us photos of her playing with her daughter and Rey displayed her same tendencies of affection with her as she does for us. She received all of her medications every day, which we really appreciated. I will definitely keep Cranesha in my back pocket for future boarding again!”

“Brittany is the #1 dog sitter. She really treats our pups like her own, even understanding their different personalities and ticks. It feels like they’re at a retreat with her, which gives us great peace of mind when we travel. Thank you!”

“Tiffany was amazing!! She went above and beyond while caring for my dog. She stayed longer than needed and even came early due to weather concerns. I highly recommend to anyone in need of a dog sitter/walker!”

About: I have two cats, both are rescues. They take a minute to warm up to new people but they are such unique and genuine animals. I can obviously give oral medication to your cat if needed, but if they want to play, I love to play with them! If the litter box needs to be deep cleaned (sprayed out with soap) please let me know and I will do it! Otherwise, I typically clean the litter box once a day, in the morning.
“Angela was very communicative while checking on my cat and even went so far as to bring in packages when my mail hold didn't take! Lovely sitter and I'll definitely be using her again.”

“Lisa was great! I could tell the kitties loved her because they were calm and relaxed when we returned. This was our first time working with Lisa but I will be reaching out to her again for sure.”

“Kiersten was great! On time, respectful and responsive! I felt safe knowing my little fur baby was well cared for while I was away. I will definitely have her check on Pixie again! Thanks!”

“I would recommend Denise to anyone looking to ensure their fur babies get the best care while away. She took great care of my 3 cats and I wouldn’t hesitate to request her sitter services in the future.”

“Breana was amazing with my fur babies! She went above and beyond by maintaining great communication, gave my girls an equal amount of playtime and attention, and even administered medicine to them when needed. And my girls LOVED HER! I have a calico and a cali-tabby, but my calico doesn’t warm up to people very quickly, however, for Breana, she was patient with my Juniper, and juniper seems to love her! I cannot recommend her enough! I will be booking with her again in the future. :) Thanks, Breana!”

“Minor home emergency that Taylor really stepped up for above and beyond. Respectful of my home and followed a rather long/detailed feeding instructions for my cat. Hoping to use again for my next travel plans.”

“Went above and beyond picking up my keys from the hospital before and dropping them back off after and getting some really good pictures of the cats 🥲 Thank you ill definitely be using your service again and referring anyone who needs it. Above and beyond well worth it”

“Every time we book Tonya to take care of Vandy, it puts my mind at ease. I know that she will be there on time, spend time talking to him and hanging out, and give him his medication. And he loves her, too!”

“Anne is amazing! She was very communicative, reliable, friendly and trustworthy! Not everybody can handle our six furry ones but she mastered it like a pro! Will be using her from now on any time we need to travel ?”

“Lauren is a great sitter! She did everything she was asked to and then some. My pets felt very comfortable with her and were well taken care of. Will definitely be using her again.”

About: My name is Alicia. I’ve been a teacher for 18 years. I have had pets for as long as I can remember. As far as “on my own” pets; I’ve owned five dogs, a cat, 4 gerbils, and 2 ferrets. I have experience in medication administration. I had a seizure baby as well so I’m familiar with them also. I have always been super close with my pets and they are allowed free roam of the house and love snuggling on the furniture. I wish I could provide in home services, but currently have a foster staying with me. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. I’m currently working flexible hours, so I have varying availability most days! When doing drop by visits to feed or give potty breaks, I make sure to spend a little extra time giving them attention. I’ve found animals can get their feelings hurt a bit when we rush in and rush out on a care visit. I want them to feel special and know that everything is good until your return. I love animals and am familiar with many different sizes/breeds. Just let me know what your specific pet needs/preferences are and I will make sure they are comfortable, cared for, and loved.

“Jessie was a true godsend. This was my first time ever using Rover.com, so I was a little unsure at first. The moment I reached out to her, she responded right away, and we quickly coordinated schedules. Lucky was able to start daycare the very next day. She was wonderful with him, and I could tell he was safe and comfortable in her care. I was able to relax and truly enjoy my vacation knowing my sweet boy was happy. If I’m ever back in Panama City Beach, Florida, I will absolutely reach out to Jessie again. Highly recommend!”

“Aaron is amazing!! Our girls loved being with him and his family. He went above and beyond by providing super detailed info about their walk breaks and if they peeped or pooped. But the absolute BEST part was his super artistic photos of the girls!!! Works of art!!”

About: We own one dog and had two dogs before that. Dogs feel comfortable and loved here. No matter if short or long stays and big or small, old or young dog - there's always room and fun to be had. My husband and I grew up with dogs and can't be without. We have toys and some treats but individual dog-approved is always better. When boarding a dog over a time period that requires feeding I expect food to be provided. While I take any dog and treat it like my own I need to know in advance if there are medical or behavioral issues. I'm a stay-at-home mom of four little ones (10-2yo) We get up early every morning and go to bed rather late. I have a fenced yard, a super friendly dog and my kids grew up with dogs so know how to treat/ not treat dogs. I can also separate dogs if needed. Dogs are always loosely supervised. I am a stay-at-home mom, homeschooling 3 out of 4 kids and so am extremely flexible to all needs of your fur baby. My yard is fenced in for drop-offs that enjoy outside and we have a separate room if a dog requires a calmer environment than the business of a bigger family. I grew up with various dogs and sized dogs. I know how to handle most tempers that are not aggressive. I understand every dog has its own personality and timeline. We have two cars so I am available to drive out for drop-ins and walking.
“I felt quite at ease entrusting Chico to Cranesha’s family due to her extensive background and experience, as well as the positive reviews on Rover. However, I had some apprehension as Chico had never been in a house with other pets before. Despite being a bit spoiled and craving attention, especially from people, I was unsure of how he would behave. He is very energetic. Cranesha sent me a few pic and text messages, and upon checking the app, I discovered even more photos showing that Chico had a wonderful time. It appears that both the family and the other dogs enjoyed his company, and he had a great time with them. I will definitely choose Cranesha again when I am in the area.”

“Susan and her family kept our two dogs for us all day, and they had a blast! She was so sweet to send photos and updates. It was so helpful and put us at ease to know they were in good hands all day :)”

“Aurora was the absolute best! I was pretty nervous as this was the first time to leave my 5 1/2 month old puppy with anyone. Aurora made me feel comfortable immediately. She sent updates with pictures all throughout each day. Shelby had a blast and looked so happy when we picked her up. Looking forward to her next stay!”

Valerie is very welcoming, and after meeting her you will feel like shes a good friend you have had most of your life.”

About: From a young age, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to caring for animals. As a child, I began pet sitting for my neighbors and volunteering at the local Humane Society which eventually led me to the veterinary field. With over three years of experience as a veterinary technician, I later transitioned my focus to animal rescue and rehabilitation, along with pet sitting full time. I have extensive experience with a large variety of different breeds, both dogs and cats, as well as with birds, pocket pets and reptiles. I possess both my K9 CPR and first aid certifications, along with a comprehensive understanding of animal medicine gained from my previous experience as a veterinary technician. The safety and well-being of your pets are my foremost priorities while they are under my care. I am dedicated to providing both you and your pet with peace of mind during your time apart. As a full-time pet sitter with my own business, pet care is the centerpiece of my daily routine. Therefore, I can typically provide care on short notice if necessary. Positive reinforcement and strict safety precautions will be implemented while your pet is in my care. Treats will be offered to help encourage positive behavior, please notify me of any food allergies prior to our session. Nose to nose contact with other dogs and/or people while on walks/in my care will be avoided unless prior consent is granted. (All treats provided are homemade by me using simple, high-quality ingredients. Most are single-ingredient options such as dehydrated chicken, turkey, or duck. Some varieties may include natural additions like egg or oat flour. I prepare my own treats to ensure full transparency of ingredients and to minimize the risk of tummy troubles from unfamiliar additives, preservatives, or unnecessary fillers)
“Ashton took great care of my shy little doodle on short notice! Her kids are very sweet and you can tell they all love animals. I will definitely be using her again in the future!”

I am also no stranger to accidents that dogs are prone to, as one of my past dogs had a sensitive stomach, especially when it came to my carpeted floors. I will do whatever your dog wants to do, but my favorite aspect of it all is to ensure that the dog is happy and to make a connection with them. I love being active and playing, but I can also just simply snuggle up with them.

I have vet office experience. I live on lots of fenced in land for your fur baby to run and play. They have many pools to stay cooled off and tones of toy baskets! Im home full time so your loved ones are always supervised. During in home visits pets will never be left alone more than 4 hours. I have a large fenced in yard. I will always supervise your pets when in the yard or for a walk on the leash. Rest assured your loved ones will be in great hands.

“Cathryn was amazing! She was very communicative, sent pictures all week, and updated us frequently. We would totally recommend her and plan on booking with her again the future.”

“Brittany is the #1 dog sitter. She really treats our pups like her own, even understanding their different personalities and ticks. It feels like they’re at a retreat with her, which gives us great peace of mind when we travel. Thank you!”

“Destiny was absolutely wonderful with Athena! She sent me pics and updates the whole time she stayed there. I will definitely be using Destiny from now on, and now I feel comfortable being able to go out of town knowing Athena is in great hands with Destiny!”

“Lesta did a great job with our “big baby” Ember! She kept her for us while our family got to enjoy vacation time at the beach. We were regularly sent pictures and updates during her stay. Our girl seemed happy to be there! When we’re in town, we’ll definitely reach out to Lesta again.”
