“I was so glad to have found Mary Ann on Rover to watch our dog Piper for 2 weeks while we were on vacation. On our initial visit with Mary Ann, I knew this was a great fit for Piper. She is such a sweet, caring, knowledgeable woman that I knew would take wonderful care of my dog. This was the first time using Rover as I was not comfortable leaving her in a kennel again for this long as my dog gets very anxious and sad when we are away and my usual in house dog sitter was with us on vacation. Mary Ann lives just 10 minutes from my house with a lovely fenced in side yard for her to go to the bathroom outside and just run around not being on a leash, which is just like home. Also being able to jump on the furniture and the beds was a plus too, again just like home. And she did not have any issues getting too anxious which is what I was hoping for. It was a perfect fit and a great find. I would not hesitate to book with Mary Ann again.”

They also got lots of time to rest indoors with him and his sweet dog Sarah. They spent Thanksgiving with him and he kept me updated all along the way with photos, video and daily notes. The living space Ryan and his boarders occupy is all on one level, which is great for my dog with arthritis. There is a wooded trail for walks adjoining the yard, and a guest bedroom if a dog needs some quiet alone time. I would HIGHLY recommend Ryan and I plan to use him again!”

We also have chickens for eggs-but they are outside and safely caged. We spend as much time as possible outside enjoying nature and our pets happily join us!

About: I do love dogs but. I am a cat person. I travel for work so I haven't gotten another since my last three years ago. My best friend told me she still can't believe I haven't because "Jill" and "cats" are like "peanut butter and jelly" in her head. I got my last two cats, a brother and sister, as kittens in high school and loved them so hard for 12 and 15 years. Max had three urinary blockages and after the last, he just couldn't bounce back. And Jinx had kidney disease that progressed to failure. So I have some experience with prescription food and medications as well as giving subcutaneous fluids. Definitely wasn't my favorite but I would have done anything for my kitties and would do the same for another's.

About: I have taken care of my own pets as well as pets of family and friends. I currently have two dogs, Sargent and Spock, and a cat named Chip. I love all animals and most pets warm up to me right away :)) I am currently home in between the college semesters. I am going into my junior year at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH as a Psychology and Criminal Justice Double Major. I am currently taking one online class and need work in between homework 😁 I am unable to bring pets to my own home due to my dogs and cat; however, I love to play with dogs outside. Normally, I play with a dog outside, getting them to run around a bit, for as long as they can until they are ready to stop playing. Once the dog is ready to stop playing, I find dogs love to sit in the sun on a sunny day and I will sit outside with the dog until it is time to leave.

About: 5 years ago I walked into the Humane Society with the intention of fostering a pup and walked out with a sweet older greyhound mix named Chylin! She was in the waiting room with her owner who was trying to surrender her. Unexpectedly, I ended up taking her home. I never thought I’d have a dog of my own, but I have been so lucky and grateful to have her in my life. I see Chylin as an extension of myself. I trust her and give her as much freedom as possible. We love walking trails together and exploring the local nature, both on our feet and during car rides, head out the window. I bathe her regularly, brush her teeth weekly and keep her nails trimmed. My couch and my bed are hers to enjoy. This is the same attitude I will have with your pet! But I will be sure to respect and follow in the ways you love and care for them. So that they feel comfortable, happy and at home, even while you are away. :) To accommodate our other bookings I ask that pickup for boarding clients is at 11am. If your pick up time is past 11am I charge a daycare rate which we will edit onto your Rover booking for your approval. I have a Rover home, through and through. I work from home full time so I are able to completely cater to your fur baby's needs and safety. I have one sweet older rescue pup and do not take more than 4 clients at a time. I live in a cozy home by the beach with a fenced yard. There are toys throughout the house, dog beds, and covered furniture for your pet to enjoy and lay out freely and comfortably. If needed, I am able to separate each pup into their own spacious section of the home. If I need to leave the house for a short time, pups are separated to ensure safety.
About: I take care of animals feeding them,cleaning after them cleaning litter boxes,socializing with them making sure they taking care of with extra love like they deserve I am working part time at shop rite two days a week so I am available anytime on my days off or after work I have open available I get my work scheduled every thursday two days advance before I planned anything for next week I would ask their owners how much food they should eat or if they are on restricted diet same for medications I would always ask them that before I do anything make sure I get the important details in first so I know what to do and what to expect ,I feed my cats Iam’s,play with them,hold them in my arms give them their morning pets and give their bedtime treats at 9:00 they already it and they are all lined up before I get in the kitchen .

He communicated well with pics and updates during my dog's visit. During our initial meeting I felt an instant rapport he had with my dog that put me at ease. His home is VERY dog-centric! The visiting dogs are not confined and are free to mingle and find their own place to relax. There are ample dog beds, couches, human beds and floor space for lounging and sleeping. I especially appreciate that Ryan limits the number of dogs he boards at one time to a very small group, & makes sure they vibe well together beforehand. The living space Ryan and his boarders occupy is all on one level, which is great for my dog with arthritis. There is a wooded trail for walks adjoining the yard, and a guest bedroom if a dog needs some quiet alone time. I would HIGHLY recommend Ryan and I plan to use him again!”
