From the moment Luigi stepped into her home for a 21-day stay, she showed incredible care and love, providing updates every single day that made us feel so at ease while traveling. At first, Samara let us know that Luigi was shy and having a hard time adjusting to the changes. He wasn’t eating much and seemed unsure about his new surroundings. Her gentle updates helped us process this transition along with him, and we knew he was in the best possible hands. About: I've had dogs my entire life. I have worked at dog boarding facilities and various rescues over the years. I am currently a volunteer with a local rescue in Lakeland. I have three small dogs of my own, who are like my kids. I’m home most of the time so your pet will rarely be unsupervised but when I do need to leave the house, I have steps and protocols in place to assure your pet's safety while I am away. I have a 6ft privacy fenced back yard. All lawn care items are locked away in a shed to lessen the risk of your pet getting into anything potentially toxic. I supervise feedings and separate dogs, if necessary. I can also administer oral medications.

I make sure to keep a good eye on pets, taking them out regularly and making sure they’re properly fed and cared for, especially should specific needs have to be met. Typically, I spend my time in the home near and around the animals, even if not actively playing or interacting with them. I let pets go on as they normally would, so as to let them stay comfortable, as long as I can keep an eye on them.
