About: I got my first cat, Beau, at 10 years old when we found a litter of strays in a bush outside of our front door. Since then I have loved caring for cats and having them in my home. About: I work from home and have a small dog. We are the best company for your pet! I have dealt with dogs since 2018 and the treatment I give to anyone else’s pet is the same that I expect when people watch over mine. We love cuddling, watching tv, going on walks and dog parks. I work from home, so my schedule can be very flexible! I can also work from your home if you prefer keeping your pet where they feel the safest. I live in a townhouse, and have a very nice dog park nearby and lots of places to go on walks. If I go to your home I’ll do my best to keep your pet in their normal routine to help and ease up the anxiety of being away from their owners.

About: I have always had a dog or multiple dogs in my life and in my home. Right now, I have a 1 year old mixed breed (lab/catahoula shepherd) named Roo, and she is the most loving dog I have ever had! I would love to help take care of your best friend when you need some in-town help! I have kids at home, but I always have care arranged for them when I go out to do walks/drop ins so they don’t come with me on visits. I will treat your pets like they are my own, and I will be happy to make any special arrangements that will make you feel comfortable! About: We have had dogs for about 25 years and are skilled at caring for dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors. We recently lost our golden retriever of 15 years. We have a lot of doggy love to give and would love to share some of that with your pup. We live in a smoke free, single-family home in a gated community neighborhood. One of us works from home so there will always be somebody here to walk, feed, or even dispense medication on your schedule. No small children… Just lots of love. About: I’ve had dogs since I was a little girl, and we got our first cat just a few years ago but they’ve seem to have fallen in love with me lol. My main concern is making sure your pet is happy and comfortable, doesn’t matter the situation. I’m very gentle with them and I always make sure to communicate or ask when necessary, I don’t want to assume and be wrong or not inform you if something happens. I am in college, I have classes 3 days a week, so I’m home quite a bit. I do not currently work so I’m typically free the remaining days. I volunteer/workout in my free time so I can be flexible! Just ask if a day/time works, I’ll do my best to accommodate! I’m in an apartment so I don’t have a lot of space inside. The complex does have a little fenced in dog area, and there are some dog parks in the area that I would be willing to go to if you have a more active pet. I don’t have anything toxic in the apartment, or in a place they could reach at least (medicines/rubbing alcohol, that sort of stuff). I also like going on longer walks, 20-30 min if the weather is nice.

“Christelle and Arley take great care of our pups when we are out of town. Anchor and Aspen love going there and race out of the car when we arrive. We feel so comfortable leaving our fur babies in their care when we are away. They stay on their schedules and have lots of fun playing. Highly recommend!”

“Tahrena was such a blessing for us and our puppy Woody on a recent stay. We actually had another sitter booked for Woody for 9 nights while we went out of town for Thanksgiving but of course the morning we were supposed to drop him off (and they day before our flights), he woke up sick with some GI issues. A trip to the vet later it was confirmed he had an intestinal parasite and was sent home with 4 different medications. Our original sitter was understandably not comfortable taking him and cancelled the booking leaving us just hours to find an alternative. Between phone calls to boarding facilities and messages to sitters on Rover, my husband and I must have reached out to over a dozen different people before we finally reached Tahrena! The true mark of an animal lover is someone with the compassion to love and care for a sick animal in need. With very few questions asked she accepted the booking - sick puppy, multiple medications and all! I hated leaving him sick but she was so warm and loving from the start. I knew he was in good hands and my family and I were able to enjoy our trip without worry or concern that he wasn't beeing loved on and taken care of while we were away. We got regular updates throughout his stay and would absolutely book with Tahrena again. Nothing beats having a go-to sitter you know you can depend on! Thank you again Tahrena (and family)!!”
