About: I have utmost respect (and lots of love!) for all animals. I truly view them as real friends and equals. With experience, I have also learned how to set and maintain good (and firm - when necessary) boundaries. Dogs have been trusted members of my family since I was a child. I have cared for senior rescue dogs; I have socialized puppies; I have taught reserved dogs new tricks; and I have taught stubborn dogs to sit and wait. I have admittedly less history with cats, but just as much respect and care for them as any other animal. I do currently have one close cat companion (we used to be roommates, and have been best buds ever since). As with all animals, I find that the respect and love I give to the pets I interact with is reciprocated - and often multiplied! As a person who is both adventurous and empathetic, I am generally very well attuned to the health and wellbeing of those around me, and I really enjoy taking dogs for walks almost as much as they do! I also like to play, and I can handle all kinds of doggy games. Big dogs welcome! I am an early riser - morning walks are my favorite! From day to day, I am generally very flexible; I work part-time as an independent handyman (furniture assembly, TV mounting, etc). I can make almost anytime work, as long as we can agree in advance. About: I have three cats, my oldest is called Ichiro and is the sweetest boy, my second is called Kaname and is definitely the independent don’t touch me type which made me understand that cats come with their own personalities. That being said I absolutely can’t wait to meet yours! It doesn’t matter if he likes to cuddle or like kaname is not a fan of fisical interactions for me their safety and wellbeing is the priority, it is with mine and it will be with yours. About: Beginning in childhood, I’ve had several dog breeds (over 20!) that I’ve been tasked to take care of, play with, keep healthy and whose needs I’ve grown to pay attention to and understand. I adore animals and I approach them gently and mindfully, always considering what support will help prolong their lifespan and keep them happy, yet trained and behaved. My friends and family often call on me to either keep their pets company, train or housesit them, and I’m always more than happy to spend time with their animals. I firmly believe pets are not toys, and much more like our own kids, deserving of care, compassion, joy and attention. I have 17+ years experience taking care of and loving French bulldogs and pugs, who notoriously require extra responsibility, attention and instruction, as they can be stubborn and prone to health and breathing issues (often brought on by heat). I have cared for senior dogs who deserve nothing but love towards the end of their lives, and also puppies who need time spent on training and feeling safe, and lots of play and activity to stimulate their growing minds. I am a graduate student, with flexible availability between Saturday to Tuesday, during my off days, when I’ll be studying from home, often lounging and relaxing in my space. Having a pet to look after, feed and care for would not only be a very welcomed time commitment, but would make my space feel even more homely and bring me joy. I have enough time to play with dogs, pay attention to their unique needs and keep them active and joyful, or to simply accompany them while they rest and rejuvenate. I have a spacious apartment and a shaded dog park within my apartment community, as well as a dog wash corner next to the park - helpful during hot days in Florida. I am extremely mindful towards any pet staying with me, and provide them with a comfortable, safe and cooled space, in which I am committed to staying aware of their habits, likes and dislikes, and learning to understand their groove. There are several areas for them to use the bathroom outside, take a walk within the apartment community, as well as designated pee pads inside the apartment. I am happy to be in touch with the clients as often as needed, to help them feel at ease about letting their little one stay with someone new. I care about building trust with a dog, and taking the time to grow our bond, so they can be at ease in their surroundings and reduce any anxiety from a new environment.

About: I love all animals and genuinely enjoy taking care of your fur family member. I grew up on a farm taking care of multiple animals at a time, have rescued dozens of animals throughout my life and currently have 2 of my own. I used to train puppies and have done obedience training course before. My close friend has a senior dog (13 years old) that I have also helped take care of multiple occasions which included giving medication, cleaning up accidents, taking on frequent pee breaks, etc. I’m able to provide around-the-clock care for your babies throughout the day. I’m very flexible and happy to assist with pick-up and drop-off, baths if needed, administering medication, and more. Ideally, I’d love to meet you in advance to ensure we’re a great fit, though I prefer not to have our first meeting occur during the initial visit. Please note that I only accept pets who do well with other animals in the home and are fully potty trained. If you have a puppy who isn’t quite there yet, I kindly ask that you disclose this in advance so I can decide on a case-by-case basis. Lastly, I expect all pets to be on flea and tick prevention to ensure the safety of all animals in my home. If this isn’t the case, please let me know ahead of time. I look forward to connecting with you and meeting your babies! I live in front of Baldwin Park so I have access to one of the largest dog parks in Orlando, including walking the 2.5 mile lake. “Elysica and her husband were great. Always quick to respond and sent great pictures and videos with updates. Their Great Dane, Mitsuki, was a perfect playmate for Billie (a rowdy puppy). Things couldn't have worked out any better and will definitely look into using them again in the future.”
“Dog owners!!!! Kristina ( and her hubby and dog Lucy) are awesome!!!! I have a difficult little dog and she loves going to Kristina’s. My dog needs meds everyday for a chronic condition and Kristina handles it NO Problem!!! My little beast also has some tendencies to nip and be a bit defensive but Kristina assures me she is “ her fav” I have been brining Mishka to Kristina for a few years now and absolutely recommend her!!! Her house is perfect for pets, a fenced back yard, hard floors, great dog friendly furniture, and she works from home and is always eyes on!!!! You won’t regret using Kristina !!!!”

We had a bad experience several years ago taking our dog to a kennel that left him stressed and anxious, this was our first time leaving our dog with someone since then. After staying with Phil our dog came home relaxed and happy, so I know he was well taken care of. Phil sent us messages and pictures to let us know our dog was doing well.
