Our usually shy, anxious kitty Daisy warmed up to her immediately which is incredibly unusual, but Jaclyn clearly has an innate ability to make pets feel safe, secure and loved in her presence. Her communication is excellent- she sent multiple photos, videos and updates with every drop in and went above and beyond to take care of not just Daisy, but also a group of outside community cats that we feed who *also* took to her right away. When we got home from our trip, our kitty was calm, content and like we’d never left (whereas in the past when others have fed her in our absence she would be anxious and hide for a couple of hours until she re-acclimated). About: I lived on a 5 acre farm in another state and moved to Miami to pursue my education. I owned all kinds of animals from dogs, cats, fish, birds, and reptiles and loved every minute of it. I have hand raised dogs ranging from Chihuahuas to German Shepherds in size and from puppies to senior dogs, hand feeding them if feeding was difficult and administering medicine to my aging dogs or for glaucoma. About: I've cared for birds, big breed dogs, cats and even a tarantula. I am good at hiding medicine in treats or convincing a cat to swallow a pill. I've even raised and cared for baby birds and kittens. I'm currently studying and needed a flexible job. “Natalia is the absolute best. I didn’t have to worry about her at all!!! She was honestly sad for a day or two after I picked her up because she missed her and Rocky! We love them and I will always ask her first if I need anyone to help with phoebe!!!”

“We are so grateful for Carolina and her family. She took such good care of Mando as if he were part of their family. Mando is very shy and typically is uncomfortable in new situations or environments, but the love Carolina provided was obvious in how happy he felt with them. She sent photos and updates every day and it made me feel so much better especially since it was our first time using Rover. I never felt worried and actually relaxed on our vacation. At one point I thought Mando wouldn't want to come home since he looked so happy with Carolina 😂. This is a great thing though since now he has a second family that will take great care of him. We are truly so very happy and appreciative of Carolina and definitely coming back to her again🙏.”
