About: I’ve taken care of, or have had many types of pets- all sizes of dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, birds since I was a young kid. In fact, my older sister was a German Shepard 😄. I don’t have my own pets now, though, so pet sitting is the perfect situation for me. I can only accept your pet after a meet n greet about 2weeks prior to the boarding date. This enables us to check if it’s a good match, and if it isn’t, you have time to find someone else😊. My husband and I coordinate care and love for pets. We must have a meet n greet so your pup feels comfortable. I walk a few miles a day, and I have a stroller for dogs who want to be out, but can’t walk that distance. I also take the dogs to the park or along A1A in Delray, but never off leash. I have an upstairs condo, all dogs will get walked multiple times a day. The dog needs to be able to go up/down the stairs, or be small enough for me to carry. Depending on the dog’s temperament, I may introduce them to familiar neighbor’s dogs, or take them on a long walk, or to a park ( but never an off-leash dog park) for a walk and car ride. I have plenty of bowls, beds and an XL crate, so you won’t have to pack too much for your pet’s stay. Meet n greet is a must🙂

Owners must supply the food for their pet and bring the pet's favorite bedding or crate if they use one, so the pet feels safe, they like the scent of their own bed or pet den. Otherwise, I can supply a blanket or pet bed. If your pet is smaller and house-broken, then, I won't mind it up on my couch. Animals love me, because I love them! Rates for day or night, are the rate that you pay, per pet, per day or night. I don't allow for late night pickups, if it is past 9:30-10 pm latest, you will have to make them stay another night, I am an early-bird. I work from home, self employed. So, I am usually home all day, unless I am running errands. Your pet will never be lonely at my place. I live in a safe gated community, I have a Walled, fenced in yard, there is usually someone always home. I live in a very safe neighborhood. I also live a few blocks facross rom the ocean and a doggy walking park.

About: I’ve owned larger breed dogs over the years that I spoiled rotten! :) I love all animals but am partial to dogs. I am looking for some regulars as well as as-needed. I’m self-employed so I make my own schedule. I am available mornings through early afternoons. I’m good with long or short walks, whatever works for your pet. Your babies will get lots of love and affection, in addition to nice walks. I can also refresh their water bowl and feed them if requested.

Our pup seemed very comfortable during the M&G. She ended up staying with Martin and Susie for a long weekend. “This was our first time bringing our dog to Johanna’s while we were on vacation and she was amazing. She was super sweet and loving to our dog Norm. She sent cute pictures and short videos through the week. The fact she works from home was an huge bonus so Norm was never left alone for any length of time. Also when it came to drop off and pick up times she was very flexible on times.”
