About: I’ve grown up surrounded by and caring for all kind of animals (even monkeys). Family, friends, colleagues, and strangers, have relied on me to care for their dogs, cats, and more for years; Knowing that I will love their pets like I love my own, my clients have confidence and trust when booking with me! As a full-time stay-at-home mom, I’m home the majority of the day and able to provide consistent care and attention. I intentionally only accept one additional dog at a time so each pet receives plenty of supervision and individualized care I have one dog, Ollie, that loves to play and keep every guest company. I am in a two story duplex with a small unfenced yard, but have an outdoor lead for potty breaks and plenty of areas for walking in my neighborhood. If necessary, for separation/calm down time, I have a baby gate available that can break up my kitchen and living room and I also have a spare room upstairs. There will be no instances where our pets are left alone unmonitored for the safety of both parties.

About: I’ve wanted a dog since my childhood dog passed away when I was 8. My parents never got another but now that I am living by myself I have a ton of love to give to any dog that comes to stay. I currently work full time but any free time I would love to fit your dog in my schedule! Reach out and we can figure something out. My apartment complex has a dog park right next to my apartment so I will utilize that to get the dog outside and moving around. The apartment is pretty spacious, so the dog won’t be cramped in a single bedroom all day.
“Lourdes “Luli” was a stellar and responsive caretaker of my 8 mo, high-energy Australian Shepherd puppy. I was a bit nervous to be her first Rover client, but felt immediate comfort on the meet and greet. She and her delightful, well-behaved pup, Tito, were exemplary hosts. She took all my concerns in stride and made sure that my puppy had a safe, enriching and engaging experience. She sent lots of photos documenting his play and nap time with his new buddy. Luli was flexible about the drop off when my schedule unexpectedly changed and was always quick to return texts. My dog came back happy and relaxed and literally pulled me to her doorway each day of our stay. Her home was immaculate and puppy safe, with a small secure, enclosed yard for play. About: I have owned all sorts of animals since I was a child. I have been to obedience school time and time again. My favorite take away from obedience school is "train the person not the dog". Obedience school is not a one time thing. There are many levels of obedience school. I worked with therapy animals for many years. I worked with autistic children and used horses as the therapy animal. My dogs are excellent therapy animals. My dogs have been with me for 7 years. They are the first Small Dogs I have ever owned. I also live near an awesome park that provides safety, privacy and space for dogs. If you are looking to give your dog exercise away from home, I have the place. There is also a nearby dog park if you prefer. I currently work part time job and work from home so I am with my pets all the time. I like to take the dog out to park on nice days. I have an un fenced yard. One elderly small dog that is 16 lbs. I take my dog out for walks at Harkness Park. Or I hang out with them in the house.

About: No rule will be bent, no abnormal behavior will go unreported, and no tummy will be left unrubbed! I've done it all! Boarding, overnights, drop in visits, walks, appointment escort, etc... I just love animals. I've never met an animal I didn't get along with and never feel better than when one returns that love. I know it can be challenging and, frankly, scary to trust someone else with your pets- they're family after all! That's why I consider the role of pet sitter as the most important part of my day. You want pictures? You got 'em! You need updates? Expect a detailed text! You want someone to reassure your babies to not worry and their mom(s)/dad(s) will be home soon? I will be as clear with them as if they were a human child! I get it, you worry they will feel scared when you aren't home. That's why I am here. Food, walks, and playtime are all well and good, but I believe it is just as important to make them feel as comfortable as I can with as much reassurance as I can give. If you're training a young puppy, or even an old fellow, just let me know exactly when I should be disallowing and you can feel comfortable they won't be learning any bad behavior from me. One last note: boundaries are so important. Every animal is different and every animal has their own limits. If your kitty doesn't like to be pet, then no pets they shall have. If your dog doesn't like to be watched while they eat, then my eyes shall be shut. I hate being stressed, why would I put that on anyone else? I work a 9-5 in Norwich so I am available early mornings and evenings for visits. If you're in Norwich, I can be available mid day for a lunch time drop in as well. I have reliable transportation and a desire to start and/or end my day with furry friends. As for weekends, I am always booked afternoon into the evening on Sunday for my time with the kitties at the Kitty Harbor, but other than that I can have plenty of room on the weekends to add your babies in to my routine. Routine and boundaries. Whatever they are used to, that's what they'll get from me! I hate being stressed, why would I want to do anything to make an animal unnecessarily stressed?

“Tina watched our special needs, almost blind, senior shih tzu for the second time yesterday while we attended an event at Mohegan Sun. Our pup is a recent rescue with severe separation anxiety so she can be a bit challenging to sit. Tina is INCREDIBLE with her! We are so grateful to have found her.
