About: I have been taking care of dogs for about 6 years and have encountered all types, from the couch potatoes to the ones who want to play nonstop! I am home full time so I am available any day and any time for drop off and pick up. Being home full time also means I will be available for your pet at anytime they need me throughout there stay at my home. I have a sturdy 100 ft dog runner that has held very large dogs. However,if your dog does better on a regular leash just let me know and I can leash for bathroom breaks instead. While at my home your pet is my only priority and I am happy to suit any needs they have.

Madison was professional and handled my requests with ease including the request to - carrying around my chihuahua if necessary lol. About: I am certified in pet first aid and CPR (dogs and cats). I am experienced in administering oral medicine. I also understand how complicated medication and health issues are in pets, and I take it very seriously. I will make sure you feel happy and comfortable that your pet is in my home by going through all of the details before your pets stay and updating you with pictures and videos! Our own cats are blocked off by door at the top of stairs (they'll stay on the second floor). I make sure our home is a calm environment filled with toys, playtime, cuddles, and mentally stimulating activities. My goal is to do what's best for the individual cat and make them feel both safe and loved! There is a private room that will be changed to fit the cat's needs. The set up will include activities, their own items, and washable mats on the floor that will be washed/disinfected before use. ****To ensure the safety of all pets in the household, I need to see the most recent Vet paperwork showing your pet is up to date on vaccines and does not have a contractable health issue. ****Your pet MUST NOT be aggressive. Your dog MUST be fully potty trained.

About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. Even through college and grad school, I had roommates with pets. Now I’m living in a rental that doesn’t allow animals, so I’m hoping to find some local pets to care for and spend time with! I’ve cared for cats and dogs of all ages and activity levels since I was young, and I enjoy taking dogs for walks any time of year! I’m a middle school teacher, so I have a pretty consistent schedule from August-June. Most days I’m able to leave work by 3, so I have all afternoon and evening to care for pets. In the summer and on breaks, I have a lot more flexibility with my schedule. I do have a small fenced in yard in case I had a client’s pet in my home, though I’d more than likely care for the pets in the client’s home. I have experience feeding, bathing, crating, giving meds, walking, and snuggling dogs of all ages and activity levels, as well as feeding and giving meds to cats.

I enjoy using positive training techniques (treats and praise) to reinforce polite dog walking and attentive behaviors. I am comfortable walking dogs up to 70 lbs. I have recently retired, which gives me some flexibility, and I am participating in a Canine College dog training program. I love dogs, and I am looking for more opportunities to meet and spend time with dogs. I also enjoy cats and would be happy to house sit and/or walk your cat as well! My recent experiences with Our Companions Animal Sanctuary and Canine College programs are teaching me so much about being a pet guardian for different kinds of dogs. I am learning about dog body language and how to help engage dogs in enrichment, calming, and attention-game activities while in a home, in a yard, and on a walk. I have friends who own cats, and I enjoy getting to know them as well.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for about 6 years and have encountered all types, from the couch potatoes to the ones who want to play nonstop! I am home full time so I am available any day and any time for drop off and pick up. Being home full time also means I will be available for your pet at anytime they need me throughout there stay at my home. I have a sturdy 100 ft dog runner that has held very large dogs. However,if your dog does better on a regular leash just let me know and I can leash for bathroom breaks instead. While at my home your pet is my only priority and I am happy to suit any needs they have.
